Chapter 68 Misunderstanding!

On the way upstairs, Chen Wei was about to head to the sisters' room when, passing by his own door, Lin Yibai's hand reached out from behind him, grabbed the hem of his shirt, and a delicate voice came through, "My sister is still sleeping, and we might wake her up. Why don't we go to your room, master?"

The voice was very soft, and if one didn't listen carefully, they would miss quite a few words.

Fortunately, Chen Wei had keen hearing and nodded in agreement, readily accepting, "Okay."

Chen Wei turned around, pressed down the doorknob, opened the door to his room, and stepped inside.

With a click of the light switch, Lin Yibai followed closely and gently closed the door behind her.

"You lie down on the bed," Chen Wei said as he started to unbutton his cuffs, finding it more convenient to get things done this way.

But no reply from Lin Yibai was forthcoming, only the sound of the door lock clicking into place.
