The tension on God Valley Island was palpable. Marines and pirates, despite their temporary alliance, watched each other with suspicion and distrust. Garp's words, threatening to attack Shiki, had further fueled the tension.
However, the threat of Hashirama forced them to maintain a fragile peace. They knew that if they fought each other, they would only weaken their forces and make it easier for the Ninja God to win.
Garp, with his characteristic impulsive temperament, seemed about to break the alliance at any moment. Shiki, on the other hand, was frustrated by Garp's attitude but knew it was not the time to enter into conflict.
Amid this tense situation, Kong found himself in a difficult position. He had the authority to control Garp, but he knew that any attempt to do so would only make things worse.
'It's possible my words won't work,' thought Kong helplessly. 'Garp has always been like this, unpredictable and impulsive.'
Roger watched the scene with a calm look. Despite the tension, he did not seem worried.
"Ha," said Roger with a sly smile. "We are allies, right? There's no need to fight now."
Roger's words calmed the situation a bit. Garp, seeing Roger's relaxed attitude, scratched his head and laughed.
"Bwahaha, you're right!" exclaimed Garp. "We don't have time for stupid fights. We have a bigger enemy to face!"
Garp pointed towards Hashirama, who watched the scene from atop the Thousand Hands Buddha. His gaze was cold and distant, like that of a predator.
"We'll attack together," said Garp with determination. "I hope you can handle it, Hashirama."
"It doesn't matter..." Hashirama said with some regret, "Are you still with your internal struggles?"
Hashirama's declaration resonated on the island. Marines and pirates, despite their differences, prepared for the upcoming battle.
Garp, with his characteristic humor, tried to ease the tension. "Don't worry, Hashirama," he said with a smile. "Before killing you, we'll do our best to contain ourselves and not provoke more internal fights."
Hashirama was unfazed. It was evident that he didn't care about the quarrels between marines and pirates. His only goal was to eliminate his enemies.
In an unusual act of unity, Garp and Roger took the initiative. Garp, with his fist coated in Advanced Armament Haki, pointed towards the Buddha. "Prepare to fight!" he exclaimed. "We must destroy this enormous Buddha as quickly as possible. The best would be to destroy those arms one by one."
Roger, drawing his sword Ace, nodded. "Let's go!" he said with determination.
The other marines and pirates joined the call. Rayleigh clenched his fists, Gaban gripped the handle of his axes, Xebec wrapped his fist with Armament Haki, Shiki drew his swords Oto and Kogarashi, Newgate gripped the handle of Murakumogiri, Silver Axe, John, and Ochoku also took their own weapons.
Kong roared, "Let's explode too!" His fist was wrapped in jet-black Armament Haki.
Sengoku did not utter a word. He simply took off his shirt, revealing his defined chest and muscles. With a movement of his mind, he activated his Devil Fruit ability.
In a flash of golden light, Sengoku transformed into a giant golden figure, like a Buddha statue, about 50 meters tall.
Zephyr shouted angrily, "Kill!" His arms were covered in Armament Haki, determined to turn his frustration and anger into strength.
In total, thirteen terrifying auras spread across the island. The air burst, causing the sea area to tremble slightly.
Hashirama, unphased by his enemies' display of power, smiled arrogantly. "Are you really coming?" he said in a deep, resonant voice. "If that's the case, then I'll let you see Buddha's strongest form!"
ZMMMM
A strand of metallic black, visible to the naked eye, began to slowly wrap around each of the Buddha's thousand hands.
In the blink of an eye, the giant arms turned ink black, producing a deafening thunderous roar around the statue. The imposing figure of the Buddha now stood as a dark and threatening colossus.
But this was only the beginning. After the Armament Haki wrapping, Hashirama's body brazenly exploded in a surge of his monstrous Conqueror's Haki.
This wave of energy was not directed at the people around him but, under Hashirama's control, infused into his thousands of giant arms.
BOOM!
The Thousand Hands Buddha statue began to emit emerald green rays that cleared the cloudy sky and bathed the island in a blinding light. The scene was apocalyptic: a monstrous giant of stone and wood, with thousands of ink-black arms and surrounded by an electrifying green aura, loomed over a group of marines and pirates who seemed like ants in comparison.
The air was dense with the pressure of Hashirama's Haki. The marines and pirates, despite their temporary alliance and determination to fight, couldn't help but feel a chill of terror running down their spines.
The power difference was overwhelming. Even the strongest among them felt insignificant in the presence of Hashirama.
