Chapter 83： The old man and the empress are talking about things!

At this moment, commotion erupted on the warship.

Kahn furrowed his brow.

"Report to Lieutenant General Kahn, we are being blocked by the Kuja Pirates."

Pochi's voice came through.

Kahn heard the words, and his frown relaxed.

It appeared that Hancock was still around.

Considering the character of the other party, Kahn found it quite normal.

He then smiled.

It seemed they could engage in another productive discussion.

Kahn stepped out promptly.

Meanwhile, Hancock atop the giant snake head caught sight of Kahn for the first time.

Initially, based on her temperament, the naval soldiers in front of her would have faced the fate of petrification.

However, since they were Kahn's subordinates, Hancock refrained from taking any action.

"Kahn, your Empress has been waiting for you here."

"Oh! Really! That's hard work for you," Kahn said.

"It's not hard. As long as Kahn is happy, I am willing to do anything," Hancock replied immediately, her face lighting up with a happy smile.

Kahn didn't waste time with pleasantries, stepping forward and putting his arms around Hancock's waist.

"Pochi, stay put and stand by. I have something to settle with the Pirate Empress."

"Yes, Lieutenant General Kahn!" Pochi showed admiration in his expression.

The other sailors had similar looks.

Given the reputation of the Pirate Empress, their compliant behavior towards Lieutenant General Kahn left them in awe.

Kahn nodded in satisfaction.

He and Hancock made their way to the Kuja Pirates ship.

Dealing with the Kuja Pirates was a routine matter for the crew.

Kahn and Hancock entered a special room.

Two hours passed.

The two has done quite the exercise alone.

Observing Hancock, Kahn felt a great sense of satisfaction. In a way, he had the system to thank for his heightened combat abilities in the bed.

Another hour went by.

The sky had darkened.

Finally, the door of the room opened.

Kahn and the Empress emerged.

The Empress had a rosy complexion, and Kahn felt a sense of relief.

"Hancock, I still have matters to attend to here. I'll return to Nine Snake Island first, and we can arrange a time to meet," Kahn said.

The next step was to focus on his career. With the Empress by his side, Kahn believed he could excel.

"Very well! Your's Empress  will wait for you on Nine Snake Island."

Although Hancock was reluctant, she wouldn't go against Kahn's wishes.

She was that kind of woman.

For the person she cared for, she was 100% obedient, considering every aspect for Kahn.

But something crossed her mind.

"Kahn, I have someone else to introduce to you."

Kahn was taken aback.

"Who?"

"Your Empress will take you to meet them."

With that, she turned and left.

Kahn smiled.

He was curious to see who had prompted Hancock to act like this.

When Kahn saw the person Hancock mentioned, he was momentarily stunned.

"Doflamingo?!" Kahn was greatly surprised.

Doflamingo had awakened by now.

Upon seeing Kahn, Doflamingo seethed with anger.

The great humiliation he had suffered was because of this person in front of him.

Thus, he struggled desperately, the force causing the chains that bound him to rattle, hinting at an impending breaking point.

Hancock frowned at this display.

"Doflamingo, I advise you to cease these futile struggles."

"Damn! Damn both of you! How dare you treat me like this!"

The exchange between the two further stirred Kahn.

He was a little dumbfounded.

He began to understand what was going on.

Presumably, Hancock had orchestrated this herself!

He then looked at Hancock.

"Kahn, are you pleased with Your's Empress actions? After all, this man owes you money. Since you weren't here, Your's Empress couldn't stand idly by."

Kahn grinned.

"Satisfied? Absolutely satisfied. You did well, Hancock!" Kahn commended immediately.

Just a while ago, he was lamenting about letting Doflamingo slip away, and yet, fate had brought the man right back in front of him.

It was just that the situation had taken a dramatic turn.

Kahn considered it normal that Hancock could apprehend him.

Perhaps the earlier Hancock may not have been Doflamingo's match.

However, Hancock, now proficient in the entanglement of the conquorer's haki, she was beyond Doflamingo's league.

The disparity was like night and day.

"I'm delighted to be of assistance to Kahn!"

Doflamingo was further infuriated by their conversation.

"Release me quickly, or you will regret it!"

Kahn sneered.

"Do you not grasp the situation?"

"You are a Navy officer, and I am a Shichibukai! Are you not afraid of incurring Sengoku's wrath?"

"Why would Sengoku  trouble himself to an insignificant old man like me? I haven't done anything to you!" Kahn responded disdainfully.

Doflamingo was taken aback.

"Furthermore, even if this old man takes action, what can you do? You're nothing more than a pathetic pirate."

"How dare you insult me like this! I will make you pay," Doflamingo retorted.

His words, however, were cut short.

Hancock's foot landed on his chin.

"You scoundrel! How dare you threaten Kahn in front of this Empress? Unforgivable!" the Empress's words were laced with anger.

Doflamingo, struck hard, was left stunned.

But the fury in his eyes remained intact.

After a while.

"Ha ha ha ha ha!"

A unique laughter echoed.

Yet, it abruptly ceased midway.

Kahn's massive foot had already descended on Doflamingo's body.

The immense force silenced any further laughter.

"You know what? Your laughter is truly irritating. You'd do wellif you stop," Kahn chided.

Doflamingo found it impossible to laugh at this moment.

He could only glare at Kahn coldly.

Then, Kahn's words caught him off guard.

"It appears you are quite discontented. Allow me to guess what gives you confidence."

"Is it the tainted blood of the Celestial Dragons? Or perhaps your position as a Warlord of the Sea? Maybe even your status as the king of Dressrosa? None of these seem to fit."

Kahn paused at this point.

Doflamingo was slightly sarcastic, but his confidence didn't stem from these!

Yet, in the next moment, his eyes widened.

"Could it be that you're confident because you've mastered the weapons trade with Kaido? Do you think you're indispensable to him? That he will protect you? Do you believe you're invincible?"

"How do you know about this?" Doflamingo inquired in shock.

His tone was laced with disbelief!

"By the look of it, the old man seems to have hit the mark."

"The old man just knows. Any problem with that?" Kahn said, a half-smile on his face.
