"Do you remember me Robin?", Dragon said with a grin.

"Huh?", we all exclaimed in confusion.

Robin who was now beside me took of her sunglasses as she squinted her eyes as she inspected Dragon's face.

Robin's eyes widened after a moment, "You… you are Professor Clover's friend who came to OHara years ago", she said with surprise.

'What? I knew that Dragon has met Clover before but I didn't expect him to have known Robin as well', my thoughts were now running wild.

"I'm glad you still remember me", Dragon chuckled.

"Pretty hard to recognize someone after several years, especially if they have gotten a red tattoo on their face", Robin teased.

Dragon snickered before explaining to the rest of us how they met each other.

It seemed that on one of his visits to Ohara Dragon met a little girl of only about four years of age reading books that would even make an adult scratch their head. They had talked a bit back then as Dragon also gave Robin some candy that he had gotten on one of his trips. Robin wasn't treated kindly by the rest of the villagers except the scholars and she was surprised when an outsider was kind to her.

"I'm really sorry for what happened to all the Ohara citizens and Professor Clover. They didn't deserve it", Dragon said remorsefully towards Robin.

"It's ok Dragon-San Professor Clover and the rest of the scholars' will live through me and you", replied Robin with a forgiving smile.

Dragon grinned as he replied, "He would be really happy to see how you have turned out. I'm sorry I couldn't be there for you on that day but you will always be welcome here in the revolutionary".

Robin shook her head as she smiled, "It's ok Dragon-San you don't have to worry too much about me", she then turn towards Stella and me, "I have people I can trust in to help me out".

Stella gasped at her remark as she bent down to hug Robin, "So cute!".

I grinned at the sight as I patted Robin's head, "Using your silver tongue does not mean that I'll make your training any easier".

"It seems I've been caught", Robin giggled.

I then look ahead to see Dragon giving a serious glare.

"Tesoro, you did a miracle for me today . Since the Ohara incident I had felt that I owed Clover-San for not being there for him at the time of his need."

" Robin being the only survivor of the incident was one of the atonement that I had seeked. If only I could meet her and ask for apology then maybe I would find peace. I had sent men to find her but they always came empty handed."

" I don't know how you met her or was it just fate but you fulfilled my wish for the past four years. Today you made my burden a bit lighter and for that I thank you", he said as he bowed his head.

The people around us were all a bit shocked at Dragon's actions as no one spoke a word. They knew what Dragon's words truly meant. As a head of the largest organization that aims to overthrow the government and end all injustice you can't just bow your head to anyone. His actions has truly conveyed how deep his gratitude ran.

"Ah, Dragon-San you don't have to bow to show your gratitude", I placed my palm on his shoulder to stop him from bowing but his body wouldn't even budge an inch.

'What does this man eat?', I thought in my head as it had seemed that even if I used my full strength he might only just move an inch.

Dragon lifted himself as he gave a serious look, "You are right just a thank you won't work. Let's go I'll train you right now", he exclaimed as he grabbed me by my shoulder.

"Eh?", I had no further time to think as we were instantly in the air. I could see the clouds only for a second before we started flying east at a speed that broke sound barriers.

I hadn't even managed to let out a scream before we landed at what seemed to be an island.

I got on my knees instantly as I landed on the island.

"This…. Gravity….. Too… much….", I muttered through hurried breaths as I struggled to not lay down on the ground.

There were no trees around me but only large stumps with bushes with large yellow fruits.

"This is the island of Surgere in the calm belt", Dragon answered as he stood besides my kneeling body.

"The gravity in this island is about a hundred times more than anywhere else, the animals of this island have developed hard skeletons and body to survive. The vegetation has evolved to kill for nutrients as the season is ever hanging . This is where we will train every day", he said with authority.

I lifted my head with all my might as I stared at the jungle before. The dark dense forest with cries of several feral animals radiating from it only indicated one thing for me, death.

"Well since today is your first day I only have one task for you", he said as he placed himself to stand a few feet before me.

