Meeting Midoryia (Part 1)

Mina and Jiro lead the five to the arena, and outside they saw Aizawa standing outside talking with Gran Torino.

"Hello, youngsters," he said.

"Hey. We're here to watch Midoryia train," Jiro told them.

"All Might's sitting in the 1A section if you want to join him," Aizawa explained.

""ALL MIGHT?!""

"Midoryia is All Might's apprentice!" Bryce told the twins as the three fan girled.

"Are you two here to watch too?" Mina asked.

"We're fighting him," Torino answered.

"Fighting?"

"Midoryia is fighting three of our teachers, Midnight, Ectoplasm, and Cementoss, along with Mirko and Gunhead."

"He doesn't know we're here. We're here for a surprise attack.

"Well, good luck!" Anna said.

After talking with Torino and Aizawa, they entered the arena and found All Might.

"Hi, All Might," Mina said happily.

"Hello, young Ashido, young Kyoko," he said back.

The five sat behind All Might while Mina and Jiro sat on either side of him.

"You're new students?" All Might asked, turning to the group.

"Yes! It's so great to meet you!" Bryce said.

"They wanted to meet the three. Midoryia is our last stop," Jiro told him.

"So, what are you doing?" Anna asked after noticing him holding a clipboard.

"I'm taking notes of things I see during the training," All Might explained.

They all looked down to see Midnight putting stuff on Izuku's wrists and ankles.

"What are those?" Romeo asked.

"They're weights. The two on his wrist are each fifty pounds; the two on his ankles are one hundred pounds."

"That's three hundred pounds altogether!"

"She's not done."

They looked again and watched Midnight lock a metal blindfolded to his head.

""Why are they doing that?""

"They're handicaps," All Might answered.

"Shouldn't the handicaps be on the teachers?"

"Midoryia's different."

"Different?"

"Over the summer, he trained with Endeavor and Hawks; they fought at full power. Endeavor told Midoryia to treat it as a fight to the death. He and Hawks did the same."

"He must've gotten seriously hurt," Anna figured.

"Midoryia won. If it weren't for Recovery Girl, Hawks most likely would have lost full use of his wings."

"The handicap is so he doesn't kill them."
