Chapter 33 : Sport Festival 7

"What the hell man," Yuta found himself on the fighting stage standing again Shinzo.

"Guess I really took MC position in everything. Haha," Yuta just shook his head with a sigh. 

After snatching a Cola from the old vendor, he did pay for it so don't call the cops please, he has to rush to the stadium as fast as he can. There was hardly any time to see who he was fighting.

So he just had to throw the Cola at the locker room and run here without even knowing who is gonna be his opponent. Why his match has to be the first one. 

But all of his tension and stress immediately went away when he saw Shinzo. This might be the easiest fight just because he knows about the opponent's quirk.

"I have heard about you, you are the topper in Class 1-A don't you," Shinzo asked. 

Yuta unconsciously was about to answer but before that, he closed his mouth shut. 

'Phew that was so natural for him to be me to talk, it doesn't even look like he has a hint of malice in him,' Yuta thought, but there was one problem. If he doesn't answer then most probably people here will think that he is cocky. It's not like they two are the only ones here. There is a freaking audience watching them. 

'Need to act...

Yuta closed his eyes. Making sure that others are taking note of his movements. Then he clapped both hands together and bowed a little. Imitating like he was showing gratitude to his opponent. 

Seeing the sudden movement Shinzo was taken aback.

"Hmm you are acting all serious here, why! are you not confident that you can't win or something," Shinzo said, there are not many people he can't get a response out of until and unless they knew about his quirk. After awakening his quirk has made sure to develop his skills that way. 

But to to do that first at least know what kind of person he is dealing with. Anything will help. He already knows about Yuta. He is at the top of the class. Seeing this Shinzo thought that the guy would surely be arrogant.

But that wasn't the case at all. He acted quite polite. Earlier he wanted to make him angry, usually, the arrogant type reacts to that but the polite kind doesn't.

So now he plans to make him feel bad and emotionally blackmail him. 

But...

There was no reaction at all.

Yuta was only standing there with his hands up in the boxing pose and was staring at Shinzo like waiting for him to come. He was not interested in talking and only focused on the fight. 

This finally makes him desperate. Yuta wasn't responding to him and this made him suspicious that he knew about his quirk. But at the same time, Yuta wasn't attacking him either, just standing, making him believe that he didn't know about his quirk but was just rather seriously not interested in talking. 

Yuta of course was doing this on purpose. He even narrowed his eyes and furrowed his brow as if confused and suspicious as to why Shinzo was just talking and not attacking him.

Only after a few minutes, did he move. Making it look like he was fed up waiting for the other party to make a move. 

He rushes at Shinzo. 

Now Shinzo too has learned martial arts, knowing the nature of his quirk there are always chances that he can't protect himself with just his quirk so he did that. 

But in front of someone like Yuta. He was still too early to compete. 

BOOM.

Yuta just ran up to Shinzo and jump-kicked him. Sending him out of the ring. 

Only after making sure that he won the match that he said. 

"Man Sorry I wasn't talking with you earlier. Usually, I try to stay focused when I am fighting. Hope you don't mind me. By the way, I'm Yuta." Yuta did a 180 there and acted like a humble classmate.

 Shinzo was surprised if not anything.

Once that fight was done, he wanted to go back to the locker and finally wanted to get something to eat but Kirishima that bastard dragged him the the audience seat to view the next few matches. 

'Well, I don't mind actually he had enough snacks there to sustain him until his next match,' 

'Man, I just needed that cola at this point,' 

The next few matches were not that much interesting to be exact. Although he couldn't remember everything from the anime but he could say that most of the matches were the same as the anime. Only after watching the matches that he realize that. Strange but whatever. 

The author is too lazy to write what is already available in the anime so here is the short version. 

First Match - Yuta vs Hitoshi Shinso

Yuta Won.

Second Match - Shoto Todoroki vs Hanta Sero

Todoroki Won, quite a powerful bastard that guy is when he is angry, almost froze the stage and Sero there.

Third Match - Yuga Aoyama vs Izuku Midoriya

Let's be honest here Naval Lesser stood no chance against Izuku even if he couldn't do Full Cowling. So what do we expect from the Current Izuku?

Fourth Match - katsuki Bakugo vs Ochaco Uraraka

Do I even need to explain what happened here?

Fifth Match - Denki Kaminari vs Ibara Shiozaki

Denki lost somehow, not sure what was wrong with that defective Pikachu. Anyway, the girl he lost to has a watered-down version of Wood Release so it does make a little sense.

Sixth Match - Fumikage Tokoyami vs Momo Yaoyorozu

Now I love Momo, but my boy Tokoyami took the cake here. No kidding Dark Shadow is one hella quirk as long as it's not going against light directly. If only Momo knew that from the start. 

Seventh Match - Mei Hatsume vs Tenya Iida

Tenya won but in reality, Mei almost had him here. He only won in reality because Mei was only interested in showing her Gadgets to the world and wasn't interested in winning the match itself. She in fact gave up the match on her own accord.

Eighth Match - Eijiro Kirishima vs Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu

This was the closest match out there. And the most boring one to be honest. Well, Kirishima won but wasted too much time on this.

Yuta is not sure how much this result matches with the anime, but if he had to guess then he would say that the result is pretty close. 

With this said though, here are the participants of the second round of phase 3.

Yuta.

Izuku Midoriya.

Shoto Todoroki.

Katsuki Bakugo.

Ibara Shiozaki.

Fumikage Tokoyami.

Tenya Iida.

Eijiro Kirishima.

And soon enough the matching was also announced. 

First Match - Yuta vs Fumikage Tokayami.

Second Match - Katsuki Bakugo vs Eijiro Kirishima.

Third Match - Tenya Iida vs Ibara Shiozaki

Fourth Match - Shoto Todoroki vs Izuku Midoriya

"Hmm, I'm fighting the Raven head huh," Yuta thought.

"Interesting,"
