Naruto is at the inn's balcony, looking at the moon.

Jiraya is currently knocked out and full of bruises on his face, courtesy of an angry Tsunade. Ilki and Izumi are already sleeping.

'soon... soon i will see you again...' Thought Naruto

/What do you think she is doing right now?\ Uzuryu suddenly asked

'Hum? knowing her, she would find it too boring to either watch the world of be sealed away, so she must be annoying her Zanpakuto and hollow right now...'

/it is at times like this that i feel bad for Korifuyu...\

'Strange... you two didn't seem close before'

At this moment, Tsunade approached Naruto at the balcony and asked him

"What are you doing here brat? shouldn't you go sleep?"

"And what are you doing here? shouldn't YOU be sleeping?" Naruto replied

"Don't try tgis with me kid, i know these kind of tricks" With a smirk on her face, Tsunade unfortunately dodged the tricky question.

"Sigh~, intelligent people are so troublesome..." Complained Naruto

"You sond a lot like a nara right now, you know it?" Tsunade asked

"What a drag..." Naruto replied, trying to sound as lazy as possible

"Almost... a little too forced, but for someone who doesn't lnow a nara personally, that is enough to fool them" judged Tsunade.

"..."

"Anyway, back to the topic, what are you doing here?" Tsunade persisted with her question

"I am thinking about my family..." Naruto answered

"oh... sorry..." Tsunade had talked with Jiraya before, so she knew exactly how Naruto lived before.

"What are you sorry for? it isn't as if you could have saved her..." Without thinking Naruto started

/*COUGH*\

"..."

'oops?...'

"She?" Asks Tsunade, now with her curiosity picked

"I wont pretend, i know who my parents were. I mean, i look like a carvon copy of my father and there was only one Uzumaki in the village before me, so it doesn't take a genius to figure it out."

"oh... fair point..."

"being who they were, when the village was attacked it was obvious that they would be the first ones to react to the attack. that was the path they chose, that was their 'ninja way' or something... i won't blame them for that, and won't blame them for how my life turned out, but i could at least understand that the way they chose to live, had the risk of something like that happening, if they decided to keep going even knowing it, that means they were willing to risk it.

The least i could do was respect their decisions and move on with my life, not just for me but for them as well, right?"

Naruto asked, but Tsunade didn't answer. She was irresponsible, Naruto guessed that his supreme technique, talk no jutsu worked and she was rethinking her life decisions and what Dan and Nawaki's death meant for her.

'Overpowered technique... i wish i had it in my past life... could you imagine it? if i could make my enemies my allies just by talking? that would have prevented so much trouble...' Mused Naruto

/You say that, but didn't your last words basically have the same effect?\

'How would i know? i died before i saw it's result afterall...'

Flashback (what? it's a Naruto fic afterall)

"Mugetsu" Ichigo said as he lifted his arm in Aizen's direction

"No you wont! Second release" Screamed Kitsu as he finnaly activated his last transformation, that would cost him his life.

"Cut the skies, divide the seas, split space and time apart, and slice all my enemies. self created hado #1, Dimensional slash" With a movement of his hand, Kitsu tried to split Ichigo's attack in a frontal confrontation, but he failed to notice just how absurd Ichigo's attack was...

*Break* *slash*

his hado broke almost instantly and his body was split in two, but before he fell he made a desperate last move.

"Ichi...go, i can...t remem...ber what y...ou told me... about, but one thing... i can be sure of..."

Ichigo widened his eyes, the last thing he wanted was for this to happen, but even after he left Kitsu barely alive, he still came back to help Aizen

'Why? why did you have to be so... stubborn?' he lamented, but Kitsu continued his last monologue

"if... bein...g a hollow... is wh...at made... me a...nd Usag...in demons..." Kitsu's expression twisted into a weak but vicious grin as his hollowfied yellow eyes shone with madness

"we will wait for you in hell" Noticing what Kitsu was about to do, even Aizen widened his eyes

'Is he...? that can't be, he would even destroy his own soul by doing that' He concluded.

What Aizen thought was right, as what Kitsu was about to do was to forcefully use his bankai, while using his hollow powers, something that should be impossible, but they found a way as Kitsu was half hollow and half shinigami, but even then the cost was far too great.

Instead of saying bankai, as it should have been, his activation had another name, it was

"Begin... Ragnarok" as he said that, his body shone with insane amounts of reiatsu of a purity never seen before, he stood up and pointed a finger at Aizen, and then said in a hoarse voice, almost inaudibly

"By the death of a good person, all heaven became solemn, by the death of a demon, all hell went silent, by my death, i concede a new life. self created kaido #7: Angel tear"

A honestly stupidly enormous ammount of reiatsu then condensed as a drop of water, purely whitish yellow and shining on his hand, it then hit Aizen, who started to regenerate at incredible speeds, even his hogyoku boosted regenerative powers pale in comparison with this.

