Sorry for short chap, next one will be longer.

I have up to 20 advanced chapters of this story available on patre0n.com/xlucqs, with the lowest tier being £4 for 5 advanced chapters. Subscribing isn't necessary, but it is greatly appreciated. Thank you to everyone who had subscribed so far, I appreciate it!

We hit 370 power stones last week! Thank you so much! If we hit 500 power stones this week then I will post a bonus chapter! If we manage to hit 1000 power stones, then another bonus chapter will be released!

Also webnovel have added this new feature where you have to get the app to read the chapters after a certain amount. I'd recommend you either:

A) Get the app

B) Get an android or apple emulator and get the app to read the chaps.

C) If you can't do either, then this fic is fully updated on fanfiction.net and I am currently in the process of uploading it all to Scribblehub.

"I'm gonna miss you my friend." Akira sent one last look of longing at the hotel room he had stayed at for the past 5 years.

"So many memories were made here. I still remember jumping out of that window with my costume on like it was yesterday."

"It was yesterday." Aizawa deadpanned.

Akira ignored him, carrying on with his speech. "Learning my quirk…training…squirming over my first kiss…"

"Your first kiss?" It was the first time Akira had ever heard an ounce of interest in Aizawa's voice.

"Yeah, let's just say it was a reward for saving someone." He said, "Although it was through my mask." He added as an afterthought.

"So she kissed the fabric, not you."

Akira shook his head, vehemently denying the accusation, "No, I felt the fabric touch my lips, it counts."

"Sure it does, let's go." Aizawa left the room, carrying only a small portion of the luggage.

Akira only managed to catch up with him once they were on the ground floor. He gave Aizawa an accusatory glare.

"Let's hope the place you promised is as good as you say."

"Even better. It's close to UA and quite incognito, so you'll have no issues with your privacy. It's much more spacious than your previous accommodation, and comes with many more features that I'm sure you'll enjoy. However as I'm sure you already know, no more of your Vigilante runs, those days of yours are over."

"Awww, and I was hoping that we would have the chance to fight each other again, I enjoyed our first fight."

Aizawa had just the hint of a smile on his face, "You don't have to be a criminal to fight me. I'm gonna be your teacher, so we'll both have more than enough time to get acquainted with each other."

"I bet you already had Cementoss make a huge open field for our battle. If it's anything other than that, then I'm pretty sure I've got it in the bag," Akira japed. An imaginary lightbulb appeared above his head, and Akira sent Aizawa a questioning look, "Come to think of it, is that why you're my teacher? So you can neutralise me in case I go out of control or go rogue? Am I that much of a risk?"

"Anyone with a quirk as powerful as yours is a risk." He grumbled, "Who do you think they call in the event All Might goes rogue?" He asked rhetorically. The answer was clear.

They made their way through the lobby, going through the reception carrying out piles of luggage as they left.

"Bye Tatsu! Thank you for having me all these years!" Akira called out to the hotel owner.

"Huh? Who are you kid? You seem familiar…"

Akira had a look of feign sadness as he looked towards Aizawa, "I'm afraid he has amnesia, it's a terrible thing."

Aizawa sent him a glare, "Did you atleast pay him back for all your years of staying here?" He opened the hotel door, not noticing the offended look Akira gave him.

"Of course I did. In fact I paid him back even more than I was meant to pay. Although…most of it was blood money, it's still money…"

"Problem child…" Aizawa grumbled.

They took the car all the way to Akira's new apartment. It was a 20 minute drive, each minute going further into the heart of Mustafu and closer to UA. When Aizawa got out of the car, Akira followed him until he stopped and said, "Look up there, there's the apartments. Lot's of pro heroes, mainly underground heroes and a few UA teachers stay here due to its location."

To say Akira was shocked was an understatement. To call them apartments would be stupid, it was like multiple mansions stuck together.

He was allowed no more time to admire the massive space as Aizawa loaded the luggage he was carrying onto him.

"You're on the third floor, apartment 316, next to me. Bring all of that luggage up yourself."

Akira nodded. He was just about to give himself super strength and flight before Aizawa spoke again, "Also, no quirk usage. I'll be watching from the top."

Akira grumbled, "Cmon!"

Akira stood outside the entrance to UA, eyes widened in slight surprise as he marvelled at the size of the building. It was certainly a building suitable for the best hero school in Japan.

Ever since the start of his new life, the past 4 months went relatively quietly. He was mostly restricted to his apartment, being closely monitored at all times as his apartment complex was full of heroes. Despite being confined to his new apartment most of the time, he was kept busy as Akira was knee deep in books and school material trying to learn all that he missed in the past 5 years.

Thankfully, with a quick memory and learning comprehension <Order>, he had managed to learn lots of the material he had missed to a credible degree. It was initially hard, as it had been 5 years since Akira had even picked up a book to study, but he quickly got into the groove of things, and by the end of it he was feeling confident, but not as much as he'd like to be.

He ignored the weird looks he had gotten from everyone because he was wearing casual clothes compared to the rest of them wearing their own school uniforms. He looked at the UA building one last time, taking a deep breath as he prepared for the biggest challenge of his life…the written exam.
