Flaunting His Status

Ellen and the rest ordered the food and started to talk to each other. Tang Lao kept her distance after being called a 'dirt' by Ellen indirectly.

She smiled bashfully as she asked, "Brother Ellen, who is that girl beside you?"

She wanted to ask that question to him right from the moment she had seen that beautiful woman but couldn't find a right time before, so she finally got to ask this right now.

Ellen simply gazed at Song Xia, who was sipping her black coffee and smiled as he replied with a doting expression in his usually cold face, "She's my girlfriend."

She was just enjoying her black coffee, what did she do to provoke him that he slandered her like that?

Song Xia immediately choked on her coffee and started coughing violently.

Ellen patted her back gently and gave her a glass of water as he chided her gently, "Don't drink it too fast! No one will steal your coffee from you! Or are you afraid that someone will steal me away from you?"

He said as he flirtatiously winked at her.

'Why can't I maintain my composure in front of this man?!' Song Xia couldn't help but blush again as she lowered her head in embarrassment.

Tang Lao felt jealous as she tried her best to calm herself down and asked with a sweet but forced smile, "Sister, may I know your name?"

At first, she changed her English name and now, her Chinese name. Was she going to change her whole identity soon?

Tang Lao sneered in her heart.
