Deal

"Me!" Dutch shouted happily. She looked like a innocent child.

"Everyone put your guns down. This is the girl who saved my life." Howard moved forward out of the circle.

They all lowered there weapons but they all stayed on edge, ready to strike. Tony had a slight frown on his face.

"Who are you? What do you want?" Peggy stepped forward, not biting her tongue.

"Hi! Im Amelia!" She raised her hand and waved excitedly with a smile was plastered on her face.

One of the guys saw her fast movements and raised his gun again. He quickly lowered it seeing Dutch wasn't trying anything.

"How did you find us?" Howard asked narrowing his eyes.

"Everyone knows where your at." Dutch responded casually.

Peggy and Howard exchanged looks.

"It's ok, nothing in this world is truly a secret. Just got to have the right connections. At least that's what Madame B tells us." Dutch mutters the last part.

"You're apart of the red room?" Peggy asked hearing a familiar name.

"I was trained by the red room." All the people in the room raised their guns again.

"But I don't belong to the red room." Dutch face made a complex expression. She didn't know how to explain it to them properly.

"So you're here to kill us?" Howard stood up as if he was expecting it.

Dutch shook her head, "if I wanted you dead, I would have killed you or let Bucky finish you off."

"your familiar with Barnes? So you work for Hydra?" The man who raised his gun before spoke. Dutch frowned. A cold expression appeared on her face.

Swoosh

She pushed off the ground. Her body moved fast as she took all the guns from everybody in the room.

Bang

While taking the guns she hit the men in the chest. They all fell backwards, heaving heavily.

She stood back where she was with the guns at her feet. "I hate Hydra with a passion, and don't you think if I was apart of that I would just kill you."

"I'm an independent, who was trained by the red room, that's all." Dutch was getting a little irritated.

"You never answered my question.. what do you want?" Peggy said bringing out a second gun.

"I really like you." Dutch smiled seeing this.

"I want stake in stark industries, and since Howard is here I came to talk about it." Dutch ran out the room.

Howard and Peggy looked at eachother again. Both asking if she was for real or not. Howard trusted Peggy's judgment of people. When he saw her shrug he was at a lost for words.

Dutch came back in. "I have some things that could definitely help you guys advance to the next level." She took out a few item and put them on the table.

She tapped the tablet, a holographic image of the base they were in appeared. It showed the entire layout of the building.

She looked up at Howard and Tony, the only two that mattered. They stood there, shocked. Seeing them not say anything, she frowned thinking they were impressed.

"Ok, if that's not impressive, then I also have my version of the super soldier formula. It's the one I took.

I mean there is a drawback that need to be addressed but I think with your serum it could reach that height." She looked up again. This time Tony stepped forward.

"Can I see the formula?" Dutch nodded. Seeing everyone get tense when she moved forward, she rolled the paper towards him on the table.

Tony grabbed it. He looked at her cautiously. Dutch smiled, she stepped back with her hands up. Tony opened the paper and looked at it.

Howard came over as well. "This is.." Howard was speechless. He had never seen such advanced applications.

It excited him. He looked at Dutch approvingly, before frowning shortly after.

"I must apologize, this seem to be to advanced for my current equipment to handle." Dutch already figured this.

Which is why she stole a few of the technical equipment and devices from A's lab before she left.

"It's no problem, I have more things that could help you." Dutch emptied out the duffel bag onto the table.

"Why?" Peggy spoke up seeing both the father and son lost in the tech.

"Huh?" Everyone looked at Peggy.

"Why, you obviously have access to this technology, along with the serum. So why come here?" Peggy stood tall being the center of attention.

"Because I can." Peggy was taken aback by this answer.

She expected Dutch to elaborate but she didn't. Dutch looked at her blankly after speaking.

Peggy looked at Howard, now asking him on what to do.

"What's your goal?" Howard let go of the paper, while Tony still studied it seriously.

"It doesn't matter. If this deal doesn't reach an agreement I would just have to kill you all. So we might as well reach an agreement now." They all froze.

Her words were casual yet, they had seen what this little girl could do. They didn't doubt her. Tony quickly put the paper down.

"Also what's with all the questions?" Dutch asked confused.

"We need to make sure your a reliable partner. Can't just bring anyone into the fold." Howard spoke quickly not wanting to trigger her.

