Ganfall said "You are blue sea people correct?" the crew nodded, he took out a whistle and continued "I am a fighter for hire! It'll only cost you 5 billion exol!" Viper said "What's exol?" Ganfall blinked and said "You didn't stop at any of the islands to get up here?" Viper said "We took the knock up stream to get up here." Ganfall was shocked "I didn't know there were people who were brave enough to ride that anymore!" the crew were shocked, and Nami snapped "There was another way to get here?"

Ganfall nodded and said "But the other way is even more dangerous! The knock up stream, you have a 50/50 chance to die and it's either the whole crew survives or dies. The other way, only some of you will die." Viper said "Good thing we went to the knock up stream then." the rest of the crew nodded, and Viper continued "What's the exchange rate for exol in beri?"

Ganfall rubbed his beard and said "I believe it is 1 beri for 10,000 exol." Viper nodded and said "That's great because we have no money what so ever." Ganfall said "Don't worry, for your bravery you can use the whistle one time for free! Anyway, I have to go safe travels!" and he flew off on a bird, that turned into a horse. Viper's eye widened and he said "Give me that whistle! I'm going to steal his pet!" he lunged at Nami and tackled her to the ground.

Nami screeched "We only have one time, and you want to call him right away?!" Viper was trying to get the whistle form her and said "IT'S FOR SCIENCE!!"

A few minutes later

Viper had the whistle in his hands and blew it. Ganfall returned and said "Yes?" Viper said "Sorry to bother you but did your horse eat a Zoan devil fruit?" Ganfall nodded and said "Yes the horse fruit, he's a pegasus! His name is Pierre." Viper salivated a little and put his goggles on as he walked towards Pierre, he took out the black rumble ball and said "Here a little candy Pierre, don't worry it won't hurt. Heheheheh" he put on his 'kind' smile and waved the rumble ball in front of Pierre.

Chopper, Zoro, and Sanji tried to tackle Viper down, but Viper went into Hybrid form and shook his wings, blowing them back. He cackled and fed Pierre the rumble ball, Pierre ate it and Viper laughed "Chopper get the book!" Chopper sighed and took out his notebook, he made a small smile, he was excited too!

Pierre suddenly transformed from his bird form to his horse form but now he had a long mane and his wings were bigger, he also had a single spiraling horn on his forehead. Ganfall was shocked and said "He's a unicorn now!" Viper said "Unicorn point." Chopper wrote it down.

Pierre changed again, this time he had two curved horns instead of one, and his wings lost their feathers and turned to bone wings. Viper said "Hell point."

Pierre changed once again, he lost his horns, and grew another 2 pairs of legs and his wing feathers grew back, Pierre ran around and was two times as fast. Viper raised an eyebrow and said "Slepnir? Let's go with leg point."

Ganfall was amazed and said "How did you do that?" Viper raised his goggles and said "With the rumble ball Zoans can have an additional 4 forms, what Pierre just ate was a hyper concentrated rumble ball. The 'hyper ball' was designed to increase the duration of transformations, as you can see Pierre is still able to change back to his original form, hybrid form, and full horse form, but now he has a temporary extra 3 froms."

Ganfall said "But you said 4 forms, what about the last one?"

Viper rubbed his chin and said "The last one is a 'Monster form', it combines the features of all previous forms and makes the user fall into a rampage state. I'm very curious what Pierre's monster form is actually, if nothing goes wrong we can give him two more normal rumble balls and he will transform."

Ganfall said "What do you mean if nothing goes wrong?" Viper chuckled and said "Actually the Hyper ball wasn't tested until right now, and before you get angry, me and Chopper can't test it because our monster forms are gigantic. If we were to transform on the ship, we would break it. I figured a horse couldn't possibly grow big enough to destroy a ship so I had him test it. I can compensate you with a bag of normal rumble balls if you'd like, they are the same except the temporary transformations only last for 30 minutes."

