Marvels SuperMutant

What happens when a mutants power correlates to Superman? Andy was just a normal guy. Until one day after studying for his final exams he was hit by a severe case of Burnout. That one moment cost him his life as he was then met with a very familiar God. Journey forth with Andy as his normal life gets wrecked and he is sent in the Marvel world with a single Mutant ability by a 'God'. 'Warning' this is my first time actually trying to write a Fan-Fic. Please help me out. I'll be trying to do my due research as well. I don't own marvel, or Superman, hell I don't even own the cover. Please message me if you own the picture and want it take down.

Kamar-Taj pt 1

Firstly, I was not going to do one of these. I never really liked these types of things, but I kept getting a voice in my head telling me I had to do it. Originally, I would throw on some combat pants, a tight combat shirt, and some mask to link to my computer for information when I ever needed it. I could understand super suits. They protect your identity, which I needed to do. Give you some form of protection which I really did not need. I mean, really, it would be me protecting the suit in most fights in this world. I kept getting this nagging feeling telling me to do it, though, like a voice that just will not shut up no matter what I do.

So here I am, sitting in front of a piece of paper, trying to figure out what to draw up. I did not want my suit to look dumb for obvious reasons. Firstly, it is going to be what everyone will see me as. It will be the symbol that will mount fear in those beyond evil. I always thought that a little evil was necessary as long as it is not excessively. Every good thing will have an evil thing that it cannot live without. Bruce Banner and the Hulk is not a great example, but one must live with the other until they finally become one. I think a good example would be Xavier and Magneto. However, both parties blur the lines between evil and good. In some instances, I would believe Magneto to be the good guy while Xavier to be the evil one. That is neither here nor there, though.

For my suit, I ended up going with a carbon fiber death-stroke look alike, with a red streak going from the middle of the chin to the top of the mask. The eye sockets would be a bit bigger than the original, and I will put lenses into them. The suit itself was a mix of red and carbon fiber black like the helmet. From the boots to the hip on both sides was all black. There were two red rectangles on either side of the abdominals. The abdominals themselves were red, going down, creating the V all the way up to a golden outlined pentagon that held the S inside. I kept the S to honor the original Superman in which my powers were derived. After the golden outline, there was about an inch of black outline around the S, which was black itself as well. The background of the S symbol was red. I did not go with a cape because I never really liked them. I knew Superman had a cape for a specific reason that I could not remember.

'Something about aerodynamics maybe??' I thought.

I decided to go with Spandex weaved with carbon fiber threading for the suit. I did not really need the suit to be durable as my body took care of that, but I did want to look good. So, showing off my body was not a bad idea.

'Yeah. Yeah. I can be a bit narcissistic at times, but who would not want to show off a good-looking body. I mean, models get paid good money for a reason.' I thought

Finishing up with my suit design, I decided on a later date to make it. I had a certain routine that I did every morning since the movies with Anna. I threw on a black mask, opened my balcony door, and took off into the sky. I was not flying just anywhere but was heading up. I had thought this idea up and just went with it. The first time I did, I had taken a breather that covered my whole face just in case I could not actually breathe in space. The first time I could not make it anywhere close to the sun. I was just too slow, but I was getting faster and faster at a remarkable speed since doing this. I remembered Superman had gone into the sun to absorb everything he could so he could move the earth. The amount of strength that had to take must have been crazy.

So here I was, meditating in space, absorbing the sun's rays, and just going through my thoughts. I did this every morning for about an hour, and it felt great every time. I could feel myself getting stronger and stronger. My body started compacting more and more, and I had gone from having a bodybuilder body to having a callisthenic body. I had a very lean musculature that was tightly corded around my body. I looked and felt powerful at this moment.

During my time in the sky, I had thought about things that would be useful for my abilities to grow, and I could not think of a damn thing. None of the serums would be of any help to me, and I would not even know where to start on some of the harder serums like the Golden Sentry. None of them really held any appeal to me. The only thing I could think of was asking the Ancient One if she could link an amulet or ring to a Solar Dimension that I could draw power from.

'That would actually be useful to me. Right now, if I were to get locked in something I could not break out of and I lost my solar abilities, I would be a sitting duck.' I thought to myself. I am sure that anything I asked for from the Ancient One would require a sacrifice on my part by way of owing her one, but I think that owing one to the Ancient One for something as precious as a solar battery would be worth it. I probably would not even have to come up here every day as the solar power from the dimension would be right next to me. It would be like being right next to the sun all the time.

With that thought going through my head, I head back towards my apartment. I wanted to shower and change before heading out to my target today. Getting home and quickly getting myself ready, I headed out for today's little adventure.

'I wonder if she was able to see me in the timeline and whether that was a good thing or a bad one.' I thought as I walked down the road towards 177A Bleecker Street. Getting to the notorious building, I take a second to take it all in. This place was rustic looking and a bit Victorian. It had five rectangle windows up top and four on the bottom with a big door in between. It was made of brick with white pillars going from the ground to the roof between all the windows. I walked up to the door and hesitated a bit, thinking that someone would open the door. Little to my chagrin, that never happened, so I knocked and waited. The door opened to a tall black man. He was wearing the orange/yellow robes of master in the mystic arts and had two ropes tied to his upper biceps. He was bald and had sharp eyes.

"May I help you?" He asked me

"Yeah. Hi, my name is Andy. I was hoping to meet the Ancient One." I said back to the man. His eyebrows raised at that.

"One moment, please." He said and shut the door.

'Man, I wish she was expecting me. That would have made this a hell of a lot easier.' I thought as I waited for about ten minutes. The door then opened again, and the master popped out.

"Come with me, please. The Ancient One is waiting for you." He said as he turned around and started walking. I quickly walked after him, and when I turned around to close the door, I realized it had already closed.

'Oh yeah, Magic.' I thought as I followed the man. We shortly arrived at what I assumed was the portal's doorway to Kamar-Taj. He told me to go through, and I just shrugged my shoulders and walked through. Arriving on the other side, I was met with another master who told me to follow him to the Ancient One. After reaching a non-descript door, he gestures for me to go through, and in I went. Sitting on the other side of a small table with two sets of teacups and on the other side was a small bald woman with a smile on her face.
