Deku had done a lot of dangerous and despicable things since he'd become a villain, but it was a rare occurrence for him to feel guilty about any of them.

This was one of those rare moments. He shook himself out the heavy thoughts on his mind. He couldn't let anything weigh him down now.

He closed his book and got up from his seat. "Could you let me passed, Uncle? I need to stretch my legs."

"Oh! Of course, my dear nephew!" The flamboyant thief scooted himself up as much as he could, letting the green hooded boy walk past him. "Take your time!"

Deku gave him a small wave before making his way up the steps. He looked at the smiling, cheering faces of all the fans present as he walked up the stairs.

And here he was, a known criminal walking amongst them, his mind far away from the festivities going on.

It was kind of funny. How everyone had their own little world going on, without anyone else knowing about it.

Then again, he supposed he always felt like this. A stranger in a world, where he didn't seem to belong. How no one could truly know him.

At least not yet...

He thought back to his flash drive, now in La Brava's small, capable hands. A small smile came to his face, as well as a pained look in his eye.

He thought back on how he came upon the contents of the small device for his plan only a few days ago...

------------------------------

Two boys, one with long light brown hair, the other with curly black hair, strode down the road after another long, dragged out day of high school.

"Man! Our teacher's such a slave driver!" The brown-haired boy complained.

He stretched out and extended his fingers down into his pant pocket and retrieved a small box of cigarettes. "Can you believe how much homework he gave us? And we have to have it finished by tomorrow?!"

"Tell me about it!" The black-haired boy took one of the cancer sticks from the carton offered to him. "I bet Bakugo doesn't have to put up with stuff like this at UA! He's probably learning how to fly with his quirk or something!"

"Yeah! Or maybe, he's getting trained on how to beat up villains!" The long-fingered boy laughed as he lit up the fag in his mouth "I mean, he put in a lot of good practice on that 'Deku' kid!"

Bakugo had used his favourite nickname for Izuku so much, the rest of their old class either believed it was the Quirkless boy's actual name or joined in on the one-sided joke.

Since the green-haired boy never spoke up about it, or couldn't, they all went ahead and kept calling him it.

"Yeah!" The long-fingered boy chuckled as the two turned down a vacant alleyway, out of sight of anyone who could have been passing by them.

"Can you believe that guy up and ran away? How's he supposed to be a hero if he just runs away from a fight?"

"I have a better question..."

The two high schoolers snapped their heads toward the end of the ally where the deep, digital voice came from.

Standing down the narrow path, shrouded in darkness, was a figure with a glowing red visor over his eyes, and a hood over his head.

Two long flaps of cloth flowed down from his head, making him look oddly threatening and unearthly. "How's is someone supposed to fight back, when they have anything to fight back with?"

The black-haired boy screwed his face up at the stranger's words. "Huh? The heck are you, weirdo?"

The stranger started to walk out of the shadows, showing his dark green sweatshirt and hood, his face mask and goggles.

When the boys took in the full view of the newcomer, the black-haired boy dropped the cigarette from his gaping lips.

The long-fingered boy rose his hand shakily as he pointed at the infamous villain who'd been all over the news for so long. "I-Is that...Is that...!"

"Yubi! Maki!" The villain sang as he approached the quivering pair, raising his arms in a grand gesture. "So good to see you again! It's been far too long!"

"H-How do you know our names?!" Maki, the black-haired boy, stuttered as he and his friend backed away from the approaching bunny man.

Yet, with how much they wanted to run, they were frozen in fear, stuck in place as the villain who had defeated a vast number of heroes stepped closer and closer.

"Oh, c'mon, guys..." Their fear skyrocketed when the villain took his hood off and removed his mask and goggles. "How could you forget one of your old friends?"

The eyes of the Quirkless child's former bullies and Bakugo's forgotten followers bugged out of their heads.

Their jaws dropped in horrified awe, as the infamous Green Rabbit revealed himself to be their old punching bag.

"D...De...Deku?!" Maki blurted out loud.

"That's my name..." Deku reached behind him and retrieved his trusty Taser-Knuckle.

He held it up to his face and switched it on, the bright blue sparks illuminating the cruel, vicious smirk on his face. "Don't wear it out."

The Quirkless child lunged at the two boys, who could nothing but scream...

Five minutes later, both Yubi and Maki were laid out on the ground. Their faces were covered in bruises and cuts, their uniforms were torn and singed.

Yubi, the long-fingered boy, who seemed to be the only one of the two still conscious, peeked through his swollen eye at the Quirkless boy who he used to gang up on, going through his and Maki's phones.

Deku chuckled to himself at the footage he was seeing on the tiny screen. "And here I thought you guys deleted all this to avoid getting caught. Guess you were too proud of yourselves to let precious memories like these be forgotten."

Yubi couldn't believe what he was seeing. Was that really Deku? The same Quirkless little nerd who couldn't fight back to save his life? He was a villain now? He was the Green Rabbit?

But that's insane! That would mean that he was the one who beat Death Arms, and Kamui Woods, and X-Less, and-

It was that moment that Yubi remembered every awful thing he helped do to Izuku.

The colour in his face drained away, and if one had a super-smelling quirk, they would have noticed the scent of freshly wet pants.

For the first time in his life, Yubi felt true, honest to All Might, regret.

Deku chuckled some more as he pocketed the phones in the pocket of his hoodie. "Thanks for the phones guys! These are gonna come in real handy for what I've got planned."
