Parking Lot Talk

A melancholic Ari sat in Wendy's car with her eyes fixated on the road as Wendy occasionally looked over to see the saddened expression on Ari's face. "So you wanna talk about it?" Wendy asked to which Ari just replied with a deep sigh.

Rolling her eyes, Wendy pulled up to a drive-thru line. "So what do you want?" she asked as they approached the menu board. "What do you mean?" Ari mumbled. "You're in a mood. So imma get you some food, park the car, we're gonna eat and chat about it" Wendy said authoritatively as she approached the intercom.

"Aunty I'm not hungry" Ari said as Wendy looked at her and began to order. "Hey, good evening" Wendy said as the woman over the intercom replied. "Can I get a chicken burger with fries and a cola drink" she said as she looked over at Ari who's stomach growled at the sound of warm burgers and fries.
