Shit
I might be screwed, the lion doesn't seem as if it is going to attack yet so I need to get ready. If it is within my walls it shall die.
With haste I rushed back into my cave, blood minions stood at attention as soon as I summoned them. Most of my loyal subjects looked concerned but ready to die for me, but that bastard, Satan seemed pleased at my distressed face. I regret making him into a blood minion.
As if on command, Singwoo appeared by my side, his eyes were full of malicious intent and his claws ready to fight.
"Settle down there bud, we ain't fighting just yet."
"Master, I wish to fight for you and conquer this dungeon in your name!" Singwoo shouted, he really needs to learn to live for himself. I know I'm awesome but daaamn, have some self interest.
"Ok. First, Singwoo, I want you to watch over the lava pit and train any imp that comes out. We need them to be battle ready, I might not need them to clear out my territory, but making them strong to start will be helpful." Maybe I can make a group of super imps that can be the vanguard of my army, that'll be awesome.
"Yes, Master" instantly he rushed away towards the lava pit where he patiently sat in wait. Little did I know that this would later create the largest teaching program of imps that ever graced the first Layer of Hell.
"Now, you minions, who has the highest Intelligence?" I asked the massive group of minions before me. After levelling up and massacring pit after pit of imps, I had accumulated over 200 minions. Each of them were over level 10 and stood at attention awaiting my commands. In my spare time I had given them classes that complemented their species, for the more brutish ash and lava imps, I gave them the warrior class. For the shadow imps, I gave them the rogue class (obviously). And for the small weak looking imps I gave them a mix of mage and healer classes.
One of the smaller, mage minions opened their mouth and said "my intelligence is 93".
Holy crap. That's more than I have. His high intelligence is probably the reason why he can speak to me, all the others just moan and groan. I mean, I'm not really complaining, it would be a bit loud if they could speak.
The imp that spoke up looked a lot like Satan, but his skin looked softer and his body more frail. If anything he looked like an old man, his back was even arched like he had been through years of hard work.
"Okay, what I want you to do is command your comrades and make this entire mountain into our domain. Expand this cave so that it is worthy to be called a main hall, send imps to explore this mountain. By the end of this week I want to know everything about every nook and cranny in this mountain." Once my words reached my smartest minion, let's call him Steven, he began to section off the blood creatures into specific jobs.
If I was to create a foothold in this world, this mountain would have to be my first conquest. The wall surrounding the front would protect me from enemies that dare to attack me head on and the mountain range behind would hinder any that were cowardly enough to attack from behind. Either way any attackers would be destroyed and absorbed into my army of blood.
After having given out orders to my minions, I set out to my house. The novelty of having a place to sleep wore off and the illusion disappeared. My house was not the same as my one on earth, in fact calling it a house was a stretch at best. It was a hollowed out boulder with a few pieces of furniture, including a bed made entirely from stone. No pillow, nothing.
That would have to change. My kingdom would come from in this room, it had start off nice. Plus, my bed was the only nice thing I had in my life, if I was to live here for the rest of my life, I might as well have a nice bed.
With that thought, I reluctantly walked past the defences of my cave and entered the great expanse that was a fiery hellscape. Just as I exited, a large beast came clambering towards me. It had the face and wings of an eagle, the body of a lion, and the tail of a snake. A mighty Griffin was running towards me with murderous intent. Sadly, it was in Hell now and I was it's predator.
Quickly, using [blink], I teleported on top of the beast and grabbed its throat. Squeezing with all my might and refusing to let go I was able to subdue the beast. It collapsed onto the floor with little to no scratches on it, this was a major achievement. Not only could I use the feathers to make the inside of a pillow and duvet, I could use the lions hide to make the outer layer. This was fantastic.
With insane speed I stashed away the body into my inventory, but not before draining its blood and filling my blood bank. Doing this would make it easier to take off the hide and wings without making a mess. After dealing with the Griffin, I sprinted down the mountain to find more suitable beasts for my desires. Whilst down on the plateau, I was able to spot the massive lion type thing, it was about 70 kilometres away and was roaming about and killing smaller creatures.
I had to deal with that sooner rather than later, it was a severe drain on my hunting speed. Despite having that monstrosity reducing the amount of beasts in my territory, I was still able to kill a large amount of creatures. Demonic Lions, sheep, rams, cows and even some demonic eagles were killed by me, their blood drained and their bodies stored in my inventory. The demonic rams and sheep were strange, instead of eating grass, they were cannibals and attacked anything that came close to them. Even the cows were deranged, they looked normal but had dark red eyes, a massive body and instead of white coloured skin it was a deep orange.
By the end of my hunt, I had enough animal materials to make a dozen beds. I would need them too, the more Imps I made, the more creatures I would have to accommodate for. That was the main reason I wanted to expand into the mountain, if I had a good base to start from, my future would be amazing. I learnt that from years of plying strategy games and just general knowledge.
Now back to my bed making business. I returned back to my cave where I instantly went back to my so called house. I brought out the carcasses of the different animals that I had killed. One by one, I harvested their materials, either by plucking out the feathers, pulling out the wool from the sheep or carving away the skin from the lions and cows. None of the material would be wasted.
I began to start the production of my amazing, soft bed.
The last line I changed a bit so I could make the chapter 1234 words. Hehe
