Run

Jasmine breaths heavily as another one of her wax walls are destroyed. Every one she makes is weaker than the last. She knows she messed up, this man, this crew is way out of their league.

Her eyes quickly flicked to the other battlefields. Only Vivian and Nora aren't having a hard time. Eileen's body is covered in wounds as she barely holds on.

Eula and Krista seem to be on the edge of death as they do everything possible to hold their opponents.

No matter how she attacks Scorpion just easily dodges. Seeing all the wax chunks on the ground her eyes flash.

"Wax Harpoon!" Two harpoons shoot from her hands but Scorpion dodges again.

"Your outclassed girl!!" Running forward he sees she doesn't have time to make another annoying wall.

Just when he gets close, Jasmine is pulled in the direction of her harpoons by the wax chains.

Getting a good distance away from him, she breaks the chains and rolls on the sand. Rising to her knees, she places her hands on the sand and breathes heavily.

Raising her head, she looks at Scorpion walking towards her.

"Your right." Her voice rings out. "I'm just a loser with delusions of grandeur. Always telling myself lies that I can be somebody, willing to do anything for a little bit of power." Sweat drips from her face as she speaks.

Her eyes blur as she can feel her stamina has reached its limit.

"But he believed in me, he knew I was nothing but a whore. Yet he was willing to give me a chance." Her body feels like it's about to collapse but she forces herself to hold on.

"I can't lose here, I have to let him know his choice was not wrong. Not because I'm great, just to prove he is."

Scorpion arrives in front of her and reaches out with his pincers. "Save that sob story when you're sold into slavery."

"I'll only ever have one master!! Wax Museum!!" Her entire hair burs with fury.

All the chunks of wax around her melt as a geyser of wax with a ten-meter diameter explodes from the sand.

"What?!?" The wax rushes from beneath him and covers his body. He turns around to run away but every step is harder than the last.

When all the wax falls to the ground it turns the area into a world of white. Two statues, one of a girl kneeling and another of a scorpion man standing on a white sheet.

The moment before Jasmine erupted the geyser, Eileen had completely fallen into a disadvantage. Thinking that there was no way to win, she thought she was going to die.

With that mindset, she remembered something Sol told her a while ago. "Go into every battle prepared to die. Only when you're prepared to die can you kill."

Everything clicks in her mind at this moment. Her opponents are stronger and outnumber her. If she isn't prepared to give something up, how can she possibly win?

At this moment she feels an unprecedented connection with her swords. Keikan feels as heavy as a mountain and Soyokaze illusionary like the wind.

She closes her eyes and crosses her arms in front of her chest with both blades pointing towards the ground; Completely giving up her defense.

"Die!!!"

One sword enters her abdomen and the other two stab in from the side. The three swords cross in her body before stabbing out the other side.

Her eyes shoot open as the geyser erupts in the background. At this moment of death, she explodes. A cross slash bisects Fuller's body before her swords continue to the sides and cuts the twins in two.

All four fall to the ground but Sol's tail stretches down and wraps Eileen. Landing next to her, he picks up her swords and returns them to their sheath.

"A wonderful battle." Sensing people still fighting, he pulls out Cruel Barb. "But it's time for it to end."

He slashes out two times and sends two bloody crescents to bisect Eula and Krista's opponents.

Swinging three times, he sends out three horizontal arcs that kill most of the fodder.

Nora lands next to Sol with a worried look. "Is something wrong?"

"Carry Eula and Krita back to the ship now, we have to leave."

Nora doesn't ask and immediately grabs the two girls.

Sol flies over to Vivian and starts swinging his sword to kill the remainder of the pirates. "Back to the ship!"

"Okay!!" Vivian looks at the badly hurt Eileen before turning to run.

Flying over to the wax statues, he picks up both of them after sheathing his sword.

Heading back to the ship, he places down the statues and holds Eileen. "Go quickly, get us out of here."

"Right away Dear." Nora leads Vivian, Julie, and Diana to get the ship moving. Eula and Krista sit against the railing to catch their breath.

Once the ship starts moving, Sol looks in a certain direction with a frown. The reason he ended the girls' training battle early isn't due to Eileen and Jasmine.

At the edge of his haki range, he can sense a powerful person approaching. Their strength is far greater than his own.

He might be able to fight with his sword skills and haki, but the fight is unnecessary.

Turning his head, he kisses Eileen's lips to stabilize her. His energy enters her body and starts to heal. All three swords are still in her body, preventing internal bleeding.

Once her life is out of danger, he holds her in the air with his tail. Walking over to Jasmine, he stretches out his haki infused claws and shreds the wax on her body.

Taking her out of the wax, he notices she just lost consciousness and has no real injuries. "Eula, Krista, come with me to heal your injuries."

Sol takes them into the cabin for some slow healing.

Vivian looks at herself before looking at the closing cabin door. "I swear, next time I'm getting injured too."

Nora looks at Vivian with a smile before looking at the Scorpion statue, wondering why Sol brought it as well.

Not even an hour after they left the island, a Marine battleship pulled along the coast.

A young man in a standard Marine uniform stands at the front of the ship and looks at the devastated coast. The most striking thing about him is his rectangular head, long sideburns, and a stylish black afro.

"Are you sure this is the right place? The hideout of the Scorpion Pirates?"

The marine looks at the young man with respect before saluting. "Commander Sengoku we checked, this is indeed the right place. All the pirates are dead."

Sengoku frowns when he hears the report. "Did you find Scorpion's body?"

"No sir." The marine shakes his head. "We found the bodies of the Vice Captain and five commanders."

He looks at the coast again before looking around for any clues. "Captain Diego sent us here after the 344th requested aid. They couldn't deal with them and they were the strongest pirates in this area."

"This can't be a bounty hunter as he left the heads of six cadres. Scorpion should be dead, most likely to a new pirate, or someone from a different area."

"Head back to the 344th."

"Yes, Commander." The Marine salutes again before leaving to relay the order.

"Be it new pirate or old, since I'm here don't think about escaping." He squints his eyes as he looks into the distance.

With everyone tired fatigued from battle, they continue sailing towards Enmont. While still going to islands to enrich their diet, they don't go out of their way.

After two days they finally arrived. Like last time, he charmed the woman in charge and ten more girls. The only thing he did differently is having the girls secure him every type of fruit they can find.

Taking a sack of fruit back to the ship, they set sail for Lonforte.

"Master are you sure this will work?" Vivian looks at the bag of fruit in Sol's hands suspiciously.

"I'm just glad we can get rid of this guy. Seeing him every day just reminds me of that embarrassing battle." Jasmine shakes her head and looks at Scorpion tied up with wax chains.

Pulling out Cruel barb, he gives a simple swipe and lobs off his head.

The girls watch as his head rolls on the deck, looking for anything interesting.

"Are you sure this will work?" Vivian asks again when she sees nothing happening.

Sol kicks his body and head into the sea before dumping out the contents of the bag. "You tell me."

Different fruits roll along the deck but one in particular catches the girls' eye. A purple apple whose stem looks like a scorpion's stinger.

"It worked." Vivian's eyes open wide in shock before she looks at the other girls, afraid they'll put a dagger in her back.

Sol finds the fruit through their vision and picks it up. After thinking for a moment, he places the fruit in Diana's hands.

"Thank you, Master!!" Diana rushes forward and kisses Sol on the lips three times before stopping.

While Diana beams with excitement, Julie feels a little lost. She's officially the weakest among them.
