Chapter 260: QiYing High School Award Ceremony Part 1

The event will start at 9.30 am and people start coming into the school from 8.30 am onwards. Bai Yi Yang is finished with her speech rehearsal and went to the gate to wait for Zhou Zhu Yao and her younger siblings. Bai Yi Chen is really too busy, he can't be disturbed.

It wasn't Bai Yi Yang alone who is doing so, she met a few of her less busy classmates and seniors who is waiting for their family. Like now, she is with Li Jian Yu and Wang Yi Lin. The three of them are very eye catching. Once in a while, students that they know will introduce them to their parents.

"You are quite popular." Wang Yi Lin said to Li Jian Yu with teasing manner. Bai Yi Yang turn to smile at him too.

"It's just a current sensation." Li Jian Yu said with a slight blush. Being with 3 girls, Ruby An tease him the most, now even Wang Yi Lin start teasing him.

"This is your time. If you like anyone, there is no harm being acquaintance earlier." Wang Yi Lin said with a light laugh.

"Jie, you can do that too." Bai Yi Yang attack Wang Yi Lin back. Hearing this, Li Jian Yu immediately support Bai Yi Yang.

"This is not about me alright. Don't change the story." Wang Yi Lin said, pretending to be angry with the two. This end with all 3 of them laughing.

"Miss Bai." The three was chatting as usual when a black car pull down the car window and call Bai Yi Yang.

Bai Yi Yang stood up properly, he recognise this person. He is He De Jun, Ah Qi's colleague which live in this town too. He came from City Shan and arrived so early?

"Mister He." Bai Yi Yang smile and nod. Assistant He get off the car and open the back seat, inside is a beautifully arranged bouquet of flowers. The girls around who saw it stare in awe, it is really pretty.

"I was passing by to a work arrangement in City Nan and have some time to drop this off. Miss Bai, congratulations." Assistant He said respectfully and gave Bai Yi Yang the flower.

"Thank you Mister He. Send my regards and thanks to Ah Qi too." Bai Yi Yang said and Assistant He nod. He didn't stay long and left right away after doing his job.

"Who was that?" Wang Yi Lin was in awe and can only ask after a while.

"It's a family acquaintance's colleague. He just come to drop by this flower. It's a congratulations gift." Bai Yi Yang explain.

"That's a Bentley. Is your acquaintance rich?" Wang Yi Lin ask again. It's a rare sight to see a Bentley in this small town. What more, that person just now didn't drive on his own too.

"Is that so? I don't think that my acquaintance is rich. Maybe it's company car, my acquaintance work for a big company." Bai Yi Yang answer awkwardly. She don't really recognise which car is expensive or not, especially if the car just look black. Maybe, she should start reading things like this too. The car that Ah Qi used was quite ordinary in her eyes too, but there is no harm in checking.

"That must be it. Anyway, this flower is so pretty. Do you want me to take pictures of you?" Wang Yi Lin stop talking about that and praise the flower instead.

"Sure." Bai Yi Yang grin and give Wang Yi Lin her camera. Once she is done with a single photo, they ask Li Jian Yu to take pictures of them instead.

Because the flowers is pretty, Bai Yi Yang got a lot of questions from the girl. Her answer is also the same and to change the topic, she lent them the flower to take pictures with. It suddenly become a photo taking props. The spy that was taking pictures from afar sigh helplessly.

Li Jian Yu parents is the first one to arrive. Wang Yi Lin and Bai Yi Yang greet Li Jian Yu's parents politely before telling them to go inside first since they are still waiting for their family. Seems like Li Jian Yu's parents quite like the chic beauty Wang Yi Lin, they keep looking at her then looking at Li Jian Yu.

"Nonsense. I have a boyfriend." Wang Yi Lin said when Bai Yi Yang ask her about Li Jian Yu.

"For real?" Bai Yi Yang was shocked.

"En. He is a university student, a freshman. We know each other since children and we decided to date officially after my exam ended." Wang Yi Lin said.

"Jie, you are amazing. That's just yesterday." Bai Yi Yang said.

"My parents know about it. When he arrived, I will introduce you to him." Wang Yi Lin grin. Bai Yi Yang vigorously nod since she is very curious too.

