"Your fangs are poking out." Khan spoke, "Is there something wrong?"
"Nothing." Feng Jie muttered, "Go back to sleep…your highness."
"Is it because I'm bleeding?" Khan inquired, "is that why?"
"No, no..it's not that—"
"Jie." Khan interjected, "I know you're not human but you've been eating human food for this whole time… there's something your hiding from me."
"No…your highness, I can't do that—if I did would have rather, unintended consequences." Feng Jie explained.
"You acted like that the last time, you were sick in bed. You said you weren't sick but something else that I wouldn't believe even if you explained it to me." Khan remarked, "This is what you were talking about?"
Feng Jie heavy breathing, "Do it, before I regret allowing you near death for the third time."
Feng Jie's fangs bit into Khan's arms, as the blood drained, drip, drip, drip…
Feng Jie collapsed into Khan's arms, as one was bleeding but healed quicker than imagined, "Vampire? I would've never guessed. He hasn't fed in such a long time, no wonder he was so weak to that half-blood. But his mother even if she bore him, vampires have no magic? Perhaps she's an Old blood, and aided by the coven. Sisterhood after all."
What shall change from now? Or shall nothing change in the end?
