"This is Mr Fred's bakery, right?" A man posing as the leader asked with a loud voice.
"Yes?" Janice answered, coming out of the kitchen. She never wanted to risk Jace answering, the end result would be disastrous.
"Good! You employees or should I say bakers are known to bake the perfect and delicious cake in the city, so without your words of thoughts, we placed you all into a baking competition." The man announced, while bringing out a piece of paper.
"You did what you-" Jace was about completing his words when Lydia spoke up.
"Sir, we never agreed to this"
"Neither did I agree to this job," Walking closer, he lowered to her height, "Life isn't fair."
"What is this commotion about?" Mr Fred lazily stepped out from his office, but he wore a stern face.
"The manager! Good to see you now." The man smiled as he explained everything to Mr Fred.