It's just that Zhou Zhu Yao and her siblings arrived so she have to leave first. The bouquet of flowers is also out of service now since Bai Yi Yang is leaving. She didn't even see Wang Yi Lin's boyfriend.

"Who gave it to you jie? So pretty." Bai Yi Fang said.

"Ah Qi ge. His colleague passed by for work and drop this off." Bai Yi Yang didn't hide it.

'He even send someone over? He is really something.' TongTong comment and jump onto Bai Yi Yang's arm.

'That's right. Isn't he so sweet?' Bai Yi Yang answer the cat.

'He don't even put effort to hide it. What if people know about your relationship?' TongTong sigh and stop complaining. It's not like Bai Yi Yang will listen to it and broke up with him.

"I want one too!" Bai Yi Fang exclaimed.

"Alright, I will tell him to buy one for you later." Bai Yi Yang answer and laugh. Zhou Zhu Yao laugh too and tell Fang Fang that she will buy her flowers instead and Fang Fang didn't reject it. She said that she will like it as long as they are beautiful.

"Humph! Can flowers be eaten?" Bai Yi Mo said.

"They can't be eaten but they look good. Xiao gege, if you don't like it then don't look." Bai Yi Fang humphed at him.

"I told you to stop fighting right?" Bai Yi Ling look pissed off and the two children stop talking.

"What happened?" Bai Yi Yang turn to Zhou Zhu Yao.

"Xiao Mo told Fang Fang that her braid look ugly this morning and Fang Fang cried. After that, the two start being cold with each other." Zhou Zhu Yao sigh.

"They fought because of hair braids again? It has been hard on you jie." Bai Yi Yang pat Zhou Zhu Yao's shoulder. Zhou Zhu Yao can only sigh and nod. This two can be a headache once in a while when they decided to become naughty.

"Let's head in. If you two start bickering again, I will ask Zhu Yao jie to send you back." Bai Yi Yang said to the two kids and they look alarmed before staring on the ground.

"Serve you right." Bai Yi Ling said with annoyed tone and walk in front with Bai Yi Yang. The two kids look at each other for a few seconds before deciding to hold hand and run to catch up to their older sisters. Zhou Zhu Yao was dumbfounded when she see this scene, she get angry for nothing the whole morning ah.

"Not fighting anymore?" Bai Yi Yang ask them and they shake their head quickly.

"Good. You two won't be in the same school in a few months time, don't regret it at that time that you didn't treat each other kindly." Bai Yi Yang said and they immediately looks sad.

"I don't want to go alone." Bai Yi Fang said.

"But you are only 5 years old, you can only go to kindergarten first. There is no other way." Zhou Zhu Yao said. She know how close Bai Yi Mo and Bai Yi Fang is but it's better for Bai Yi Fang to go to school too since Bai Yi Mo is also going. It will be more lonelier if she didn't go.

"Fang Fang, don't worry. Just wait one year and we will be in the same school. With er jie too." Bai Yi Mo said, comforting his younger sister.

"Then I will just wait." Bai Yi Fang reluctantly nod in the end.

Since they are at topic of school, Bai Yi Yang bring them to look around the school, only nearby since they don't want to miss good seats in the main hall. TongTong immediately became a sensation and many wanted to pat her, of course TongTong hide in Bai Yi Yang's bag in the end to prevent people from touching her. This cat is not an easy one ah.

"This is our school in the future?" Bai Yi Mo ask his eldest sister. He saw the tall high schoolers and feel envious. When he grow up, he wanted to grow tall too.

"That's right. If there is no change in plan." Bai Yi Yang said. Actually, she wasn't sure how they will go forward in the future. Maybe they will continue staying here or they may move to City Nan. That's a thing for the future.

"When I enter school, I will join a lot of competition then go overseas like jiejie." Bai Yi Mo told her his determination.

"It's not easy though." Bai Yi Ling comment. She wanted to join too, but there is too little opportunity for junior primary school students, just wait until she enter high school. Or maybe she can improve her spelling and go even further next year. Other than that, she can't think of anything that she is interested in for now.

