Chapter 34: Thor Follows in Loki's Footsteps

The Hulk seemed to thoroughly enjoy the passionate cheers from the crowd, raising his hand to acknowledge them.

"Where have you been? Everyone thought you were dead," Thor stood about a dozen meters away from the Hulk and spoke to him, "So many things have happened since we last met. I lost my hammer, and it feels like it was just yesterday. It left a deep impression on me."

"Thor, I've been meaning to ask, is your hammer really your biological weapon?" Tony Stark couldn't help but interject, "You've already lost it once, and will you lose it again in the future?"

"Stark, you need to learn to see the positive side of things," Thor glanced at Tony Stark, "If I will lose it again in the future, doesn't that mean I will eventually retrieve the hammer I lost now?"

"I have to keep a close eye on the hammer. I absolutely cannot allow it to be lost again!" Although Thor appeared nonchalant on the surface, he was secretly vigilant. After retrieving the hammer this time, he would be careful and make sure it would never be lost again.

"Banner, I never thought I would say this, but I'm so happy to see you," in the video, Thor had a bright smile on his face as he spoke to the Hulk.

"Hulk! Hulk! Hulk!" The Hulk looked at the audience cheering for him, then turned to look at Thor after a few seconds, "No Banner, only Hulk!"

"What are you doing? It's me, Thor!"

The Hulk acted as if he didn't recognize Thor at all. He jumped more than ten meters high and charged towards Thor, swinging his hammer. With a loud "boom," Thor was sent flying dozens of meters away.

However, Thor seemed completely unharmed, not even falling to the ground. He stood there as if nothing had happened.

At this moment, Thor became serious and drew the twin blades from his back. He looked at the Hulk with a solemn expression.

"Truly a god, this body is insanely strong!" The onlookers were amazed by this scene. The Hulk had sent Thor flying dozens of meters with a single hammer strike, yet Thor remained unscathed!

If it were anyone else, they would probably have been turned into minced meat.

"Banner, I don't want to hurt you. We're friends!" Thor looked at the Hulk, still reluctant to fight back.

However, the Hulk was far from being rational. He continued to roar and charge at Thor, determined to fight him. After defending against a couple of attacks, Thor was once again sent flying dozens of meters by the Hulk with a loud "boom," crashing through the arena walls.

But Thor remained unharmed.

Nevertheless, Thor was genuinely getting angry.

When the Hulk charged at him again, Thor grabbed the hammer that had been shot into the wall by the Hulk, and with a swing, he sent the Hulk flying. With another "boom," the Hulk's massive figure soared along the wall of the arena, plowing through it like a plow, leaving behind a path of destruction, a dozens-of-meters-long ruin.

"So powerful!" Tony Stark and the others who witnessed this scene felt their hearts skip a beat. Sending the Hulk flying such a great distance—how much strength did that require?

Initially, when Thor was knocked down by a small electric gun, the others still held a hint of disdain, thinking that the so-called God of Thunder was nothing special, even finding it somewhat amusing.

But after watching the footage of Thor battling the Hulk, they realized they were utterly mistaken. This seemingly weak and unimpressive Thor was ridiculously powerful!

No wonder he remained confident in his ability to defeat the Hulk even after witnessing the Hulk's brutality towards Loki. It turns out he truly possessed that level of strength!

"Did you see that? This is my true power!" Seeing the dumbfounded expressions on everyone's faces, Thor couldn't help but wear a radiant smile. "This is Thor, the mightiest warrior!"

Tony Stark, known for his sharp tongue, refrained from retorting this time. Based on Thor's performance in the video, he undeniably deserved the label of "powerful."

"The Hulk is indeed formidable. It's imaginable that he has no rivals on Earth," Thor boasted, growing increasingly proud. "But unfortunately for him, he encountered me!"

"Hulk," in the video, as Thor approached the Hulk lying on the ground after being sent flying by him, he said, "The sun is setting."

The Hulk sat up from the ground, shaking his head, looking somewhat confused at Thor.

Thor slowly approached the Hulk, extending his hand towards him.

The Hulk also reached out a hand, seemingly intending to shake hands with Thor.

"That's right, the sun is setting, and I won't harm you anymore," Thor had a benevolent smile on his face, resembling that of a caring father, even if that smile made him look a bit foolish. "No one can harm you anymore."

Just as everyone believed that Thor had successfully pacified the Hulk, the Hulk grabbed Thor's legs and violently slammed him into the ground repeatedly with a series of "boom," "boom," "boom," shattering the ground around them.

The scene mirrored Loki being slammed into the ground.

"Wow," Tony Stark applauded at that moment, "Spectacular, truly spectacular."

Clap, clap, clap!

Clap, clap, clap!

Two more rounds of applause followed, this time from Phil Coulson and Clint Barton, who couldn't help but join in.

"Really? Even you?" Thor looked at Phil Coulson, with a betrayed expression. "I thought we were friends!"

"Thor, don't doubt it, we are friends." Phil Coulson continued applauding. "But this scene is just too spectacular. If this were a movie, this moment would undoubtedly be the most iconic part!"

"Fantastic! That's the feeling!" But even more excited was Loki, who saw this scene in the video. He was so thrilled that he wanted to jump up and shouted, "I absolutely love this competition!"

"Thor, look at this. Your brother is even more excited than us." Clint Barton laughed so hard that he couldn't straighten his back.

"This jerk!" Thor looked at Loki's exuberant appearance in the video and gritted his teeth in anger.

"Thor, I don't think you need to worry about being knocked down by an electric gun." Tony Stark struggled to hold back his laughter for a while. "In the face of your magnificent performance just now, everything else is trivial."

"Stark! That kind of thing won't happen!" Thor huffed in frustration. "You all saw it. The reason I was beaten by that annoying big guy was because I wanted to pacify him. In terms of strength alone, he can't defeat me! I will never attempt to pacify him again! So, that kind of thing won't happen!"

"Don't be angry, Thor. We believe in you." Phil Coulson looked at Thor's sullen face and played the role of a good guy.

However, he truly meant his words. Indeed, Thor had provided an impressive and memorable scene, but what also left a lasting impression was his immense power.
