The Fuguki Suikazan, wielding Samehada, shouted frantically. The Dance of the Seedling Fern was the Kaguya clan's most terrifying technique, capable of impaling anyone within its range. Both Mist Shinobi and rebels abandoned their battles and fled, but a few unfortunate ninjas were skewered by the emerging bones.

Terumi Mei, who had been in the middle of casting a Water Style jutsu, found herself caught in the onslaught. Just as panic set in, she felt a rush of wind and the next moment she was on a distant rooftop, saved from certain death.

"Ah?" 

Before Terumi Mei could process what happened, she realized she was being carried princess-style by a Konoha Anbu. His mask split to reveal a handsome face.

"He's Konoha's Nohara Kazuya!??" 

Her heart raced. The Anbu who had saved her was unexpectedly charming. Despite her usual composed demeanor, Terumi Mei, only 14 years old, blushed furiously. 

"Thank you for saving me, Captain Kazuya." 

"It was nothing," Kazuya replied with a slight smile, setting her down gently. 

"Change your clothes and stay safe," he advised, his tone calm but firm. The battlefield ahead was no place for someone of her current skill level. With that, he vanished in a flash of white light.

Terumi Mei looked down and gasped. Her clothes had been shredded by the bone attack. Mortified, she quickly made her way to find new attire.

In the distance, Kaguya Tendori unleashed his ultimate move, forcing Fourth Mizukage Yagura into a half-tailed beast state. Dark red chakra enveloped Yagura, his three tails thrashing wildly behind him.

The half-tailed beast transformation amplified Yagura's power to Kage-level, allowing him to instantly overpower Kaguya Tendori. Yagura's brutal assault left Tendori with numerous gaping wounds. 

"AHHH!!!"

Despite his strength, Tendori could not withstand Yagura's relentless onslaught. Yagura's attacks shattered Tendori's Dead Bone Pulse defenses, splitting him in half with a final, devastating strike.

"Mizukage-sama has won!"

The Mist Shinobi cheered, believing the battle was over. However, when several Anbu approached to assist, Yagura, now consumed by the Tailed Beast's influence, turned on them, tearing the leading Anbu to shreds.

"This is..." 

"He's gone berserk?!!"

Horror spread through the ranks of the Mist Shinobi as they realized their Mizukage had succumbed to the Tailed Beast's rage, transforming their victory into a new nightmare.