Ganfall nodded and said "I would appreciate that." Viper nodded and went to the lab, and came back out with a box. He said "There are 100 of the 30 minute rumble balls in here. I can only assume that these will last you a long time, perhaps you could even pass them down someday. I have to inform you however, if you surpass 2 rumble balls within a 6 hour time frame, Pierre will turn into his monster point."

Ganfall nodded and accepted the box and said "So how long will his transformation last now?" Viper and Chopper shared a look and shook their heads "We don't know, it could be permanent, it could be hours, days, or he could turn into a monster." Ganfall said "What do I do if he turns into a monster?" Viper and Chopper said in unison "Throw him in the sea." Ganfall nodded and the Merry sailed on.

A while later

Pierre reverted back to his bird form, and chirped. Chopper said "He said he can't transform anymore." Viper checked the timer and said "1 hour exactly. The time doubled, but there might be side effects." he turned to Pierre and said "Do you fell weird anywhere? Any problems with transforming from bird to pegasus to horse?" Pierre shook his head and transformed to all three. Viper and Chopper smiled, and Viper turned to Ganfall and said "I hope we can still use the whistle one time for free."

Ganfall laughed and said "It was my benefit, I'll give you two free uses. I still have to make a living here." Viper laughed and the crew bid farewell as Ganfall flew away on Pierre with the box Viper gave him. Viper turned around and gave Nami a smug look "How's that I got two free uses, AND tested the Hyper ball."

Nami gave him the finger and said "That's what I think!" before stomping off, Viper chuckled and said "Viper 1, Nami 0" as the Merry continued sailing.

A few hours later

The Merry came across a giant cloud wall, Luffy jumped on it and started bouncing. He bounced really high and said "I see a gate!" He came back to the Merry and the crew sailed around the cloud wall and saw a gate that said 'Heaven's Gate'. Viper said "Well, maybe we got blown to pieces from the knock up stream" he turned his head and saw Robin pouting at him, he chuckled and an old woman came out and said "What are your intentions?"

Nami said "What do you mean?"

The old woman continued "My name is Amazon, what are you here for? Touring, warmongering, creating scientific inventions to better life?" Viper opened his mouth and a hand grew on his shoulder and clamped his mouth shut.

Nami said "We're just visiting, is that an option?"

Amazon nodded and said "It's 10 billion Exol per person to enter. 8 people so 80 billion.

Nami said "Can we pay in beri?" Amazon nodded and Nami gave her 8 million, they only had 20 million. Amazon took the money and a giant lobster clamped the boat and dragged the boat over the clouds.

The Merry landed on a beach and got off, Viper said "You know, I can't believe she paid that." Zoro nodded and said "I know, feels like she's a different person, maybe we should ask her to clear our debt." Nami heard them and said "Nope! Actually it went up to 500% interest rate!" Viper and Zoro almost collapsed and Sanji swooned "You're so beautiful when your extorting people Nami-swan!"

The crew was playing around on the cloud beach when a young lady showed up playing a harp. She landed on the beach and said "Heso, my name is Conis!" The crew all looked at her and said "Nice to meet you." and introduced themselves.

Viper said "What does heso mean?"

Conis said "It means both hello and goodbye." Viper nodded and Conis started talking to the rest of the crew. All of a sudden Zoro said "There's someone coming." Conis turned and said "That's my father. Heso father!"

Conis' father said "Heso Conis!" he was riding on the same scooter-like thing that Luffy found in the galleon, and he smashed into a tree. He got up and said "Is everyone alright?" Zoro snapped "You're the one who crashed!!"

The man said "Heso, my name is Pagaya, i'm Conis' father." Nami looked at the scooter-thing and said "What is that?" Pagaya said "This is a waver." Nami asked if she could try it, and Pagaya nodded. Nami rode the waver like a pro and Pagaya said "Wow, even I don't have that much control over it!" and then invited the rest into his house, the crew nodded and followed Pagaya and Conis to their house.

Pagaya introduced dials and explained how they work, Viper said "How many of these do you have extra? Also we have an old waver could you possibly fix it?"

