Hinata's POV

Naruto and I walked hand in hand through the bustling streets of the village, enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the annual cherry blossom festival. The sound of laughter and chatter filled the air, and the smell of street food wafted around us.

As we strolled through the festival, Naruto's bright smile lit up his face, and I couldn't help but feel a flutter in my chest. I had always admired his positive outlook on life and his ability to find joy in the simplest things.

Suddenly, a colorful display of dango skewers caught Naruto's eye, and he pulled me toward the vendor's stall. "Let's try some dango, Hinata! It looks amazing," he exclaimed with excitement.

I smiled softly, nodding in agreement as we approached the stall. The vendor greeted us warmly and recommended their most popular flavor. Naruto eagerly ordered two skewers, and we continued our walk through the festival, enjoying the sights and sounds of the celebration.

"These taste great, Don't they?"

"Ummm… I like these!" I replied.

As we walked, we chatted, and I couldn't help but feel grateful for this moment with Naruto. Just some days ago, Naruto seemed so out of reach for me, but now he is present at this moment for me and with me.

"What are you thinking about?" Naruto leaned toward my face, giving me a suspicious look.

Too close! I turned my head around, a light smile on my face with cheeks flushed red.

"Nothing! I feel like this is a dream, you and me, spending time together." I said in low voice, feeling a little embarrassed.

Naruto turned his head away, "The feeling is mutual, I don't think I've ever been this happy."

That made my heart skip a beat, Naruto these days kept giving me these heart-skipping words these days. The more I walk and talk with him, the more I realize how much I don't know him, and how much he has changed.

Finally, we found a quiet spot under the cherry blossom trees, and we settled down on a bench. Naruto handed me a skewer, and we both took a bite of the sweet and chewy dango. I savored the taste and watched with delight as Naruto's face lit up with pleasure.

"This is so good!" he exclaimed, grinning from ear to ear.

I couldn't help but giggle at his excitement, feeling my heart fill with warmth at the sight of his joy. "I'm glad you like it, Naruto," I said with a smile.

We continued to enjoy our dango and the beautiful view of the blooming cherry blossom trees. Naruto kept talking to me, and I listened intently, feeling joy, trying to know him better.

As the sun began to set, we slowly made our way back through the festival. I couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment and happiness, knowing that I had spent the day with Naruto, someone who always made me feel alive.

"Let's go! We have more places to visit." Naruto jumped up.

After finishing their dango, Naruto and I decided to take a leisurely walk through the blooming cherry blossom trees. The air was filled with the sweet fragrance of the flowers, and the gentle breeze made the petals dance in the air, creating a beautiful sight to behold.

As we walked, I couldn't help but feel a sense of peace wash over me. I have always found cherry blossoms to symbolize new beginnings, and the moment's beauty made my heart swell with happiness. Naruto, too, seemed to be enjoying the walk. He always loved the energy of the festival, but the quiet beauty of the trees was a welcome change of pace.

"Never thought, Just the next village to our vacation had this type of vacation going on," Naruto commented, raising his hand, as cherry blossoms fell on his hand.

"Yeah! Me too. I like it here."

As we walked together, admiring the beauty of the blossoms and enjoying each other's company, we came across a small pond where a group of children, played with paper boats on the water. I couldn't help but smile at the sight of the innocent fun they were having.

"Look, Naruto," I said, pointing to the children. "They're playing with paper boats."

Naruto's eyes lit up with excitement. "I remember doing that when I was a kid!"

I smiled at the idea, as we observed the boat floating on the water, watching as it drifted away with the current.

As we watched the boat disappear into the distance, I turned to Naruto with a soft smile. "Thank you for coming with me today, Naruto. I'm having such a wonderful time."

Naruto grinned back at me. "It's only Natural, You know what?"

"Hmmm!" Naruto paused, as I hummed.

Naruto sat down at the cherry blossom tree, looking at the river, and my eyes fixed on his blue eyes.

Naruto sat on the ground beneath a stunning cherry blossom tree, the delicate pink petals falling around him like snowflakes. He had a peaceful expression on his face as he gazed out at the scenery, the soft light of the setting sun casting a warm glow over his features.

His spiky blonde hair was tousled by the gentle breeze, and his bright blue eyes sparkled with a sense of contentment. He wore a simple white T-shirt and black pants, with a blazer around his body.

In the distance, the hustle and bustle of the cherry blossom festival could be heard, but here, under the peaceful tree, Naruto felt completely at peace. The sound of chirping birds and rustling leaves mixed with the distant hum of the festival, creating a peaceful symphony that filled his soul.

As I gazed at Naruto, my heart felt like it was about to burst with emotions. The depth of my feelings for him overwhelmed me, and for a moment, I felt vulnerable and exposed.

Despite my difficulty in expressing my emotions, I knew that I had to find a way to show him how much he meant to me. I had always admired his strength and determination, and I wanted nothing more than to support him in every way possible. And importantly, I love him even more than I love myself.

As the thought crossed my mind, I felt a surge of courage within me. I wanted to walk alongside Naruto, not behind him, and I knew that it was up to me to make my feelings known.

Taking a deep breath, I mustered up all the courage I could and stepped forward, standing beside him. He turned to me with a smile, and I felt my heart skip a beat.

"Naruto," I said softly, my voice barely above a whisper. "I have something to tell you."

"Hinata," he said, his voice filled with warmth and kindness. "I'm so grateful to have you in my life. You are always there for me. Maybe, No…Certainly, I like you Hinata."

As we stood there, watching the sunset over the horizon, I felt a sense of contentment wash over me. My feelings for Naruto were still overwhelming, but at that moment, when Naruto said those words, As if the world flipped I was shocked, and my heart and brain pulsated.

"Na…Naruto, I… I like you too." I said, my voice unsteady, as emotions overwhelmed me.

"Then, We have something in common."

As the sun began to set over the village, we made our way back to the center of the festival, feeling a sense of contentment and peace that could only come from spending time with someone you care about. The soft glow of the setting sun illuminated the cherry blossom trees, creating a serene and romantic atmosphere.

"Can I hold your hands?"

"Yes!"

My heart was beating fast as Naruto took my hand in his. I could feel the warmth of his palm against mine, and it sent a shiver down my spine. We had been walking together, admiring the beauty of the cherry blossoms when he had reached out and taken my hand.

I was surprised but also filled with a sense of joy and contentment. It was like all the worries and fears that I had been holding onto just melted away at that moment.