"Stand and walk towards me", he grinned.

'Shit! I can barely lift my head!', I cursed myself in the head.

"Oh yeah I should warn you that if you fall due to the gravity you are most likely to break some bones in the best case scenario", he teased.

'Fuck!! I knew that it was going to be hard training with Dragon. He was trained by Garp so he must have known the most ruthless training methods but this was something beyond ruthless, if I'm not careful I could fall on my head and snap my neck', I steeled my heart as I willed my body to stand.

My bones creaked under the pressure as I felt that it might fracture at any second.

I finally managed to stand as I panted heavily. I looked up to see the distance between Dragon and me as I felt my heart sink.

'Is this what hell feels like', I thought in my head as I prepared to take steps towards him.

{ An day later}

[Baltigo ; Revolutionary army base]

"Ouch! Ouch!"

"Can you please be more gentle", I pleaded with Stella.

We were now seated at a dinner table with several of our friends. I could be seen wrapped in bandages through out my body. I swear if I didn't talk people would assume that I was a mummy.

*sigh*

"I'm being as gentle as I can but your body is too stiff", Stella who was now wearing more comfortable clothes placed her hand on her hip as she continued to apply a cast around my right arm.

"I guess I went a little bit too far today, sorry", Dragon apologized but his grin told me he was kind of enjoying my suffering.

"Tesoro-San, if you want I can help you with the pain", Kuma suggested as he showed me his palms.

"I refuse"

"Pain is my companion, it tells me whether something is wrong or not and where is the problem. It reminds me that I'm alive", I said with swagger as I didn't actually wanted Kuma to help me. I knew he would take my pain himself after helping me out and I didn't want that for him.

"So you are a masochist", Robin said stoically as she ate her dinner.

"No I'm not!", I shouted angrily but had to winch when I stretched my muscles.

"I don't understand masochism to be honest, like why would you like something that hurts you", Ginny added as she continued to stuff her face with food.

"Vi think Vi can understand the pleasure behind it for sure. It's the feeling of not being in control, say star-boy did you have a rough childhood? ", Ivankov teased with a grin.

"That's not of your business you huge headed idiot!", I was mad at the thought that ivankov would suggest something outrageous but true.

"I don't think he's a masochist but he might be converting into one", Stella pretended to shed a fake year.

"It's a sad fate indeed. To lose a companion to depraved carnal desires", Robin nodded with a sagely attitude.

"It almost makes me want to stop his training. If he gets too excited then I might have to stop it for sure", Dragon crossed his arms and nodded.

I was fuming at their games. They were all enjoying my suffering. If I wasn't in crutches and unable to move my body then I would have punched all of them. Sure I could use my powers but I didn't want to be more exhausted.

"I'M NOT A Masochist!!!!", but for now I could only shout.

The dinner then went on more smoothly as I wasn't the butt of the joke anymore. Stella had to feed me as all of my limbs were in crutches, she didn't feed me as fast as I would have normally ate but I appreciated her loving gesture nonetheless.

"Ah, I'm full now", Ginny exclaimed as she rimmed her big belly.

"Vi have got to admit this recipe was really something, maybe Vi should call vyou cook-boy from now on", Ivankov teased.

"It's getting late now, I think we should all head to bed", Kuma remarked.

Dragon raised his palm at me before my body started rising, "Since you can't walk I'll help you to your chambers".

"Oh by the way I have been meaning to ask, why did you ask for four rooms if you have only three people with you", Dragon added.

I looked at Stella who was besides me as we both smiled at each other. Then Stella faced the group as she placed her hands on her belly.

The group widened their eyes as they seemed to have guessed what was the reason. Everyone looked surprised except for Robin.

I smiled before exclaiming, "We are expecting a little member soon".

A/n: I think this is the best place to end the first volume.

I might take a break as I have some fanfics to catch up on and even start studying if I can stop procrastinating.

Don't worry I won't abandon this fanfics. I still want to give Tesoro a fitting end.
