Chapter 38: Jealousy, Jealousy

The drive to Samantha’s apartment was slow and unmoving.
Richard took himself to his own apartment all the way on the other side of the city once he dealt with the enraging case of a one Mark Alderman and caught his best friend Tobias up on the situation.
Once he got home, Richard managed to calm himself down severely and took most of that anger out on the various punching bags he had at his private gym in his apartment building. Although a lot of frustration was still bottled up inside of him, he was now much calmer after he came to the realization that the current threat to Samantha’s life was taken care of.
Mark Alderman was a dead man. Richard knew that the minute he received that distressing voicemail from Samantha who told him someone was following her.