"Xiao Mo can just try harder then. Even if you fail, you can try again. About going overseas, aren't we going later?" Bai Yi Yang grin.

"That's right!" Bai Yi Mo said excitedly. Their older sister have promised to bring them to Country J during the school holiday. Their passport is not ready, but she heard from Ah Qi that they can indeed use visiting pass and stay for a few days. It's just that they can stay at most a few days without passport. Anyway, they don't have to stay for long, just a short trip. So, passport matter can be postponed.

"You all are really going? The children is not joking?" Zhou Zhu Yao ask Bai Yi Yang, looking quite stunned.

"En. Just 2 or 3 days. I need to earn a bit money." Bai Yi Yang grin at Zhou Zhu Yao. Zhou Zhu Yao know about her fishing trip before.

"Oh. But will you all be fine there, I don't think I can go." Zhou Zhu Yao said with a frown.

"Grandpa Cui and Grandma Cui is going. We can join them." Bai Yi Yang smile. Actually, she have asked Old man Cui about this before the exam, Old man Cui told her that she can just tell them the date and they can go together when the day come. The old couple is free to arrange their schedule. When the time come, Old man Cui said that he can contact the same captain and his crew last time. Bai Yi Yang immediately agree with it. If Zhou Zhu Yao can join then it will be great but if she can't, it's fine too.

"I was going to tell you about it later since it will be after our trip. I need to register Xiao Mo to the primary school. We will only leave after that." Bai Yi Yang said.

"I see." Zhou Zhu Yao nod. If there are the Old Cui couple, she is assured. What she is worried about is that Bai Yi Yang and her siblings going on their own without adults. Their country is safe but she is not sure about other countries so of course she have worries.

They walk around before Bai Yi Yang send them to their seat. She need to check the props for the Theatre Club too so she left first, the flower bouquet is with Zhou Zhu Yao now.

'TongTong, stay with Zhu Yao jie alright. I am quite busy, I will bring you to walk around later.' Bai Yi Yang said and TongTong answer with a hum. She obediently sat on Zhou Zhu Yao's lap and took a nap since the ceremony hasn't start yet.

Before heading out to find the Theatre Club, Bai Yi Yang went to find Bai Yi Chen to inform them about Zhou Zhu Yao and their siblings arrival.

"I will come to find them after this. Are you heading to your Theatre Club?" Bai Yi Chen ask. He is holding a paper bag with his costume, he actually haven't change into it yet.

"Yes. Ge, you busy around." Bai Yi Yang nod. She took a few behind the scene pictures and said goodbye to her classmates.

When she found the Theatre Club, she took a lot of pictures, Zhang Ming Ming alone have more than 20 pictures at one time in her camera.

"Yi Yang, can you help me check the props again. I am a bit occupied." D.D tap Bai Yi Yang shoulder and said this. The people that currently got their pictures taken sigh in disappointment.

"Sorry guys. Take pictures after this." D.D said and steal Bai Yi Yang from them.

"Yi Yang, don't forget to return quickly." One of the actors said and Bai Yi Yang show a thumbs up before following D.D.

Bai Yi Yang check the props again especially the big props. There is nothing wrong since everything is made very well. She informed D.D after checking them.

"Sorry D.D, I suddenly got a speech to deliver so I can't help." Bai Yi Yang said. The props team will have to arrange the props after every scene too, they are actually not idle. But, this is initially not Bai Yi Yang's job. It's just that most members of the Theatre Club will be backstage to help when needed.

"I understand. There are a lot of us. Don't worry." D.D smile and pat her back.

"Yi Yang, you are here. I heard you are delivering speech later." Hua Chang Ying noticed the two of them talking.

"That's right Senior Hua. News travel fast." Bai Yi Yang smile at her. D.D excuse herself and went to check a few more things.

"Thank you for your hard work. This show will be amazing and we won't drag you down." Hua Chang Ying laugh.

"How can that be. I take pride in our Club's performance too." Bai Yi Yang grin. She stay to talk with Hua Chang Yin before returning to take pictures of the actors again. She thought that she will be idle but her camera is so popular, she almost don't have enough hands.