Pagaya said "We don't have many dials leftover but I can certainly fix your waver." Viper nodded and said "Do you value dirt here?" Pagaya was confused and said "Dirt?" Viper left the house and came back with a box of dirt and the broken waver. He handed Pagaya the waver and opened the box, revealing the dirt inside. Pagaya and Conis were shocked and said "VEARTH?!"

Viper was confused now and said "Vearth? Is that what you call it up here?" the duo nodded an Viper said "Is it valuable?" the duo nodded again, Viper continued "Can I buy some dials off you for this box, if there's any leftover it'll be the payment for fixing the waver."

Pagaya stammered "This is too much! You can buy our whole house and everything in it with just half this box!" Viper was shocked and said "Really?! Is there a place to buy dials around here? How many different dials are there? Are there rare ones?" Pagaya said "Yes. There is. I don't know the specific number of different ones. Yes." Viper was extremely excited and said "I'll take any dials you have, you can keep this box. Could you also point me in the direction of the shops?" Conis said "I'll just come with you, it won't take long." Viper nodded and left with Conis.

Viper transformed and pick up a stunned Conis and slithered to the Merry, before taking out every single box of dirt and bringing them along with him. Conis said "Maybe you would like a cart?" Viper was slithering around and said "Am I going to scare people like this?" Conis nodded and said "Unfortunately." Viper sighed and reverted back to his human form, he caught a falling Conis and said "I'm sorry to trouble you like this." Conis had a red face and said "It's really nothing." as she scurried away.

Conis came back with a big cart, Viper put all the boxes on it and dragged it with them. Conis pointed out each shop and Viper bought all the dials they had. Viper and Conis came back to the Merry and loaded the boxes of dirt and dials back on to the Merry, Viper kept one out and gave it to Conis "This is for helping me, it would've been a lot harder without you Conis" he smiled at her, he held the box with her face completely red and said "No problem" Viper was confused and said "Are you okay Conis?" and moved his hand to her forehead. Conis turned even redder and said "I'm fine! Thank you Viper!" before she hurried off home.

Viper mumbled "Strange, she couldn't possibly..." he suddenly noticed a group of people in white berets crawling towards him. Viper said "You know I can see you right?" The man in front froze and coughed as he got up and said "My name is Mckinley and I'm the Captain of the white berets! Heso!" he did a little salute.

Viper saluted back and said "Uh Heso?" Mckinley nodded and continued "We're here to monitor your group, in case you partake in criminal activity." Viper nodded and said "Um, do you have any dials for sale?" Mckinley blinked and said "Uh, no. But we have dial weapons." Viper flashed in front of Mckinley and said "Dial weapons?! Can you show me?!"

Mckinley took a step back and waved for one of the white berets to bring a bazooka, he handed it to Viper and said "Be careful it's very touchy." Viper nodded and turned the weapon around and said "How do you get the dials into the weapons? Do you take them apart?" Mckinley explained the process and Viper nodded "Can I buy this from you?" Mckinley was a bit hesitant, Viper added "I can trade you vearth." Mckinley said "Vearth?!" Viper went on to the boat and brought out a little box of vearth and handed it to Mckinley and said "Is that enough?" Mckinley opened the box and saw real vearth and nodded "Enough." Viper smiled and said "Could you explain more about the weapon making process? Can you put ANY dial in a weapon?" Mckinley explained everything he knew.

The rest of the crew showed up and saw Viper shooting off a bazooka. Ussop ran over and said "WOAH! What's that?" Viper handed him the bazooka and said "They call it a flame bazooka, they put a flame dial in it and it shoots a fire ball." Ussop was amazed and Zoro said "Who're these guys?" Viper explained what had just happened and Mckinley said "You are actually guilty of several crimes."

Viper was surprised and said "What crimes?" Mckinley said "Illegal docking on a public beach, becoming a giant monster, and taking vearth from the upper yard. Oh, and going to the upper yard itself is a crime as well." Conis gasped and said "The vearth is from the upper yard?!" Viper said "It's not. I don't even know what the Upper yard is. This vearth is from the blue sea, and becoming a giant monster is a crime?" Conis frowned and said "That's not a crime."

