Chapter Sixteen (Short)

Returning to Bayrueth Kingdom's capital was relatively easy. During the journey back though Shin and Rionne ask what the giant light pillars were. So naturally in an uncaring way I answered as if its just a known thing.

"Elemental Orbital Strike Cannon or EOSC, I have few skills like that, the one you saw was Cerberus, the weakest orbital strike skill. But it wasn't what killed the vast majority of the Demon's. That was something only a Player should remember."

Shin remembering the gear set I wore murmurs silently but me and Fen heard him.

"End Monsters?….. but which?"

Ignoring him we stepped onto the road leading to the capital. Looking around I noticed the local Monsters were hiding away from something, expect for the monster Shin fought in the first half of his stay in this world in the original novel. Interesting. Eventually though we had reached the capital with very little resistance. With that though I decided to seperate from Shin and take the pack to Bamel, a frontier like city constantly plagued by monster waves.

Kicking dead bodies of fresh Holy Knights from our camp I got Nomad ready to leave. The pup dubbed Cupcake laying on my head asleep currently after being fed. The male's of both new litters have a slightly more pronounced Werewolf vasiege compared to the girls. With Nomad ready I pulled up the Watcher's chat and sent one message to let my cult know my plans.

With that I brought out a humvee called Vampire, its run over so many things, because I suddenly would swerve screaming roadkill or drove it through monster floods, that its gained a self repair skill using blood of its victims. Fenrir sat beside it along with Fenris, the two massive bosses flanking it on either side as if guarding it. Opening the back hatch the older pups of the pack filed in with the younger ones while me and Suna sat in the front. The Field Boss looking at the vehicle with interest. While driving the humvee suddenly ran something over before the interior pulsed with faint blood red lines. The vehicles stats changing slightly from 234% Defense to 250% and 289% Physical Damage to 300%.

'Guess the humvee fed on something, its stats updated.'

'Only you would have a vampire car Locky, only you.'

'Greeeat more of your shit…'

'The car drinks blood….?'

Chuckling at Fenrir's "Yeah your bullshit, kill me…." Kind of reply I did get curious.... Did Vampire still have the "Souls" of my colleagues? Because I ran them over at least once to see if it'd work. Even ran myself over.
