Ellen also felt annoyed at being called 'Brother' by someone who he saw for the first time. But when he heard Song Xia's words, his lips curled up in amusement.

'Is she jealous?' Ellen glanced at Song Xia's puffed up cheeks and felt that she was so adorable, even when she was mad.

Tang Lao had never been questioned like that before so she immediately yelled at her, "You, how dare you say that?! Brother Ellen, look, she's bullying me!"

She immediately put on a hurt expression but she was gloating in her heart.

'This b***! So what if she's with him, Brother Ellen places great importance in company matters.. How dare she bully me, Tang Lao, right in front of Brother Ellen? She has to pay for it..!'

Ellen didn't give her any heed as he closed in and whispered to Song Xia softly, "Are you jealous, Xia?"

Song Xia blushed when she felt his breath on her neck and her heart raced faster. She didn't dare to move or even breathe when she saw his enlarged face near her..

Noticing that Ellen was so close to that woman, Tang Lao felt a fire of jealousy engulfing her heart. 'How can Brother Ellen ignore me!'

She bit her lips as her father, Tang Long led her to sit on the right of Ellen, to break the awkwardness that his daughter created.

He and Secretary Han then sat opposite them.

Ellen turned his gaze from Song Xia to Tang Long as he said while squinting coldly, "Mr.Tang, when did we become so close that you are calling me with my name?"

Even though he didn't want to be rude to others, but CEO Tang was the one who dared to interrupt between him and his lovely girl, so he just couldn't help but teach him a lesson.

Tang Long's whole body froze as he broke out in cold sweat. He was terrified by that guy's sudden change in tone.

Why did he.. sound so... so dangerous? He had just simply said to discuss the project, what did he do wrong that provoked him?

Tang Lao sweetly patted on Ellen's shoulder as she coaxed him, "Brother Ellen, don't get mad! Dad just wanted to talk about the Project C! Relax..."

Ellen interjected her coldly, "Miss Tang, can you please control your hands? They are dirtying my suit. So, Project C... what's there even to discuss about? The collaboration has already been decided."

Tang Lao took back her hands and bit her lips.

Her fingernails dug deep into her hands as she clenched them tightly when she saw Ellen taking off his blazer and setting it aside with a cold face.

Song Xia scratched her neck as she whispered to him, "Aren't you being too rude? I mean after all they're your business partners..."

Ellen smiled as he spoke gently to her, "Don't worry! They can't cancel the dealings between the both companies. It's in the contract. And if they do, they'll have to pay a big fine for breaching the contract."

Song Xia felt relieved as she sighed in admiration, "You're so amazing, Ellen. You're just 24 yet you're already such a successful CEO!"

She then said determinedly, "Keep watching, Ellen! One day, I'll become as good as you!"

Ellen pinched her soft cheeks and said smilingly, "I'll wait for that day to come, then."

He then stared at her, his deep eyes full of affection and tenderness.
