Estimated bounty to marine ranks (copied from a reddit post so may not be perfectly accurate)

Fleet admiral - Around 2.5 billion. The strength gap between admiral and fleet admiral is minimal or doesn't even exist at all but because it's the most important position on the marines so the bounty should be higher than the admirals

Admiral - Around 2 billion. If the Yonko commanders have bounties around 1 billion and in my opinion admirals are still quite a lot stronger. I think 2B is a good number.

Vice admiral - Around 300 Million. This may seem low but because this is supposed to be an average of the ranking I think is fair. First of all Vice admirals are way too weak in comparison to the admirals. Second, they vary way too much in strength. Some of them a think are worth 100 Million or just a little bit higher (Vice admirals from the Giant Squad or Maynard), others I think are around 250-300 Million (John Giant, Bastille or Dalmation) and you also have some that are around 400 Million or higher (Smoker, Momonga, Onigumo, Vergo)

Rear admiral - Around 100 Million. This is very hard to give an estimate. The only one relevant is Hina that I would give a bounty over 100M. Then we have Kadar that was defeated with one kick by Fisher Tiger and also X Drake used to be one. Also we have a few others that look like randoms are actually Rear admirals (Catacombo, Sicily,...)

Commodore - Around 75 Million. The same as the Rear admiral rank it's too hard to judge.

Captain - Around 50 Million. We have characters like T-bone, Shu, Very Good and Tashigi. I think it's a good average bounty.

Warrant Officer - Around 10 Million. Pre timeskip Coby was Master Chief Petty Officer that is one rank lower than this one so it shouldn't be a very impressive posicion in the marines.