"now then..." with barely any strength to hold his body togheter, he then pointed at Ichigo with trembling hands

"I only have a wish Ichigo... if you survive this... tell Neliel that i am sorry.

Fox hunt" his eyes went back to their 'normal' fox eyes for a second, and all of the reiatsu, be it from Ichigo or even Aizen, was forcefully stolen by Kitsu, he had no way of not stealing Aizen's reiatsu and that is why he healed him beforehand.

"What have you done...?" Incredulous asked Ichigo as he felt as if he had no energy left on his body, and his transformation went back to normal, Unfortunately or fortunately, All of the hogyoku's reiatsu was also absorbed so Aizen also went back to his 'normal' form.

With obvious pain written all over his face, Kitsu fell on his knees as he held his stomach with hus hands, cracks spread over his skin, originating from his stomach, but it seems he still had a few seconds to live

"I...ch...o...ta...e...are..f...Yuzu...nd...Karin...for me...Ok?" he finished his cut off sentence with a smile on his face, as if he was not in pain anymore...

"..." Ichigo opened gis mouth to answer, but before he could say anything, Kitsu's body started to disperse as fine dust, just like any other hollow when they die, at the same time, the sound of wood hitting the ground could be heard, Ichigo could only see a wooden sandal right in front of hus face as his vision blurs and he pass out.

The man who stopped right in front of Ichigo looks at the place were Kitsu died and took his hat of as a way to show respect.

"He could not decide with who to ally with, he didn't want to fight you but was still loyal to Aizen... so he decided to defeat both and let it to your luck to decide who won... I respect your sacrifice Kitsu Meoshi, or should i say, Kazui?"

On the way back to konoha, Naruto could see that Tsunade was constantly losing focus and looking lost for long periods of time, but as they approached tge village she seemed to have got a answer to her own questions.

'Good thing she could move on... that is not something easy'

'... maybe i went through something like that before...'

"Nee, Naruto. Look what i learned with Izumi" Cheerfully said Ikki, bringing Naruto back from his thoughts, these last few days, Izumi and Ikki were training togheter, and Ikki got a butterfly summon from Izumi, apparently the butterflies are only below the crows in genjutsu prowess and since Ikki's Ketsuryugan is perfect for genjutsus this summon would help her immensely.

"Ketsuryugan: blood rain" Ikki started off with a genjutsu Naruto saw at least twice, during their training.

A rain of blood surrounded Naruto, his vision was almost nonexistent and the only smell on the air wqs that of blood, the rain also made a lot of sound so he could not hear anything around himself.

'That can't be all can it?' he thought as he 'easily' got out of the genjutsu

"What?" only to notice that every blood drop on the rain inside the genjustu was a butterfly summon.

'they were not actively trying to keep me in the genjutsu or it would be almost impossible for anyone to break such a genjutsu, that and Ikki didn't use all of her eye prowwes on the genjutsu... maybe only a mangekyou user or a jinchurikki can break such a genjutsu'

"just... wow" awestruck said Naruto prompting Ikki to have a smug expression on her face.

Seeing her expression Naruto felt like laughing at her foolish decision to chalenge him.

"Then let me show you a trick that i have learned then." he said with a smirk. Ikki went fron smug mode to completely serious mode, as she did not want to miss any possible mistake at Naruto's technique.

Naruto made a hand seal she never saw before and activated his Kyugan

"kyugan: blood snake" as Naruto said that, a snake made of blood jumped from his hand at Ikki, who widened her eyes.

"This... how...?" she could not even understand, this jutsu, was a jutsu she used frequently when training with Izumi, in other wordS, a ketsuryugan exclusive.

But the surprises were not over yet as when the snake hit the ground, as she obviously dodged, the ground froze

"Whaa?" before Ikki could try to understand how Naruto used her jutsu and Haku's ice, the air in front of her cracked and broke, she then saw Naruto with a smug expression in front of her, and immediately knew

"... a genjutsu... but when?" She asked confused

"When i broke your genjutsu, you dropped your guard" Said Naruto, and Ikki could only curse Naruto's quick thinking...

"Look, it's Konoha's gates!" Izumi's voice brought them back to their senses, and they saw Konoha's gate approaching them

"Seems like we are back... What about a party at Ichiraku's? Old perv is paying!" Said Naruto

"OI! i didn't agree to that!" Jiraya tried to argue, but...

"That is a wonderful idea" Tsunade's voice made him shudder, so he reluctantly agreed.

'Must be hard...' thought Naruto looking at Jiraya's defeated face

'exactly. Must be hard to be in a trolling fight with me...'
