Chapter 61: Supremacy

Half a year had passed since then. Gohan continued his spiritual training to a surprisingly high level.

He understood all the techniques that Pybara had taught him, the most difficult of course was the secret technique of the grand Elder.

A very powerful spiritual technique that Pybara was never able to use because it was too dangerous, although Gohan wanted to learn it.

And when he did, he understood what Pybara meant. His technique would serve him against future enemies but he would use it as a last card.

Because if not, he would be in trouble.

But the most important thing he learned, except for Instant Transmission, was healing. For him, it was a great technique.

His Genki's absorption was nothing besides, as the healing allowed him to heal his wounds instantly. Very similar to a regeneration.

With this technique and the artificial Senzu beans, wounds in battle would no longer be as serious a problem as in the original series.

But there was a problem: the more his energy reserves were reduced, the more ineffective the healing would be, but this was not so critical.

He also learned spirit cloning and gigantification, which weren't such impressive abilities but were very valuable.

The forced spirit fission was not that difficult since he knew the basic principle of Spirit Bomb. Only this was the opposite.

It separated the life energy of the opponent instead of gathering it. The technique could be done at a distance or offensively with physical attacks.

And in the last weeks he concentrated on developing his own spiritual technique under the guidance of Pybara, who gave him directions.

"Great! You seem to have reached an optimal level of concentration" Pybara said with a smile as Gohan meditated next to him.

A glowing blue aura surrounded his body, which was raised a few inches above the ground. He looked very focused.

But suddenly, a ghostly silhouette came out of the Saiyan's body, as if it were a copy of him but appeared to be a ghost.

"Okay, I got it!" he exclaimed that silhouette jumping happily, "I managed to manifest my spirit"

The technique that Gohan was developing was to physically materialize his spirit, it is what he had just done at this time.

The Genki is the materialization of the spirit in the form of energy, but this ability covered much more extensive fields than energy.

"Great! Looks like my power level is still the same" commented the spirit as he kicked the air with great enthusiasm.

"But I doubt very much that you can transform into a Super Saiyan, because for that you need a physical body" the Elder spoke watching him.

Gohan's spirit stopped beating and he looked at Pybara. Then, he realized that it was true, he couldn't transform since he was a spirit.

'This means I can't use the Kaio-ken either, even though it's a technique it requires a body to put pressure on' he thought.

Though anyway, he had contemplated increasing his base power now that he controlled Super Saiyan well. That would not be a trouble.

"The most amazing thing is that in this state I am practically immortal, of course if the enemy knows how to destroy the spirit then he could kill me"

"And the bad thing is that while my spirit is materialized my body remains immobile, but at least I can use all my base power"

The spirit commented on the points for and against the technique, while Pybara listened, nodding. He agreed in all respects.

"If you merged cloning with that technique maybe you could solve that" added Pybara leaving Gohan's spirit very thoughtful.

"And so I could fight in this state at the same time as with my body, right?" he inquired that spirit feeling exceedingly excited.

So, he decided that it was time to return to his body. After doing so, Gohan got up from the ground and did various stretches and exercises.

"You have a potential that you don't even understand yourself, it's been a pleasure having you here Gohan" Pybara smiled and the little boy bowed.

"Thank you for taking me in and for teaching me your techniques Elder, I promise to come here from time to time" Gohan said with a smile.

"We'll be waiting for you here Gohan!" Hatsuka yelled happily and Gohan gave him a thumbs up.

Anticipating what Pybara was going to do, Gohan stepped forward. "There is no need for a grand Elder, I like these clothes. I would prefer to keep them as a souvenir"

Pybara smirked and then Gohan pulled a capsule out of his pocket and tossed it away. And shortly after, his ship appeared.

"Oh, aren't you going to use Instant Transmission?" Hatsuka asked a little puzzled by that.

"Before going to Earth I have to go somewhere, but since it's a bit far I can't do Instant Transmission. I'll travel with my ship"

"Hey Elder, could some friends come here later?" asked the Saiyan looking at the grand Pybara, who nodded.

"Well you have been the ones who defeated the evil Frieza and the Ginyu forces, you will always be welcome" replied Pybara.

"Thank you very much, take care friends!" Gohan exclaimed getting on the ship. Once there, he sat down and put in some coordinates to travel.

"See you soon!" Hatsuka screeched throwing her hands up as Gohan's ship rose up, "Frankly he's a great guy isn't he?"

"Yes, I am intrigued to know how his future will be"

"Well, I think there will be no one as strong and powerful as him" Hatsuka launched his prediction and Pybara nodded. Gohan would make a great warrior.

Meanwhile, the aforementioned was sitting with his eyes closed. The ship had already left the atmosphere of the planet Yadrat.

'Well, Trunks should arrive in a few months, assuming he makes it to this timeline'

'Although his presence is no longer so crucial, but I doubt that the changes in this line will influence the fact that he travels to the past' Gohan inquired.

If Trunks were to travel he would be in for a big surprise when he noticed that everything is different from what he imagined. Literally, this was another world.