Mckinley said "It's a very minor crime." Viper transformed and said "Is breathing a crime? How about standing? Talking?" he put his head right in front of Mckinley and said "Can you even arrest me?" Mckinley said "Intimidating a white beret is also a crime." Viper turned to Conis and said "What happens if I beat them up?" Conis said "I assume that's also a crime." Mckinley nodded and said "It is." Viper sighed and said "What CAN I do then?" as he reverted.

Mckinley said "Basic human functions, but there's also a fine." Zoro grabbed his swords and was about to slash him. Viper stopped him and said "So we can walk, talk, and breathe?" Mckinkley nodded and Viper said "Alright" as he walked in between the white berets and just stood there.

Mckinley said "What are you doing?" Viper said "Standing." Mckinley got a tick mark on his forehead and said "You're standing in my berets group." Viper said "Actually your berets group are standing around me, this is intimidation, which means you're all criminals." Mckinley snapped "That's not how it works!" Viper said "You yelled at me, which caused me emotional trauma, which amounts to abuse. That's also a crime." Viper walked up to Mckinley and stopped right in front of him.

Mckinley seethed and screamed "I did not!" Viper 'flew' back, and used one of Ussop's ketchup stars to 'cough' up blood, he sat up and had 'blood' around his mouth as he said "Now you just plain assaulted me."

Conis rushed over and said "Are you okay?" Mckinley was shocked and said "I didn-" Conis snapped and said "How could you?! Leave!" Mckinley choked on his words and just stood there. As the crew tried their hardest to suppress their laughs, Luffy punched Mckinley is the face, sending him flying and leaving everyone shocked, Viper sighed and looked at Conis, who was looking at him worried, he held her hands and said with a smile "I'm fine Conis, thank you." Conis' face turned red as he backed off and said "No problem, anytime..." before she ran over to her father.

Sanji watched her go and grumbled "Damn Rainbow hair, how did he get an angel to fall for him like that..." Viper said "Oi shit-cook, maybe it's cus i'm more handsome than you?" Sanji snapped "You?! A rainbow headed freak? I don't think so" Viper butted heads with him and said "Coming from a dart-browed bastard like you? Sounds like the pot callin' the kettle black to me!" Sanji and Viper went at it, and Mckinley got up and said "Assaulting a white beret! Sentenced to divine judgement!" and ran away.

Conis and Pagaya went pale, Viper and Sanji stopped and said "Divine judgement?" Conis said "God sends judgement down and whoever the person was disappears! Normally residents are supposed to help and call for a transport but I.." Conis shook her head and said "I won't!" Pagaya said "Conis!" Thunder rumbled above her, and lightning struck down on Conis.

Conis opened her eyes and looked up, seeing Viper in his full transformation covering her with his body and wings. Viper let out a mouthful of smoke and said "Getting cooked, doesn't full too good.." and he collapsed and reverted.

Ganfall appeared and saw Viper collapsed on the ground charred and Conis crying over him, while Chopper was treating him, he landed and said "What happened?" Viper said "Hey Ganfall, just got a little fried is all." Conis then explained what happened. Ganfall said "I can take you both to my house, it's out of Enel's range." Viper stood up and said "Take Conis, I would like to meet this 'God'." Nami flew back and said "We have to leave! There's a god here and he sent a lightning bolt and just fried a guy right in front of me!"

Viper blinked and laughed "Nami, I just got fried myself." the rest of the crew chuckled and Luffy said "We're going to kick god's ass." Viper chuckled and dragged a pale Nami towards the Merry, Luffy, Sanji, and Ussop said that they wanted to go back to Conis' house first to get food and supplies. The rest of the crew got on the Merry and waited for the trio. Ganfall left with Conis and all of a sudden, a giant shrimp grabbed the merry and sped of towards the upper yard.

