The team must move on - Part One

Maki and Jason finally arrived safely at the Pardour main gates and were met by Dante, who was waiting for them sitting on top of the gates, cleaning his sword.

"Sensei, you're waiting for us?," Maki asked when she and Jason saw him.

Dante then sheathed his sword and jumped onto the ground, saying, "Of course I am! You're my students after all!!," he said grinning.

He then noticed Jason's face and Maki's body language and he placed a serious look on his face.

"I see that Vincent told you already, huh? About him leaving the Academy to take over his leadership roles back at Bergeves?," he finally asked them.

Both Jason and Maki had surprised expressions on their faces as they were not sure how Dante knew of this situation.

"I thought so. We were informed of the news earlier this week by the Academy council. And by 'we', I meant the tutors taking over the teams."