'Well, I'm not the Gohan that Trunks met in his future either... now that I think about it, what will the future of this timeline look like?'

'I doubt it will end up like Trunks' future. Not only because of my presence, but because of the changes that have been generated over the years' thought the young boy.

Goku's death triggered all the disaster in the future of Trunks. The androids went on the attack killing the Z fighters.

But Goku was not going to die here. Piccolo was much more powerful and there was also his uncle Raditz. The androids weren't a problem.

The one who did worry him was Cell, because at this moment he couldn't beat the imperfect Cell that came out during the original series.

'I don't even know what Cell will appear in this timeline' thought Gohan sighing, 'The only thing I know is that I must become much more powerful'

He looked the gravity machine but shook his head. A hundred gravity would no longer be effective on him as his base power would not grow.

'I need gravity to be at least 400 times increased' he reasoned, closing his eyes, and fell asleep. He needed a break.

After a week, the ship reached its destination. There were a few minutes left to land, and the Saiyan waited with his fingers crossed.

"Landing imminent, stay in his seat"

The ship launched that warning and Gohan strapped himself on. Although this time, the landing lasted far fewer minutes than usual.

"Well, it's time to work!" muttered the young boy getting up and leaving the ship. He kept it in its capsule, but then he felt a lot of Ki.

"Stop there! Don't move!"

Gohan looked up and noticed several armored soldiers pointing guns at him. They were Frieza's soldiers.

It was Frieza's planet #79. He had plans for a long time in this place and since Raditz's ship had the coordinates, he traveled.

"Who are you? Identify yourself!" a reptilian looking soldier demanded as Gohan raised both arms in surrender.

Then, they all noticed the tail that moved around the boy's waist. It was not a challenge to come to a consistent conclusion.

"You are a Saiyan!" shouted the soldier from before surprised, but at the same time relaxed because in his opinion he didn't represent any threat.

"You're wrong, I'm a Super Saiyan"

More than one soldier felt great terror when the ground shook. But what surprised them most was the unexpected change in the appearance of that child.

The scouters they all had ended up exploding, unable to sense Gohan's mighty power. That ended up ingraining fear in them.

This world was ruled by the law of the strongest, that's why Frieza was the emperor. But now, his power was more than twice that of Frieza's.

"I am the one who defeated Frieza, from this moment all of his planets will pass into my power as well as all of you" ordered Gohan.

What did he want to gain from this? Frieza's army technology and having some control over the universe. But not a fierce and despotic control.

"You will all obey me, your new lord. As long as you do, we will get along. Do you have anything to say, or object to?"

"Feel free. I'm not Frieza"

And of course none of them said anything out of fear. But nevertheless, one of them who had a humanoid appearance took a scary step forward.

"W-what i-is your objective, L-Lord?"

"Good question" Gohan congratulated him smiling, "I want this universe to prosper, I don't intend to oppress any planet like Frieza did"

This puzzled many.

"Many were forced to work here, right?" Gohan asked and several looked at each other nodding, "Well, with me that won't be like that"

"Stop this nonsense you damn Saiyan!"

They all made their way past a purple-skinned alien in armor, and Gohan recognized him instantly: he was Cui.

"How the hell you have defeated the great Frieza? That's impossible! No monkey would be able to do it" Cui spoke approaching with annoyance.

But then his body stiffened and he stopped walking. He tried to move his body but it was impossible, none of his muscles obeyed.

"W-what's wrong with me?" Cui paled.

"You're in my way, die!" Gohan said coldly and after blinking Cui's body exploded without a trace, "Well, do you have any other complaints?"

"..."

If before they were afraid, now they were all extremely terrified. They were more and more sure that this saiyan beat Frieza.

Cui's power was 18,000, and this Saiyan had beaten him in the blink of an eye. Right now there was no soldier with that level of power.

"That's how I like it. Contact the support staff of the Third Stellar Region and have them meet here" Gohan said looking at a soldier, who froze.

"What are you waiting for?! Didn't you hear our Lord?" another soldier demanded, punching him, "Tell lord Sorbet about the new emperor!"

"Y-yes" the soldier ran away.

"Great! Now I want to know how many planets I have in my possession. Make me a list with each name" ordered the young boy and another man nodded.

Gohan wanted to do something fun. With that definitely no soldier would object.

He looked up into the sky and saw some planets. None were inhabited, there were no plants or anything alive. That convinced him.

"A... Achu!" Gohan sneezed upward expelling the Ki from him. And the generated wave ended up totally destroying a nearby planet.

"..."

Another silence fell upon contemplating this. Gohan chuckled as he snapped back into his base state. Yes, he was amused by the reactions.

"Fine, you can continue working. Do what I said before" Gohan spoke and two seconds later they all disappeared, 'It was too easy'

Although he foresaw these reactions, it was highly predictable. The only threats would be Abo and Kado, but right now they were weak.

"Fine, I'll go…" Gohan said but suddenly he felt two gigantic Ki's. He realized that there was a ship landing a few meters from him.

He ran to the landing site and seeing those who came out of there he was amazed. "Vegeta?"
