David leaned back in his chair, his eyes darting nervously toward the window behind him as he talled to the chat.
He was playing up the act, pretending to be increasingly unsettled as the minutes passed.
The chat was buzzing with anxious messages, their concern growing with each passing moment.
"Dude, seriously, there's something in your room! Call the police"
"Stop ignoring it you dumbfuck ! You're not safe!"
"This is giving me chills."
"I'M HARD"
"Dude wtf ! Digusting "
David exhaled loudly, running a hand through his hair as though trying to calm himself.
"Okay, okay, maybe I should take you guys more seriously," he said, his voice trembling slightly.
"I think I'm just gonna get out of here for a bit. Go outside, check the outside , clear my head, you know?"
The chat went wild.
"NO, don't go outside!"
"Stay in the house! Trust us, something's watching!"
"If you leave, you might make it worse!"
"You gotta try it "
David looked at the chat, acting conflicted. "You really think I should stay?" he asked, glancing at the window where the silhouette had been.
"Maybe... maybe you're right. I don't want to mess with whatever's happening here."
The chat exploded with desperate messages.
"Just get ready with holy weapons or some shit , but keep the stream on!"
"We'll watch out for anything weird."
"Don't turn off the camera!"
David nodded, as if convinced by their warnings. "Alright, fine. I'll keep the stream going. I'll just, uh... grab some stuff real quick like . I'm not staying in this room alone, though I'mgonna call some friends."
He stood up and walked out of frame, leaving the viewers with a dimly lit room and the unsettling window in the background.
The tension was wild in the chat.
"WTF, where did he go?"
"That guy is cooked"
"GGs"
"Guys, that thing is there!"
"What's happening?"
David walked out of the room and into the bathroom, pretending to get ready with some things.
Meanwhile, the stream showed the window darkening.
The silhouette, which had only been faint before, now grew more defined and imposing.
It appeared as a large, shadowy figure with a vaguely humanoid shape.
The figure seemed to press closer to the glass, watching the camera with an unnerving stillness.
The chat was in a frenzy.
"OH MY GOD WHAT IS THAT!?"
"SOMETHING'S IN YOUR WINDOW!"

David, still out of frame, could hear the chat's frantic messages through his headphones.
He smirked as he prepared to return to the stream, fully aware of the spectacle he was creating.
As he moved, the figure in the window seemed to flicker and move, creating a sense of foreboding.
Suddenly, the stream began to glitch.
The image on the screen became choppy and fragmented, the picture cutting in and out.
The silhouette in the window flickered wildly, growing and shrinking as if the feed was being interfered with.
"WHAT'S HAPPENING TO THE STREAM???"
"IT'S GLITCHING!"
"IS THIS PART OF THE ACT?"
"THIS IS NOT VERY SKIBIDI"
The footage turned increasingly erratic, the screen distorting and flashing with static.
The shadowy figure seemed to lunge forward, then retreat, as if playing a twisted game with the viewers.
The chat's panic grew with each glitchy frame.
"THIS IS CREEPY AS HELL!"
"THE FIGURE IS MOVING!"
"IS HE IN DANGER???"
"WAIT ITS NOT GONNA HAUNT ME AFTER THIS RIGHT ?"
With a final crackle of static, the stream cut off abruptly.
The screen went black, leaving the chat in stunned silence.
"WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED???"
"THE STREAM IS DEAD!"
"DID SOMETHING HAPPEN TO HIM???"
The chat exploded into chaos as the viewers tried to make sense of the sudden end.
David had succeeded in creating an unsettling and memorable stream.
Now, all he had to do was figure out how to keep the momentum going and build his ARG further.