"You don't have to be afraid, I don't want to kill any of you. It's the letters, if they find out I showed you that formula without reaching an agreement they would have your heads." Dutch sat down at the table.

Howard brought Tony across from Dutch. They sat down slowly. Everyone else stood around the room. The men grabbed their guns that was still on the floor.

"I want to see you reach your full potential. I mean someone who can create new things without the technological advancements, just imagine what could make with it." Dutch smiled excitedly.

Howard frowned, "what do you mean?" Dutch gave him a knowing look.

"The thing you left for Tony when you died. I believe it's still in S.H.E.I.L.D's care." Howard's frown deepened.

"Is that what your after." Howard body tensed. He knew what would happen if that thing got into wrong hands.

"No silly I want 50% of Stark industries. Also no one is allowed shares outside of the stark family and me… also someone else of my chosen." Dutch stayed her terms up front.

She moved everything back into the bag, except for the tablet. Howard's body eased slightly, he could already picture what could happen if she wanted to force him to make it.

Tony was right next to him. He sighed giving 50% over than that thing is a good trade, but yet….

"I'm sorry we can't give you fifty percent. How about twenty-five percent." Howard bargained.

Dutch looked at Tony. She understood they couldn't trust her or anything. Along with the fact they really didn't have a choice in making the deal.

Dutch said it herself. They saw the formula, even if they didn't memorize it, she wouldn't be able to take that risk.

"I'll take 50%. 25% will be mine. The rest will be for someone else." Dutch looked straight into Tony's eyes.

A chill ran down his spine. He wasn't worried about himself, but his son. He thought of several ways out of this.

Dutch tapped the tablet. A holographic screen appeared in front of her. The screen showed a suburban house. A red head and a little girl were playing in the front yard.

"The red head… that's were the rest of the shares will go." Howard eyes wided. He focused on the screen.

His eyes wandered from the red head and then Dutch. He saw they looked alike. He had a vague idea of what was happening. He thought he might have misunderstood.

Tapping off the screen, Dutch put the tablet in her bag.

"We'll be silent partners, who only provide you with resources, and money which I doubt you need." Dutch frowned she wanted to provide more things but couldn't think of anything.

Howard sighed, if his thoughts were correct then there was no persuading his way out of this. He looked at Tony then Dutch.

"It will be a deal if you also provide information on the people we're going after." Howard eyes firmly on Dutch.

"What organization?" Dutch was Skeptical. She didn't want to get put in a situation where S.H.E.I.L.D would fall for hunting the wrong people.

"The red room for one." Peggy stepped forward.

"Ok, I'll help you take down the red room." Dutch smiled brightly. Peggy frowned, she wasn't expecting, Dutch to agree so easily.

"Is that a deal?" Dutch looked at Howard.

Howard nodded. He also didn't expect her to agree. Now that she did he couldn't go back on his words.

"Thank you sir, I promise you won't regret this!" Dutch stood up in a haste. She really thought he would have died than sell.

"Tony prepare the contracts." Howard spoke softly.

**********

Dutch read through the contract carefully, before signing. She was questioned about if it would work since she isn't an adult and her guardian isn't here.

Dutch assured them that the identities that she was using were grown women, from a rich family.

The identities were full proof. It was like a living breathing person, buying and living. She had paid top dollar at the Continental to get it done.

This raised a red flag with Peggy. She questioned if Amelia was her real name. She also questioned about the other girl, Dutch gave 25% to.

Now after a week of staying in the hide out, she sat on a empty table.

Dutch sat in the lab as Howard explained the progress they made with their serum.

Studying the letters serum, Dutch could put together what he was saying. She understood immediately where he went wrong, and thanks to the letters formula so does Howard.

Tony went back to stark industries yesterday. Peggy left in the morning, after Dutch showed she wasn't a threat.

They quickly moved to not only improve the serum but also work to improve the letters formula.

Howard made significant progress with the equipment Dutch provide. She was amazed to see what he could accomplish in only a week worths of work.

"You know Amelia, you really are brilliant." Howard complimented.

"Thanks, your not bad yourself." Dutch smiled.

Dutch jumped down from her seat. Howard frowned slightly. "You hungry again?" He asked.

He had learned that another draw back to the serum is that it consumes a lot of energy, meaning Dutch gets hungry very fast. It will only get worse the stronger she gets.

Howard was working on a way to fix that as well.

"No, I have to go buy some guns."
