Back on the main ship, things were going just as well.

After leaving Crocus and Laboon behind, Alyssia took a totally different route on the Grand Line.

Rather than following the Log Pose, Alyssia had brought many Eternal Poses with her from Zou so rather than going in a straight route along the line that she had chosen to follow, she took some detours along the way.

She spent a little time on an island that Usopp had been transported to, while undergoing an even harsher training along with her crew on the island they also studied the herbs, seeds and the various other things.

Alyssia had the most interest towards the gluttony trap that was part of the island which helped Usopp gain extra stamina and strength so she and Nica sent some time collecting many samples.

After training for so long with Air Walk she was easily able to move people off the island one at a time.

During this journey they had to remain extra careful not to be swallowed by the island so did not bring too many of them.

Many had to wait behind while Alyssia brought Nica and Li along with her, she had no fear of the others attempting to leave with her ship because she had already had a decent enough mastery over Air Walk to catch up to them and retrieve it.

It was also an opportunity to test if the others on board could be trusted whether it was the people who joined from Kano, those she had saved after leaving G-5, the children she had picked up from the North Blue or the slaves that she had purchased.

After teaching little Li how to control her Devil Fruit power and guiding her on how to best make use of her abilities, Alyssia watched as the little kitten had grown up a little more and gradually become more powerful ever since the time in the New World until now and was deeply impressed.

It could be put down to a beasts survival instinct or just a cats natural abilities that blended so well with the Lynx Lynx Fruit to allow her such a quick growth.

She was attacking many different types of deadly plants and bugs on the island along with Nica and Alyssia.

However something bad had happened suddenly without warning that caused the island to move and act against them.

After making some trips back and forth to transport the samples, the group stumbled upon the part of the island that Heracles had shown Usopp.

Little Li suddenly had a greedy look in her eyes and turned into a large cat diving towards the banquet in front of her.

Just as Alyssia noticed it was already too late she warned Nica. "Hold onto something strong. If it is going to happen… then let it happen! Damn cat! You jinx everything! I should just call you Jinx instead!"

The large cat began to devour the food that had been produced by the island and was caught in her gluttony.

Before long her small and thin body that was suffering from malnutrition started to become fatter.

Alyssia sighed upon seeing that. "Yup.. there is no stopping her unless she is knocked out. From now on she is on a diet! Silly fat cat.."

Before the cat became overly obese to the level that it could not be recovered, she appeared behind and knocked her out.

The island began to move and attempted to swallow everyone whole but Nica was able to hold onto something in advance and Alyssia was able to hold onto the small form of Li once again and hold onto something in time.

After the island settled back to normal, she transported the fat cat back to the ship with the help of Air Walk only to come across a strange scene.

After many visits back and forth on the island and during the change within the island a change took place among the crew.

A small group began to form among them that coveted the special modified weapons and the ship, now that the captain and the other person in charge of the ship was away and the island had begun moving and swallowing many things within, they chose this time to revolt.

The group had been formed by a small group of the captives that had stayed on board since the G-5 incident along with a couple of slaves foolish enough to follow along with them.

The moment the island underwent the change, the leader among the group began to gather his followers and started the unrest on the ship. "The captain could not have survived that! We should all band together and a new captain should take over. I think that I should lead."

Someone quietly voiced their opinion. "I do not believe… the captain is not so weak to be swallowed so easily."

The leader scoffed. "It seems that some of you are delusional and do not wish to accept the truth. Fine, strength speaks for itself! Who ever is against the idea of me taking over will have to get through me first. Just to remind you all, I have journeyed to many islands in the New World so how can you guys possibly compare to me?"

Suddenly a throwing knife pierced into his raised hand. "Aaaah!"

However the next moment it had completely disappeared from his hand leaving behind a large hole in his hand.

The throwing knife was now in the hands of a younger looking a funnily dressed young man.

Several knives were being juggled by him on the spot but there was no change in his smiling face.

He spoke calmly. "Unless I have confirmed the death of the captain for myself, nobody is allowed to revolt or cause disturbances on this ship. Back down now. You may have come from the New World but you are not the only one."

He was back to sticking to his rules, he had offered Alyssia his loyalty but not his feelings however so long as she remained alive, he had to uphold that oath of loyalty so he had to put a stop to this.

Since the rules were that no killing was allowed, he had just shown mercy and restrained himself.
