"What? You guys are still here?" Naruto arrived at the Hokage's Office with his team and shouted in shock when he saw Team Seven.

In an instant, all three members of Team Seven were embarrassed. Even Hokage seemed embarrassed for them.

"Well, it doesn't matter. Old Man, we are here for our last mission of the day." Naruto shouted while walking closer to Hiruzen.

"I got the feeling that you will arrive soon. Here!" Hokage tossed the scroll toward him and Naruto quickly opened it.

His expression changed slightly as he felt a bit disgusted. But he controlled his emotions nonetheless and looked at Shikamaru.

"Hey, we have to go to your compound for this task."

Saying so, he tossed the mission scroll to Shikamaru who walked away while looking at it.

Hinata got closer to Naruto and asked.

"Naruto-kun, what is the mission?"

"We have to watch the deer since Nara clan members are busy today." Naruto answered while shrugging his shoulders.

"It's my dad, Naruto." Shikamaru answered as they were out of the Hokage Tower.

"I asked him to make some time for my training. So, he posted this mission to finish more important tasks during this time and train me later."

Hearing his words, Kurenai was startled.

"You never struck me as a hard-working type. Why are you training now? You should know that we have a training after this mission, right?"

"Ahh! We forgot to inform you, Kurenai-Sensei. We got to be Chunin by the next exam so we will train as hard as possible."

Naruto answered for Shikamaru.

Kurenai sternly at Naruto and asked.

"Naruto, you know I am Sensei, right?"

Naruto nodded.

"Then, why didn't you tell me about your training?"

Naruto shook his head and said.

"Sensei, it's not that we didn't want to tell you. We just started yesterday. And, besides basic Tree Climbing and Taijutsu spars, we haven't actually trained much."

"More importantly, there is a little that we can rely on our sensei. Not to be rude, but every great shinobi who came out of this village only got a small amount of help from their Sensei."

"Lord First was the first and only user of Wood Release which means he taught it himself. Lord Second created several Forbidden Techniques and was master of Water Release which should be Mizukage's specialty."

"Old Man had acquired knowledge of every single technique inside Konoha except for Kekkei Genkai. My favorite Lord Fourth managed to learn the Flying Thunder God Technique and created his own Sealless technique that gave him the nickname Yellow Flash of the Leaf."

"Even outside Kage, Lord Jiraya was said to be taught by the toads of Mount Myoboku even though he was Old Man's student. While Team Seven sensei Kakashi trained under Lord Fourth, he is known for his Sharingan and his own lightning technique."

"And, there is Blue Beast of Konoha, Might Guy who is the greatest Taijutsu user in Konoha and holds one of the most powerful Forbidden Techniques in his arsenal."

"None of the powerful people were trained by their Sensei. They were only guided to a certain path. All of their achievements came from their effort."

Hearing his words, Kurenai didn't know what to say. It sounded a lot like an insult to every Sensei but in truth, it wasn't.

Sensei was indeed there to guide them, not teach them everything.

"Naruto-kun!" Hinata frowned and sternly stared at Naruto. She could feel Kurenai's mood getting depressed after hearing his words.

Shikamaru on the other hand didn't say much.

Naruto also realized that and immediately shook his head.

"But, Sensei, don't forget you are the only one who has a little chance of making me a Genjutsu User. With my Chakra Reserves and Control, if there is anyone in the entire village that can teach me Genjutsu, it would be you."

Kurenai felt a lot better hearing that. She ruffled Naruto's hair and said.

"Thank you for being honest with me, Naruto! Indeed Genjutsu is my specialty. There is little that I can teach you about Taijutsu and Ninjutsu but if you need any kind of help, don't hesitate to ask me."

"Of course!" Naruto giggled and shouted.

"Now, let's finish our last mission!"

He ran toward Nara compound followed by Hinata and Shikamaru. Kurenai chuckled and slowly increased her speed.

After two hours, they were standing on their training ground. After finishing their last task, they went for lunch.

