After tiring hours of completing the transactions from the auction it officially came to an end as everyone started teleporting back.

"Ok that's the last of them do you need me to help interrogate the girl or-" I interrupted Darius as we made our way backstage.

"No I've kept you here long enough but I'll contact you if trouble occurs." I dismissed him as we stopped in front of the trapped and unconscious Luna.

"Fine but Lyra record the whole thing and send it to me later!" I hear him say as he teleported away.

<You know I will!> She replied.

"*Sigh* Why the hell do you guys keep thinking I have a crush on her? I was just curious damnit!" I said irritably as I took a chair from nearby and sat down in front of her.

"I know you're awake so get up…" I say in a cold tone as I splash a tiny water bullet on her.

"O-Oh Wha-what gave m-me away?" She opened her eyes and said in a teasing and shivering tone.

"Your face twitched a bit when I mentioned that they thought I have a crush on you… Now tell me why you snuck back stage and tried hypnotizing me and my colleague?" I said coldly as I took out my mana gun and put it straight on her forehead.

"WAI-WAIT WAIT WAIT I didn't mean any harm!" Luna said as she tried squirming her head away from the gun.

"Right and I don't have you at gun point now tell me why!" I threatened her as I released my bloodlust.

"I-I just wanted to ask you guys something and thought it'd be nice to prank you slightly in the process for a good laugh I swear!" Tears threatened to let loose from her eyes.

"Oi Lyra is there a truth serum system in the store?" I asked Lyra as I examined Luna for any hint of deception.

"WHAT!"

"Buy it and give it to me…" I say as I notice frostbite all over her body.

"Buy a heavy quilt as well…" I say coldly as a panel dropped a vial of pink liquid on my palm.

"If you have no intention of dying from hyperthermia and you're not lying you will drink this…" I say as I pop the cork.

"Fi-fine but-" I forcefully opened her mouth and poured the liquid in.

"Swallow…"I say as I sit back down and wait for the serum to take its effect.

"Now explain to me in detail why you broke into the backstage…" I say as lean forward.

"As the auction went on I real-realized that all you-ur items are monster hunter related and my inner otaku emerged I snuck into the back to ask if I could be given permission to enter that dimension cause I really like the monster hunter franchise. So I thought I could make a profit if I could join your dimension and sell the resources from there-with an equal share with you of course! So I wanted to make a deal with you if I could join your company cause if you were anything like you we-were on earth you would definitely create a company and you would treat the-e-them fairly because of all the interviews with your worker they only had good things to say about you and you called that guy your assistant so that means you do have a company-" I cut her off as I melted the ice.

"Ah!" She screamed as she fell to the floor.

"Ok I've heard enough we can talk about you joining my company after you heal yourself up and buy the Namielle soul piece." I threw her the heavy quilt before I sighed and scratched my head.

(What kind of dumbass would sneak to the backstage of an event run by people who constantly get attacked by sneak attacking monsters!)

"Finally warmth at last!" She wrapped herself in the blanket like a cocoon.

(…right these breed of dumbass…*Sigh* why am I always in these situations…) I thought as I retrieved something from the inventory.

"Here you may have lost some health so drink up." I place a health potion on the floor.

"Thank you but aren't you going to apologize to me?" She eyed me as she drank the potion her pale skin regaining color.

"Apologize for what with how you snuck up on us we thought you were going to try to kill us. So no I'm not going to apologize for trapping you in ice even if your intentions were pure there were many other ways of asking if you wanted to join us." I say as I bring a panel over to her face.

"However I may say sorry if you complete the transaction for the soul piece~" I said with a salesman like grin on my face.

"Hmph well aren't you rude!" She said as stood up and sent over the Sp and I gave her the soul piece.

"Finally!" She shouted as a system panel opened and she slammed her hand at it.

A flash of light occurred and there weren't any differences in Lisa besides getting slightly taller and muscles being slightly more pronounced.

"Now let us get down to business shall we?" I created a table and a throne of ice.

I sat down on the throne and leaned forward as I interlocked my hands.

"Now explain to me why I should hire you. What do you bring to the table that we can't?" I say in a stern tone.

"Well, first and foremost I am now part Namielle so strength is one of the many things I bring. I also own a small and very successful company that I run by myself mostly comprising of software, online or offline games, hardware and even more that could be absorbed by your company and become a branch that dives into technology." She entered a businesswoman-like state.

"Roughly how many years, weeks, months, or days have you been a sentry? And how much money does this company of yours make?" I question her with an intrigued tone.

(Hmm this a good opportunity but it all comes down to these three questions…) I thought as Luna took her time to answer.

"Well I've been a sentry for about one year and my company roughly makes 145000$ a week. Which will only increase by ten folds once I join you and you help with ideas for it." She laid out cards.

"Impressive now final question what is your affinities and combat style?" I say in a slightly surprised tone.

"My affinities are stealth, water, and ranged combat, while my preferred style of combat is a ranged magic but don't be fooled I can hold my own physically as well." Lisa explained as she brought out a wand of sorts.

"Okay with how you have presented yourself and the benefits we get if I hire you… I'd say congratulations and welcome to the company!" I reach my hand out with a happy smile on my face.

She hesitated a bit before she accepted the gesture "Thanks and good thing you're not going to freeze me again… right?".

"Hahaha maybe... Well, I'll give you my dimension number now and we'll meet again in a week for your first day at work." I write down something on a piece of paper.

"Till then I'd like you to write down your company's status, products, sales, etc. so I can get the proper scope of it." I said as gave her the paper.

"Um alright I guess I can do that but why can't I start tomorrow or sooner?" She said as she pocketed the piece of paper.

"I have some business to attend mostly preparations, planning, buying some stuff and a subspace to unlock so goodbye for now." I say as I melted the ice constructs.

"Well damn didn't take my boss to be a workaholic…" Lisa said surprised.

"How do you think I rose my empire in the first place back on earth? I worked to the bone while trying to be a good figure for my brother…" I say in a slightly regretful and nostalgic tone.

"That's right you had brother! Man, it must be hard for him without you…" She said in a pitying tone.

"Don't worry he'll be a sentry soon enough…" I say as I get teleported away.
