Few in attendance believed him. Including Abel, no one thought he was that kind-hearted; there had to be an ulterior motive. Just like when he initially took in children like Buffalo, it was to select some promising seeds from them to serve as fresh blood for the family. 

This time was probably the same. But Abel wondered what it was about these two sisters that Doflamingo valued so highly. Monet immediately showed immense gratitude, expressing her loyalty and readiness to die for him. The 'hero' who saved her was actually the devil who orchestrated that hell. After introducing the sisters, Lao G then timely discussed the 'Bloody Household Rules' to intimidate the newcomers. Doflamingo didn't intervene, as the family rules were not to be violated.

Then he continued, "Baby-5, after the meeting, you are responsible for explaining the family rules to them in detail."

"Understood, young master."
