Everett is Who Now?

...Cleopatra VII Thea Philopator, the 170th pharoah of Egypt, you-"

"Wait hold up, I'm called Cleopatra?" Everett asked, just to make sure her ears were working.

"Yes, and you're the 170th pharoah of Egypt, daughter of Ptolemy XII and Cleopatra V." Akima continued with a nod.

Everett's jaw fell open. She was Cleopatra? Wait a sec, that couldn't be possible! Time travel is something that...who would believe that! I mean, that's not even scientific, right? Unless...

They were toying with her. As if she's stupid enough to believe that.

I'd better get this clear, she thought.

"Whose your manager? I want to see him, or her, whichever, I need to know WHAT. IS. GOING. ON!" She said, slowly and clearly so that Akila would know she wasn't going to accept whatever they were doing.

Akila looked clearly puzzled: "What..what do you mean? Your majesty, you might have really hit your head."

Everett was annoyed, could they just put out the act? She's not that dumb!! They weren't going to fool her, the best assasinator of the organization! If she that easily trusted someone, she'd have died years ago! Plus, not trusting someone is a skill that every assasinator has to have, or she's considered as a failure on that matter.

Akila reache down and touched her forhead, hoping Everett didn't hit her head and thise words were because of a fever. Everett froze. It didn't seem like a act anyore. Maybe she had...No, that's impossible. How could a normal human being (If you could say it that way) like her tie travel? She had read some books about it but didn't think it would be possible.

"What year is it?" Everett asked, making sure she hadn't time traveled.

"51 BC." Akile replied without hesitation.

Everett's jaw dropped. Could she have actually time traveled? As Cleopatra the egyptian pharoah? She looked around hoping to find a mirror.

"What do you need your highness?" Akila asked, seeing her looking around.

"A mirror." Everett answered.

Akila walked to the nearest table and opened a drawer. Inside, there were thousands of different mirrors. Akila fetched the biggest one and passed it to Everett.

Everett gasped as she looked at her reflection, not believing what she saw.

The face in the mirror could only be described in one word ---

Beautiful.

It was stunningly beautiful.

The face looked nothing like Everett's, no makeup artist would be able to accomplish this.

Her skin tone was bronze, gone was her long, wavy, smooth red hair, in it's place, there was short, unbelievably glossy and silky black hair.

She was wearing a pair of golden earrings (Who wears earrings to sleep?) in the shape of a peacock. Everett's face had dark eyeshading and black lipstip.

Even with all the dark makeup, this was the most perfect face Everett had ever seen.

Is this me? Everett thought.

Everett could now believe that she had time traveled.

Akila stood by her side, silently watching, a strange light flashed in her eyes, but in a moment it was gone, Akila returned to normal.

Slowly, Everett put downn her mirror. Looking at the Akila standing by her side, she asked: "So what do I usually do?"

"You first need to sort out the reports of the ministers." Akila quickly answered.
