I-island (4) (A duel! Quirk vs Quirkless)
"But... The sponsors have asked you to overlook the project and I and Sam will be helping as many top scientists are going o involve and also a personal request, could you build the inner core... just by yourself?"
David asks with a serious expression.
"Well, you can even burn the blueprints I don't care... well I care if they fall in the wrong hands and if you want me to build the inner core just get the blueprints back or burn them I will make a new one," Oki says that as if the blueprints weren't that precious and David could tell that Oki was serious.
"Well I will burn them after you make a new one, you kno-"
"Already did" Oki sips his strawberry smoothie from a straw.
"..."
"What? I already predicted such a thing would happen, so I made a brand new blueprint which has everything except the stabilizer and the inner-core."
At this point, David felt like he was playing chess against a grandmaster. David had already seen Oki's skills, and he knew that Oki had many back plans if one didn't work.
"Well, I will get to it." David takes a chips bag and jogs his way to the elevator.
*sigh* 'Looks like All For One wanted my project, the symbol of evil who All Might thought rested for good is now back and when Jasop was caught the results said that he was brainwashed.'
"Oki could you help me over here!" Melissa, who was in the living room, shouts so Oki could hear her.
"Sure! Will be there in a minute!" Oki finishes his smoothie and walks towards the living room.
"So, what do you need help with?" Oki could see Melissa was constructing a thermal camera from scratch.
"Can you help with the assembly and also making a body for this"
"Sure, I am free."
After 2 hours-
Oki and Melissa were eating their lunch, and David joins them.
"Oki, could you meet with the people today and also I assume that you have made the preparations on to whom the work would be given?" David takes a bite out of the cheese pizza and enjoys the cheese pull.
"Well, no. Can I get the details of the people who would be involved? And I will meet them after I sort the roles. Also... my muscles are getting stiff and I want to stretch them is there a way?" Oki enjoys his cheese pull.
"What do you mean by 'my muscles are getting stiff,'? you just ran 14 Km today morning in an hour and that to without a break and the only reason you stopped was that you were bored." Melissa eats a salad and stares at the duo, who are enjoying their cheese pizza. 'Really papa?'
"Well, I-island academy also teaches self-defence and there is a hero course and also there is this training you could register, it would fighting some robots." David had his whole focus on his pizza.
"So what is this training?" David got Oki's attention.
"Well, some people release or place some robots you fight them, there is also an obstacle course which will be changed every year and it is something many look forward to, and that's all."
"Sounds nice how do I sign up?"
"Hold your horses Oki, papa you have to tell him everything." Melissa seeing her father missed many things she just gives out a sigh.
'What did I miss?' David thinks, and looking at the thinking, Melissa decides to cover what David left.
"The training takes place once a year and if you want to duel someone then it's different. Only friendly matches are allowed." Melissa takes a spoon full of salad, only for it to fall back.
"Well, I have all the time I need."

Afternoon 16:00- Oki could be seen in front of stacks of paper.
'This is something you could say as heavy work.' Oki starts to go through all the papers.
The time passes by, and the next day arises.
"Everything is complete!" Oki stretches his muscles.
"You really are something you know that, I mean you arranged the roles for everyone in one night." Melissa could only stare at Oki with bewilderment.
"Is anything up for a snack?"
"Eat your breakfast," Melissa replies while David, who stood there frozen looking at the role arrangement, didn't know what to say.

Two days pass by as David and Sam (David Shield's assistant) took care of other procedures.
Meanwhile-
"Oki, you sure?" Melissa was worried about Oki.
"Well, I am and don't worry about me." Oki tries to comfort his cousin (David-> Uncle).
Oki walks through the gates, and he could see himself standing in the middle of a massive stadium.
"So the trash comes to get beaten, don't worry I will show your place today." A teenager with black hair with a combat suit in white was 5 meters in front of Oki.
Oki just didn't take those things to heart and calmly replies, "I may be trash and you an upcoming hero, says others family is waste just cause a child is born without a quirk? Man someone has to show you that you have something wrong with your brain."
Hearing this, many students in the crowd boo Oki and also laugh at him.
"HAHAHAHA!!! You know wha-"
"Since Melissa is quirkless do you think her father is waste?" Oki's words calm the entire crowd and also making the teen anger. "Oh by the way I forgot your name!"
"Blazie, Blazie Montres. I will show yo-"
"I don't need your showing." Oki cuts Blazie's words.
Oki was wearing something simple, a purple hoodie, black track pants, and flip flops.
A man with a white trench coat over his white shirt, white pants and white shoes stand in between the two blows a whistle.
'I will show his place!' Blazie stretches his hands, and soon energy covers his hands.
"This shal-" But before he could complete, all he could see was darkness.
But when he squinted his eyes, he could see just one person. That person has red eyes and charoite hair with red tips looking at him as if he was worthless. A bug and nothing else.

24 hours before- "You quirkless over there get me that drink", Blazie commands Melissa, and Oki just ignores it and also pulls Melissa with him. Though Melissa wasn't hurt by that comment, it was just a small teasing that was common as I-island allowed quirk usage without restraints.
"Damn you inferior, you think you are some hotshot huh?" Blazie blocks Oki's and Melissa's way.
"I see a new one? Well, what are you-" Before Blazie could speak, Oki just had his hands near to Blazie's eyes, and the distance was just a millimetre away from Blazie's eyes,
"Quirk huh? Well, sorry I don't have such a luxury." Oki answers and signals Melissa to walk around.
"I! I challenge you to a duel tomorrow!" Blazie shouts, and Oki just nods and answers, "Sure."
"I will show you that your family is trash! Just w-" Oki, who was pissed light, stepped in front of Blazie and head-butted him. Blazie was knocked out cold.

Looking at Blazie's reaction, all the students quiet down. Even the man in the middle stares at Blazie.
"Wh-what are yoU!?" Blazie has only one emotion stuck over his face. 'Fear'.
'Light Step'
Oki vanishes and arrives in front of Blazie, clutches Blazie's face, and then slams him to the ground.
Only dust could be seen for a minute.
The dust clears away, and the scene that appeared in front of them was something they never thought of.
Blazie was down with his mouth foaming and Oki was just casually standing.
"Man talk about embarrassment, I knocked you out once and you think I can't do it again?"
The man seeing this replies. "The winner is Oki Takemikazuch!"
Melissa knew about Oki's 'Light Step', and she thought that the technique wouldn't be enough, but seeing the scene in front of her, she believed that Oki knew much more than just that technique.
When they heard Oki's name, the students who occupied 1/20th of the stadium all had their eyes widen.
'Oki- Oki Takemikazuchi, the one who won the Tech tournament!'
This was what they were thinking.
Melissa and Oki soon leave the stadium, but the ruckus due to Oki reached a new level.
