Learning About Magic 2.

" So now I can sense my mana how can I use it? ".

"Before that you need to know something about mana nature thier are different types of mana nature like Fire , Water , Wind , Earth , Thunder , Light , Dark, Illusion , Ice , Shadow and their are some rare mana nature like Life , Death , Nature and Space. So I need to know which nature are you compatible with then only I can teach how to use magic and to know that you have to just keep your hand on it";

She removed a stone tablet with some kind of runes on it ,from where I don't know where but I did what she said.

After waiting for few seconds while my hand on Stone tablet it lit up for a second then went to normal once again.

She took the tablet and closed her eyes and I waited after few seconds her smile widened while opening her eyes she said " "Whaoooo ~ you have 8 mana nature compatible to you " ;

Seeing this I knew it was not normal to have compatibility with that much nature I asked " usually how many compatibility with nature of mana people have ";

" Fufufuf...~ when some one who have 1 they have no talent , if 2 to 4 they have good talent , if 5 to 6 they are called genius,

And above that either they are called prodigy or monster"

I thought was it a benefit of been a  reincarnation." Ohhh what was the highest mana nature one had? ";

"9 but the clan he was born in had many enemies and seeing such monster born in their enemy clan they all waged a war on it and killed that prodigy with rest of his clan sometime having too much can be the reason for one's destruction if they doesn't have power to protect it fufufufuf.." She laughed saying this.

But I didn't understood something so I asked" But why go to such lengths it's just a numbers right would it matter that how much mana nature he have does it define power in any way?" .

" You don't understand every mana nature has weakness to at least one different mana nature but if one have 9 mana nature he can nullify his mana nature weakness by countering it with the mana nature that is powerfull against his opponents mana nature.This type of enemy are difficult to defeat even when 2 to 3 are working together . While everything aside chances of fusion spell which is basically stronger then normal mana nature because they are combined with two different types of mana nature . So imagine how many fusion one who has 9 mana nature can learn ."

Even through she explained a little about fusion I wanted to learn more so I asked" What is this fusion? "

"When one combine two different mana nature a powerfull spell is created. This spell has the power above any mana nature or sometime to create something new and one can even fuse 3 nature but thats the limit but its very hard to do that one will have to get used to one mana  nature in a way that when you use that nature it should feel like 'hmmmmm, like when you walk It natural for you that is how your understanding of that particular mana nature you should have. Like its natural for you then only one can fuse two different mana nature."

"Ok so what are my mana nature? ".

"Hmmmm" she taped the center of stone tablet same as before happened .

" Ohhhh you are quiet a monster " while thinking ' I can't belive he has the rare mana nature . Fufufuf~ to taste a monster such as him I can't wait.' she said " You have nature with Fire , Water , Wind , Earth , Dark , Thunder  , Ice and Death".

"So I have one rare nature to but what it does ? "

" You will understand in time now I think I should teach how to use magic now that we know of your mana nature and remember you would not be able to use other nature except the one you have.so don't even try it."

I gave a nod and paid more attention while inward getting exited to use magic something totally new and thinking how thrilling it would be use such things.

" Its very simple you just need to imagine the fire then concentrate your mana on your palm while imagining fire like this. "

She opened her palm and a flame appeared on it seeing this I got fascinated looking at it so I did what see told.

I started imagining fire when having a clear picture I started running my mana towards my palm after waiting for atlest 10 to 20 sec feeling nothing I opened my eyes and looked toward her.

" You need to concentrate harder " she said.

I gave a nod and started trying again.

Seeing him try Athena went back to eating and didn't disturbed him she knew it was hard think to do.

After finishing the food she looked at him seeing that little sparks on his palm she knew it would not take much for him to learn magic ' I did what I could do and seeing his talent on mana nature I can say he will become some big shot in future if he didn't die. So last thing I need to do is to give him that, then my job is done then I will wait for this seed to bear the fruit fufufufuuf...'

She said " Ok now it's enough I have already done with my lunch and it will soon be night why don't you go and try magic on your room while I would go to sleep ha Ray. " ;

Hearing this I lost my concentration which I felt was very close I couldn't help but feel irritated but I didn't showed on my face who know it can angry her so I just simply said " Thank you lady Athena for teaching me magic " and I left.

Seeing his back she smiled and then vanished too.