Viper said "Well so much for that." the rest of the crew sighed and the shrimp brought them to an altar in the middle of some kind of lake, the shrimp left after placing the ship on the altar. The group looked around and Robin remarked "These look like runes, perhaps this is a sacrificial altar?" Viper snapped his fingers and Nami and Chopper went pale.

Viper walked to the edge of the altar and said "Do you think these clouds are the same as the ocean?" Robin said "Maybe why?" Viper said "I was wondering, because if it is then how exactly does it sap our strength? I refuse to believe it is a curse." and he dove in.

Robin said "Mr. Swordsman, I think you should go get him." Zoro sighed and jumped in after Viper. After a while they still didn't come out and Chopper said "Did they get eaten?" Robin said "If they did, I wonder if the clouds would turn red." Nami snapped "Can you not say that so calmly!" Zoro jumped out dragging Viper and a shark flew out after them, Zoro cut it in half and said "Fucking sharks.." Viper coughed out some clouds and said "Fucking clouds..." as they made their way back to the Merry.

Robin giggled and said "Your analysis?" Viper gave her a look and said "Cloud sea = Normal sea" Robin put her hand over her mouth and laughed again, before she said "We should explore, the land over there." Viper looked over and walked off the Merry to transform, he transformed and picked up Robin, Nami, and Zoro and said "Chopper keep Ganfall's whistle on you at all times and watch the ship, we'll be right back." Chopper nodded and Viper flew off.

The group landed on the ground past the forest and Viper reverted as they started walking. Nami said "Did you guys see that house? Looks a lot like Cricket's." Viper said "Maybe it's the other half?" Robin said "So your theory was correct?" Viper nodded and said "If it was indeed the other half of Cricket's house then I am, and that also means that the city of gold in here too." Nami's eyes turned to Beri signs and Zoro said "Can we just stop saying gold around her?" Viper and Robin nodded and the group heard a loud noise. Viper scooped everyone up and transformed before shooting back to the Merry.

The group arrived and saw Chopper and Ganfall on the deck unconscious, and the mast was burnt. Viper reverted and landed on the deck, he caught Robin and Nami, while Zoro landed on his feet. Viper put down the women before walking to Chopper and waking him up "Chopper what happened?" Chopper said "There was this priest guy with a bird that spit fire! I tried to save the Merry form getting burned but the bird surprised me, and that guy was also really strong so me and Ganfall both lost, not too badly though.." Viper nodded and said "Take care of Ganfall for now, do you remember what that guy looked like?" Chopper nodded and described the priest, then started treating Ganfall.

Viper frowned and was thinking about something, when he heard Luffy's voice "Hey guys! What happened to the Merry?!" The trio were on a boat and landed on the altar before they came up on to the Merry's deck. Viper explained what happened and that they confirmed the Upper yard was the other half of Jaya.

Luffy said "So I guess we can only go camping and fight again tomorrow?" Viper nodded and Luffy threw his hands into the air and said "Yay! We're gonna have a campfire!" Viper chuckled and everyone landed on the dirt to set up for their camping. Luffy was getting wood, Sanji was getting ingredients for camping food and everyone else was setting up tents.

Robin came back from wherever she was with a rock and said "I found this." Sanji said "Oh salt, thanks Robin!" Robin smiled and sat down, watching the rest of the crew fool around. Viper walked over and sat down "How long have you been on the run for?" Robin turned her head and said "Excuse me?" Viper drank from his cup and said "Exactly what I said. I don't think someone who literally sets up eyes and ears everywhere when she sleeps is someone who has a stable 'home'."

Robin was silent for a moment and said "My whole life." Viper sighed and said "I'm sorry." Robin waved him off and said "It's fine. What about you?"

Viper said "Me?" Robin nodded and said "What was your life like?" Viper blinked and said "I don't know." Robin said "If you don't want to answer.." Viper cut her off and said "No, it's not that. I really don't know. I woke up on an Island in the East blue with only a piece of paper that had my name on it a couple months ago. Everything before that is completely blank, I can't remember at all. Actually, that Island is where I met Luffy, it was strange." Robin said "What do you mean?" Viper said "The paper said my name, and 'Stay here and you'll find friends' sure enough after almost a month I met Luffy and Zoro." he chuckled as he drank his drink.

