Wishpers in the dark

Kaidus's curiosity grew as the mysterious figures continued to appear wherever Aria went. He decided to investigate, sneaking out of the castle one night to follow the shadows. Aria, sensing his absence, slipped out after him, her heart pounding.

As they trailed the figures through the winding streets of Willowdale, the air grew thick with an eerie silence. Kaidus and Aria exchanged a nervous glance, their bond strengthening in the face of uncertainty.

Suddenly, the figures vanished into thin air. Kaidus and Aria found themselves standing before a crumbling, ancient mansion on the outskirts of town. A faint hum of magic emanated from within.

Without a word, Aria grasped Kaidus's hand, and together they stepped into the mysterious mansion. The creaking floorboards beneath their feet echoed through the deserted halls. A chill ran down Kaidus's spine as they stumbled upon a hidden chamber, filled with dusty tomes and strange artifacts.

Aria's eyes widened as she approached a glowing crystal nestled in the center of the room. "This is... magic," she whispered, her fingers hovering above the crystal.

Kaidus watched, mesmerized, as Aria's eyes began to shimmer with an otherworldly light. The crystal pulsed, and the air was filled with whispers, urging Aria to claim her hidden power...

Just as Aria's fingers made contact with the crystal, a loud crash echoed through the chamber, and the lights flickered out. Kaidus and Aria were plunged into darkness, the whispers silenced. What lies ahead for the young duo?
