Chapter 9 (Rise up after a down fall)

Shawn: It's good to see all of you again. But where are other(June, April, Jack)

Lisa: Are you feeling better now? We have to move back to Chicago.

Shawn: But what about a mission? Did we catch Stevenson? Where am I? Where are they?

Laurinda: Commander ordered to abort the mission. We failed.

Margaret: You are in Julie's home. My childhood friend. It was a trap. Stevenson tricked us. And...

Shawn: And what?

Laurinda: They are dead now. We have to move back to Chicago. Tonight 03:00 a.m. Get ready.

Then Laurinda leaves the room.

11:00 p.m. (Julie's home)

Laurinda is sitting alone, remembering her past life, thinking about her family, friends and then started crying. She can't control herself and bursts out in tears, she is in pain for losing her family and friends.

Laurinda (in crying voice): Stevenson! I will kill you, I will never let you go this time. I won't spare you.

Suddenly a thought strike in her mind she remembers the commander's sentences which he said to her before sending her to this mission.

Commander: I am sending you for this mission because I trust you. I hope that your personal reasons will never come in the path of your duty.

02 days passed 27th December 09:00 a.m. Chicago Army dormitory

Ray: Time flies too fast. Three days ago our group was complete. But now...

Mike: We have to live like this now.

John: Commander called us in a conference room.

Conference room 09:30 a.m.

Commander: I know it's very hard for all of you but I have gotten the information about Stevenson. He is coming to Chicago on 1st January. I know about last time but there is an investigation in process on Officer Mark.

Lisa: Sorry sir but Shawn is already injured and we have lost three of our friends so how can we believe your source. If it was a trap like last time then.

Commander: I understand. But this time it's not a trap even last time was also not. Officer Mark was bribed and I am sure about this. If you don't want to do this then I will give it to another...

Ray: We will definitely do this. Steve's time is over now. He has to pay for his evil deeds.

08:00 a.m. Army Conference room 28th December

Commander: I called all of you here to tell you that yesterday colonel called him to his home. He orders me to kill Stevenson and do it like a defense shoot.

John: Wait but you said to catch him alive but now to encounter him. Sorry sir but it's kind of weird.

Commander: I have given you detail. He is coming on 1sr January. He has a deal here with another gang. We have to create a scene like a raid and show that Stevenson got to encounter on that raid.

Laurinda: It's a good idea...

Commander: All of you leave now.

Everyone leaves the room and comes into the dormitory.

Mike: It's weird. Something is fishy. I am confused.

John: It's easy. Steve's time is over now. It's his call from hell.

Margaret: By the way where is Laurinda?

Ray: Shawn is discharged now. But the doctor told him one month of full bed rest so the commander sent him to his home.

Lisa: She got a call. Let's go we should see him.

Margaret: What about Laurinda? Isn't she coming?

Laurinda enters in the room and said she is coming. Then they go to see Shawn and return to base.