Robin said "You don't wonder who you were before? Or even who gave you the paper?" Viper shrugged and said "I do sometimes, but I have everything I want right now, I have nothing to complain about. If I find out one day, great but it's not a top priority. I'd rather stay with everyone, I feel if I find out, it might ostracize me from everyone else, to be honest with you that's my biggest fear."

Robin was a bit taken aback "You asked me what my dream was and I heard from everyone else what theirs was but I've never heard yours." Viper said "I don't know. If I really had to have a dream it would probably be to have a family." he looked towards everyone fooling around and smiled warmly "I might not have a real family, or a wife and kids, but I have all of them and you. Despite being the second youngest, it feels like i'm the oldest brother, or at least the second oldest." he turned to Robin and said "What do you think? Pretty lame dream isn't it? All the knowledge and intelligence I have and I have such a simple dream, sometimes I feel out of place." Robin was a bit sad and said "I don't think it's lame, that's what you want isn't it?" Viper smiled and said "Of course, I can't put my finger on it, but when I'm with everyone I just feel happy all the time. It's a very peculiar feeling, I felt it every time we met someone that would eventually become a crew member, I can't name it but it feels like trust and familiarity. I felt it from everyone, including you."

Robin said "Me?" Viper nodded "You're like the older sister." he smiled warmly at her, Robin teared up and hugged him. Viper was shocked and rubbed her back "Are you okay? I didn't mean to bring anything bad up if I did." Robin let him go and said "No, you didn't. Thank you, Viper."

Viper was shocked and said "No problem, actually if you accept your role, I can rank us all now!" Robin was confused and Viper continued "How old are you? Like 20?" Robin gave him a look and said "You know you're not supposed to ask a woman that right?" Viper frowned and said "But what if the woman I like is over twice my age and they just look younger? Wouldn't I be getting fooled?"

Robin almost slapped him and snapped "What do you mean getting fooled?! It doesn't matter how old she is! You just don't ask!" Viper said "Fine, jeez..." Robin took a deep breath and said "If you really must know, I'm 28." Viper's eyes widened and he said "WHAT?! You're 28! You really don't look it, though I suppose I don't look like a 16 year old either.."

Robin said "You're 16?! Wow, you act like an old man." Viper pouted and said "Yeah, tell me about it." Robin giggled and Viper continued "So it goes like this first you, then Zoro, Me, Sanji, Nami, Ussop, Chopper, and Luffy." Viper chuckled and said "I'm like the middle child hehehe" Robin watched as Viper got more excited ranking the group than he did with his experiments and smiled 'maybe these are the people Saul talked about..' she thought.

Viper snapped his fingers and mumbled to himself "I wonder how old THAT girl is..." Robin leaned in and said "Which girl??" Viper jumped a bit as his face reddened "Nobody! What are you talking about?!" Robin said "Aww tell big sis about your little crush!" Viper stuttered "I-I-I don;t have a crush on anybody! You're crazy! Me? A scientist? Have a crush on a princess? Yea right!" he put his hands over his mouth and glared at Robin, who was giggling "A princess huh? Which kingdom? Maybe we can make a pit stop." Viper cursed the shameless woman 1000 times in his heart and said "I'm not telling you." Robin said "It's not Vivi is it? We're not exactly on friendly terms, me and her." Viper laughed and said "It's not. I saw her in a science magazine- Fuck me! You made me put my guard down!" Robin laughed "Dereshishishishi" before she clamped her hands over her own mouth, Viper smiled and said "HAHAH A real laugh!" Robin was about to grab the bastard but he slipped away and joined Luffy dancing.

Robin smiled and said to herself "Science magazine huh? I get him for that.." she continued to watch the party with a smile on her face. The crew partied and ate, before they went to sleep to be prepared for tomorrow. Little did they know a huge death game awaited them.
