Soon after, a man with dark hair, a mustache, and an average build emerged from the shadows. His countenance is gravely serious looking. Since more than a decade ago, he has been seen walking around in sandals and a brown uniform that resembles that of a police officer but has short sleeves.
This man's name was Genzo, and he was one of the few who had the courage to stand up to the Fishman. But, unlike the others, he was fortunate enough to escape death, as the Fish-man decided to appoint him as the representative of this Cocoyasi village to the Fish-man.
"Before I give the money, can I know how Nami is now? Is she okay?"
After bringing up Nami's name, Genzo's expression remained serious. Yet, his tone became slightly less harsh, suggesting he was anxious about something. But all of a sudden, a fish-man named Kuroobi promptly kicked the poor man in the stomach, which sent him flying far enough.

Genzo finally came to a stop after he rolled several times on the ground, and he immediately coughed up blood. Nevertheless, looking at the stitch marks all over his body, this man was clearly a tough guy, so he slowly sat up before beginning to kowtow towards the three Fishmen.
"I beg you, I want to know if Nami is okay. After that, you can get the money you want... I just want to let Nojiko know that her sister is okay... please, if not, I can't go to her mother's grave ..."
Kuroobi and Chew just laughed with satisfaction as they watched Genzo, who repeatedly lowered his head to the ground hard in a prostrate position towards them. They also mocked and belittled this man's pride even more.
But different from his two friends, even though Hatchan was also a fish-man and a member of Arlong's crew. But, when he saw Genzo begging while prostrating himself on the ground, it brought back memories of when he was in a similar situation.
"Nami is fine. She eats well too, and even though I know she hates us all, I'm sure she will be treated just fine. You don't need to worry."
"Hatchan! What are you doing, and why have you suddenly become so nice to these humans? Have you forgotten what humans like them have done to us?" said Kuroobi in a furious tone, but Hatchan, the octopus man, responded casually:
"Have you forgotten? I just want to hurry home and have a good meal, so I'm not being nice to him."
Before the three of them started bickering over the matter, Genzo then repeatedly banged his head on the ground, but this time while saying thank you. Soon after, he stood up to hand over a cloth bag filled with money that the Cocoyasi villagers had collected before giving it to the Fishman as promised.
"Good, take care, old man. Don't die yet because if you weren't around, these cowardly humans wouldn't just end up dying sooner or later like what happened in the village next to you for making Brother Arlong angry."
Genzo accepted Hatchan's suggestion by nodding his head, although what Hatchan said sounded like it would pierce a person's heart. Genzo knew that this octopus man at least still had a heart.
"Please, take care of Nami for me. I beg you!"
"Don't ask for anything too much old man... chu... you irritate me... chu," Chew said while fixing his hair, but Hatchan then asked his friends to leave before anything untoward happened.
"It's true what Chew said. If you overdo it, I can't guarantee your life," Hatchan said for the last time before he and his two Fish-Man friends left Cocoyasi village to return to their base, which is still on the same island.

"What's wrong, Nami? Are you worried about the people of your village? Well, I also hope the three of them don't do any stupid things because only Cocoyasi village is my money field now."
Who just spoke was a large, muscular, light blue saw-shark fish-man whose most distinguishing feature is the saw-shaped nose he has on his face. He has long dark hair that reaches down to his shoulders and is styled into a widow's peak. He wears a brown ushanka on his head at all times. His gills are on both sides of his neck, and he has a fin on the back of his head, which is covered by his hair.
From his appearance alone, he looks very fierce, people besides being curious about his different appearance, they will also shudder in fear when stared at by his thin, fierce light-blue eyes.
"You're wrong, I don't care about them, but well, I just feel like going home to see how the orange garden that I just planted is doing," replied a young girl with orange hair.
It seems this is the girl named Nami that Genzo was referring to because she is the only human in this group of Fishmen, and what the Fishman said earlier confirms that.
"That's right, Nami. Who cares if they all perish? Is that right? We are your family now," said the saw-shark fish-man, and when he smiled widely, his pointed teeth were clearly visible in the gap in his mouth.
When Nami heard that, she could only smile broadly, and her brown eyes did not stop staring coldly at the Fish-man in front of her. But, the Fish-Man did not seem to be aware of this because he was too busy laughing while mocking the Cocoyasi villagers or humans as a whole.
"Arlong, we're home."
Hatchan, Kuroobi, and Chew entered Arlong Park from outside the gate, and the Fish-Man, who were already there, greeted them enthusiastically as soon as they arrived.
Shortly after that, the saw-shark fisherman got up, joined in the greetings, and asked, "How do they pay on time?" while extending his arms wide.
"Don't worry, brother Arlong. Even if they miss the deadline, we will still make them pay, hahaha..."
"Shahahaha, good job. You guys can rest and tell our little friend what happened to her village because she seems very curious, Shahahaha..." Arlong replied with his signature laugh.
