Puppet Beast

Qingfeng stopped his steps and asked Black Puppy, "Puppy, do you hear that sound?"

Black Puppy raised its two dog-ears and flapped them in an attempt to hear clearly.

Shortly after, Black Puppy said, "There is a very delicate creeping sound, right around where we are."

Sky-Devouring Snake suddenly waved its tail and pointed forward, saying, "Look, there is something coming towards us."

Qingfeng grew concerned as he looked forward. There was a massive humanoid creature before them with a body nearly two meters tall. However, it wasn't a human; it was a massive puppet beast. 

Puppet beasts were very rare in the self-cultivation realm. They were made of wood, but not any average wood. It was wood gathered from demonic trees that have trained in wood style cultivation techniques, so they were a rare earth treasure.
