Okay in this Chapter I want clarify some things like the age of the Character, the goals of the main character, whether there will be any love relationship during the story that involves the protagonist, among other things more.

This Chapter will be updated from time to time

First of all the main Character is 3 years older than Luffy and Hancock would be 4 years older than the main character, so in this story Hancock is 5 years younger that in the original story and 7 older than Luffy 

Original Character age:

Ethan 7-10 at the beginning of the story

Kael 25 at the beginning of the story

Silas:21 when he is introduced in the story.

Goals of the main Character:

1-Kill Shiki the Golden Lion and make him pay for what he did to his parents.

Basically revenge

2-To have power not only as a heavenly dragon but also to have political power beyond his status and to restore glory to his family that he lost after the death of his parents

Relationship:

Right now I don't know if there will be a serious relationship in the story and if there is a relationship what character or Characters do yo want to be with Ethan.(Only female Characters)
