Truly Hellions

(I'm about to change the name of the book. White Knight is way too long of a name plus I have changed how the story will be structured. Any suggestions for his codename?)

The 6 Hellions were sitting in front of Professor Xavier's office while he and the Deputy Headmasters were discussing their punishment. Every time they felt the urge or got the idea to escape, the teens could feel some kind of mental pressure that kept them from acting on it.

-- Inside the Office --

"These are your kids, Emma. How do you think we should handle them?" Ororo asked

Emma was standing next to the window and allowing the sunlight to bathe her. While she had a serious expression on her face, she was doing cartwheels in her mind.

'My kids are so amazing! They were able to work together so well after meeting each other. And they stood up for one of their members even when he was accused of such a terrible crime. These kids are so cute!'

"Hmm. I don't think we need to be too harsh on them. It was our fault in the first place that we didn't clean up Asher's matter properly in the first place. A simple slap on the wrist should do."

"We can't just let the kids think they can get away with anything though," Scott complained. "We need to set standards for the students."

"As much as I hate to say it, I agree with Emma. Even when faced with a powerful organization, the group did not abandon one of its members, even if they were in the wrong. This is something that deserves praise."

Magneto nodded in agreement. Even if he was the one that retrieved them, he did not disagree with their actions. The only thing he would have changed was using lethal force instead of non-lethal.

'Humans have gotten away with far too much. Let them meddle in human affairs and stay out of the affairs of mutants.'

Scott saw that none of the other Deputy Headmasters were agreeing with him so he turned to the man behind the desk.

"Professor Xavier. The final decision is yours."

Xavier nodded before looking at each of his Deputy Headmasters. He chose them all because of what they represented. And it showed in the divide today. Each one of the deputies voted exactly how Xavier thought they would.

"We shall have them live in the treehouse and they shall be grounded there for a month. They can only go between there, their classes, and the cafeteria. I'll put Logan in charge of watching over them during this period of time."

""""""So... how fucked do you think we are?""""""

All 6 teens asked at the same time. When they all heard their voices saying the same thing, they couldn't help but laugh. But their laughter immediately stopped when the doors to the office opened up.

Scott walked out first and glared at the kids before walking on. At least they thought he glared at them. His face was usually in a semi-scowl state and his sunglasses prevented them from seeing his eyes clearly.

Next was Ororo. She flashed a smile at the kids before walking off. This matter had very little to do with her so she felt the least conflicted about the outcome. Magneto followed Ororo and nodded at the group with his usual stoic expression.

Lastly was Emma. The woman looked pissed and motioned for the kids to stand up.

"You all won't be expelled but there shall be punishment. You will be living in the Treehouse. Go pack up your bags and meet me in the lobby in 20 minutes. If you are one minute late, I will make sure we extend your punishment by 1 week for every minute you are late."

The kids nodded before running off. They all knew Emma was very serious when it came to being punctual. In 19 minutes exactly, all of the Hellions were in the lobby with their luggage next to them.

Emma looked at the watch on her wrist before nodding and motioning for them to follow her. The teens followed Emma out the back door and across the lawn until they reached a large tree. Up in the tree was the house where they would be staying.

"You 6 will be staying here for the rest of the year. You will also be grounded for the next month. That means you are only allowed to be here, in your classes, or eat in the cafeteria. Any violation of these conditions or further problems caused by you will result in harsher actions. Understood?"

"Yes, Ma'am!" the Hellions shouted. None of them dared to say they had any issue with it.

Emma began walking away but stopped after taking 10 steps. She then said something in a barely audible tone.

"Good job, Hellions. I expect you all to continue to act in the future as you have done today."

And with her praise done, she continued to walk back to the main building.

The Hellions smiled knowing that they had gotten the approval of their mentor. Her approval of their actions was all that they needed.

The group walked up the stairs to the house that was now theirs for the next year. It was a pretty small space compared to the school but it was better than nothing.

The place was covered in dust and needed a deep cleaning but that could be fixed easily. What couldn't be changed was the number of rooms. There were two bedrooms that could each fit 6 people. It was obvious that one was for the boys and the other was for the girls. There was also only one bathroom which all 6 of them had to share. Lastly was the main room that had a small tv in it.

"Since it's gonna be our new home, how about we name the place?" Asher suggested

"Sounds fine with me. And since we are the Hellions, I think that nothing is more suitable than Tartarus."

And with this, the Hellions had officially achieved their first victory.
