After much debate, Roman decided on an aquarium where you could touch a surprisingly amount of the animals. It seemed interesting at the very least. He had never been to a place like that before but he couldn't speak for Penny.
Her life seemed about fifty times more interesting than his because of the family she grew up in. He couldn't help but wonder what life would have been like if he'd had parents that cared or even a sibling to get into mischief with.
He supposed there was Harry, though they hadn't met until he was nearly fifteen. They certainly got into their fair share of mischief in high school and college.
Roman really hoped Penny didn't think the date was lame. Or that he was. Impressing her enough to get a second date was one thing; doing it enough to make her want to be his girlfriend was entirely another.
