Chapter 10 Unconventional Fishing

I have finally found a suitable place to make my new home it was a very big hollow tree sitting just at the boundary between the two regions, it was at least 20 feet wide and 500 feet tall the entrance was a hole on the tree's side just wide enough that I fit inside to not repeat my mistake i tried to make my new home more secure I achieved this by put rocks in my inventory and when I was inside dumped them in front of the entrance.when the entrance was blocked I cut a few holes in the trunk to let air in then i laid down on the hard woden floor and finally went back to sleep.

[Later]

I woke up to the sounds of the birds chirping and the sound of the wind blowing it took me a few minutes to get my bearings so that it really sinks in that I transmigrated and that I wasn't in my nice and cozy bed but was actually on a hard woden floor that I am pretty sure gave me a few splinters.

"Good Morning Amira " I said as I start stretching to get ready for a new day of craziness

[No this recipe is unique and unheard-of usually some people are born with there mana awaken those become mages while the rest have unawaken mana , if you are wondering about your classmates they got the goddess blessing ]

I finally got up and started storing the stones that I used to block the entrance when I was done I did a quick peek outside to make sure it was clear and it was so I started trying to start a fire but after 30 minutes of continues failure I resigned to munching on some raw mutton.

Today I will scout around my home I need to know what is around and if there are any thing dangures around I think I will go south-east first.

I started walking slowly always ready for a fight and [Stealth] was working at full blast

[30 minutes of walking later]

I have arrived at a large lake that was surrounded by trees on all sides the lake itself was crystal clear and I was able to see small fishes swimming inside there was nothing really dangures.

"I am in the mood for fish how about you ?"

"That's. So. Sad I don't think I whoud be able to live without my sense of taste I mean there is nothing better then a burger and some fries "

"Dosen't matter I will revolutionize the fast food industry in this world and become filthy rich "

" Hahaha" I laughe evilly

"Rude" I answer as I start looking for a branch so I can sharpen it and make a spear after looking for a few minutes I found the perfect branch it is perfectly shaped and it is very meable so I start using my sword to sharpen the tip and after a minute I have a makeshift spear

"Do you have any tips ?" I say as I start taking off my pants and storing them in my inventory

[Yes stand very still ]

"Wow I whoud have never thought about that" I say as I start getting in the water

The water was very cold but I soldered on I only stopped moving when the water reached my waist then I got ready to throw my spear now I started to wait for a fish to come close after another few minutes of waiting I finally saw a big juicy fish I waited that it comes closer and when it did I throwed my spear

"I missed "

I started to walk towards my spear so I can try again.

Halfway though my senses started screaming (Danger),(Danger) then there was a disturbance in the water and without even thinking my fist moved on its own and I punched the air with all my strength I felt resistance for a second then it gave way causing blood to paint my fist and face.

I was standing in shock as I watched the air bleed , my brain rebooted only when my assailant started to appear.

I watched as a large fish with even larger teeth started to appear around my arm it was obviously impaled .

I quickly stored the fish in my inventory and ran towards the shore.

I reached the shore exhausted I needed to check what that thing was because I really really can't deal with teleporting fish .