Their lunch only lasted about half an hour before they got to their training ground and rested quite a bit.

Now, they were ready for training.

"Alright, so what training are you going through right now?" Kurenai asked.

Naruto quickly raised his hands and said.

"I am going through Water Walking, some Jutsu that Old Man gave me, and Wind Nature Transformation training. Also, I am trying to create my own Taijutsu style."

"You aren't trying to chew more than you can eat, are you?" Kurenai sternly stared at him and asked.

Naruto shook his head and said.

"I am planning on using fifty clones to perfect Water Walking, fifty on those Jutsu, fifty on Wind Nature Transformation, and another fifty for memorizing and creating Taijutsu moves."

"Of course, I am doing physical training to increase my strength since it can't be done by my clones."

Kurenai had to roll her eyes when she heard his training method. Only Naruto, yes, only Naruto in the entire village could possibly do something like that.

"I am trying to reach Sixty Four Palms while increasing my Chakra Reserves. I also got some weights for my physical training." Hinata raised her hand and explained.

"I am training to increase my Chakra Reserves and doing some physical training." Shikamaru spoke with a tired expression.

All three of them stared at him not knowing how he could look so tired even though they hadn't even started their training.

"Alright! It seems like there isn't much I can do to help you guys. But, you said something about Taijutsu Spar. I might not be a Taijutsu master but I am still a Jonin."

"So, I can help you three with your Taijutsu spar." Kurenai said.

"Great! Kurenai Sensei, let's start our spar right now. Oh, wait!"

[Multi-Shadow Clone Technique]

Poof!

Suddenly, two hundred of his shadow clones appeared on the ground.

"Alright you guys, fifty of you will train in Water Walking, and another fifty will do Kunai, Shuriken, and Clone Explosion Jutsu, another fifty will start Wind Nature Transformation training and the final fifty will continue Taijutsu training."

After sending his clones away, he turned to face Kurenai and said.

"Alright Sensei, let's get started!"

"You know, Naruto! Your Chakra Reserves are downright scary." Kurenai chuckled and took her own Taijutsu stance.

Shikamaru and Hinata looked at each other and started their training.

Naruto and Kurenai jumped towards each other. Each throws their fists forward. Their punches collided and Kurenai quickly realized that she was putting a lot less Chakra into her fist.

Her strength was high but she wasn't a Taijutsu master so she had to use her higher strength to be more of a threat to Naruto.

Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!

After Naruto noticed Kurenai adjusting her strength, he let out a scary grin on his face. The next moment, he disappeared and tried to kick Kurenai from the sides.

Using her superior speed, she managed to block the kick with her own kick. But, it didn't end there.

Naruto continued to exploit his increased precision in the battle against his Sensei while she was using her own experience and power to fight.

Surprisingly, she was only using her Chunin Level Strength against Naruto. While Naruto was still lacking in power, he was making it equal with his quick and powerful strikes.

The more she fought against him, the more confused she became. At one moment, he fights like a Hyuga and in another moment, he fights like Might Guy.

It was confusing but this battle continued for quite a while. Only at the end of the battle, did she realize that Naruto was wearing the weights the entire time.

Even so, he was using strength closer to that of a Chunin which meant he was already a Chunin-level Ninja. That was scary considering he was just an Academy Student a few days ago.

After two hours of continuous training, Naruto finally fell to the ground. His hands and legs couldn't move anymore. He hadn't lost consciousness but he was extremely tired.

From the start of the battle to the end, he never decreased his strength. Even with weights, he used his full power against Kurenai but he barely landed one or two hits.

On the other hand, his body had a lot of bruises because of Kurenai's attacks.

"Are you sure you will be alright, Naruto?" Seeing her student on the ground, Kurenai asked with a worried expression.

"I will be fine, Kurenai Sensei. My body heals quite fast." Naruto reassured her but he realized that he won't be able to train any further.

So, he said goodbye to his friends and used his last bit of strength to Body Flicker to his apartment.
