CHAPTER 6

Y/N'S POV

Enid and I decided not to tell anyone about what we had seen that afternoon in Jericho. And to make sure that Wednesday wouldn't suspect about us, we didn't follow or questioned her for at least a week. I also decided to avoid searching about hydes cause my cousin was probably being cautious and she could had made Thing look after me. And no, I wasn't going to make such a basic mistake.

-Yoko: You have adapted quite well to this, Addams - said while watching me take the bow - Why did you join this club?

-Y/N: I don't know, Xavier is a great guy and offered me joining his club for the next competition - shrugged my shoulders and looked at her - I was about to join fencing club too, but my cousin would had killed me. Enid told me about what happened between Wednesday and Bianca, and though I would like to bother my cousin... I prefer not causing any trouble at the moment.

I wasn't going to tell Yoko about my real intentions, I was actually training myself  in case I had to fight against anyone or anything. I could shape into my fox form, yes, but I couldn't use my powers to the max yet. And the better way to train without making anyone suspect was joining a club where I could use weapons. My uncle Gomez taught me how to use them and trained me properly since I turned two years old.

-Xavier: C'mon guys, I want you to focus on your objectives - tried cheering everyone up - Next week we'll be facing those normies in Jericho, we must bring the throphie back to Nevermore - walked towards me - It's not necessary to tell you anything, you are as good as your cousin. Your skills are just perfect, elegant, sophisticated and... Lethal.

-Y/N: I like specially the last adjective you've used - proudly said - I like shooting in a way that makes me sure I'll kill whoever or whatever I'm aiming.

-Xavier: As long as you make us win - smiled - I'll be satisfied, I don't care what are you aiming to.

-Yoko: Shouldn't you be training too? I think Y/N is much more prepared than you - made fun of him.

-Xavier: Shouldn't you be with your girlfriend? I thought you had an important date with Divine - smirked - Ow, did you forget?

-Yoko: Shit... - stood up quickly - Hey roomie, do you mind if I leave? I have to protect my existence and make sure to find a proper gift por my girlie.

-Y/N: - laughed - I would love to see Divine haunting you, it would be such a great scenery.

I focused back on my training for around twenty minutes until Enid and Wednesday appeared. Why was this club this much popular? I stopped shooting arrows because my cousin insisted on taking my bow and shoot herself. I didn't complain and let her do her thing while I sat next to Enid and drank some water.

-Enid: I told you I would get back to you, this is my revenge - whispered - I convinced Wedns to interrupt your training.

-Y/N: You surely completed your goal - denied with my head - If she likes shooting arrows, she could just join the club.

-Enid: She would never, Xavier's here.

-Y/N: So? It's true he's quite annoying sometimes, but overall I think he's a nice person.

-Enid: Xavier likes Wednesday - smiled - By the way... Tyler was also in love with her - whispered the last part.

-Xavier: Hey - got closer to us - What are you talking about? I've never said to be in love with-

-Enid: It's not necessary, we can feel it - giggled - Just by the way you look at her, how you always want to help her, it's obvious. By the way... You could take this chance to ask her to teach you how to shoot half as good as Addams do.

I smiled while listening to the blondie making fun of him, I don't know why but I thought it was fun how she was being so adorable despite trying to piss off him. It was like a gummy bear trying to say bad words and look like some type of menace. Once again I couldn't resist her and I found myself staring at her while smiling and paying all my attention to her.

-Enid: - she looked at me and bumped her shoulder against mine - I've listened that you've been close to joining fencing club. Why didn't you do it?

-Y/N: Bianca and Wednesday don't get along - I looked at my cousin hitting Xavier with the bow by mistake - I didn't wat to cause any trouble, that would had made her pay attention to me and what I'm doing. And that's exactly the opposite of what I want - I looked into Enid's eyes.

-Enid: - held the eye contact - You should just do whatever you want, don't mind Wednesday and enjoy with overthinking. She wouldn't care about you and would just be herself, you know it. Right?

-Y/N: - nodded - Nevertheless... I can't train fencing without being caught, maybe if I get into the club's room while everyone is asleep.

-Enid: Are you going to do it? - giggled - Who will you be fighting?

-Y/N: Don't know, I haven't thought about it yet.

-Enid: Maybe I could escape for a while and help you out - smiled - But don't go hard on me, don't be mean.

-Y/N: That would be nice - smiled back - But I don't promise anything, I always go hard.

We were planning our night adventure when suddenly an arrow flew between our faces almost hitting us. I could see pure fear inside Enid's eyes while she slowly moved trying to look at the one shooting. I was used to playing those type of games with my cousin, so I didn't even bother to blink when she shot a second arrow.

-Enid: Are you crazy?! - stood up - You could had killed us!

-Wednesday: It's worse if you move - said before shooting another arrow.

Enid ignored my cousin's words and moved trying to dodge the arrow, Wednesday's eyes suddenly got darker as she feared hurting her friend. However I got to push her away just on time making the arrow rip my cheek. Then I felt the blood sliding down my face until reaching my jaw.

-Xavier: If you keep on doing that, I'll forbid you coming to the club. Are you okay?

-Y/N: - nodded - It's nothing, she has hurted me worse other times - smirked - I'll be heading to the infirmary.

-Wednesday: If she didn't move I wouldn't had missed, you know it.

-Y/N: I know, but she's not used to our games - shrugged my shoulders and looked at her - Are you okay?

-Enid: Are YOU okay?! - took me from my shoulders so I stepped back - Sorry I forgot about your thing with physic contact. Let's take care of your wound.

-Y/N: I can do it myself, it's not much - I started walking away.

-Enid: No, no, I'll do it for you - smiled and walked by my side - You've saved me after all.

-Y/N: Don't overreact, the arrow wasn't aiming for a vital point anyway. You wouldn't had died even if it hit you, so chill...

-Enid: I thought Addams enjoyed tortures... Why have you saved me if you knew that I wouldn't die? - looked at me.

-Y/N: I don't know, something inside me doesn't want you to be hurted - I said without caring much.
