Dawn Of A New Adventure

It's a nice cool morning on the island of Syrup Village not much interest is going on in this quiet town its inhabitants are just waking up to the nice sounds of the birds singing. 'Yep nothing beats waking up on days like this' Thought Mornin the mayor of Syrup Village. 'Nothing like a nice cup of coffee on a nice qui- "BOOM" "Goddamnit what is that boy up to now?"

Over on the other side of the village on a small hill, there is a small house with a bunch of smoke billowing out of it as well as a young man with a very comically long nose coughing out some smoke as well "shit I think used too much gunpowder in that mixture now I'm going to have to make a whole new batch."

This man as you might know is Usopp The Liar from the popular manga series known as one piece. Though you would be proven wrong as someone else has been inhabiting this body for the last ten years. He was someone who crossed over into this body after dying after being hit by a truck. A bit cliché if you ask him though.

Though he was covered in soot he couldn't help but smile at how far he's come since working on new ammunition for his weapons. He first started by just mashing chemicals together to see what would happen and hoped it would be useful. Though that would mostly result in duds after years of practice he was able to create all different types of special pellets for his slingshot.

"Captain!" "What happened, Captain!" "Are you okay Captain!" Came the shouts from three young boys. "First of all I'm fine and secondly I just added a bit too much gunpowder than needed"Replied Usopp. "If you say so captain" Onion the shortest boy in the group replied sarcastically "Aw man I hope you blow off a finger at the very least" Carrot the tallest boy replied sadly "I'm just glad your okay captain" replied Pepper the boy with green hair. "Jeez, guys it's so nice that you care for your captain so much now why don't you go out on patrol while I clean up" the captain replied angrily. "Right away sir" replied the boys while giving a salute to their captain.

Once the boys left Usopp pulled his soot-covered goggles down to his neck and made his way into his house. The inside of the house wasn't very special a bed in the corner, a work bench for him to make new ammunition, and the only other room was the bathroom. Hell, there wasn't even a kitchen but it has been his home for the past ten years and he has grown quite fond of it and will be sad to leave it soon. He then went a got a bucket of water and a rag to clean up all the soot and after he finished he headed off to the bathroom to clean himself.

After finishing his shower and pulling his hair up into a ponytail he couldn't help but admire how far he has come since he came here ten years ago. He looks a lot different from Cannon Usopp's first appearance as he more resembles post-time skip Usopp at least in the physical aspect. He decided to get dressed in red pants with a white fur trim around the waist white suspenders, a black shirt, brown boots, and thick brown gloves that go up to his forearms as well as having his goggles around his neck.

Returning to the main part of the house he went to the work bench to gather up the ammunition that survived and put it into the satchel that he always carries around. He then also grabbed his slingshot which resembled the one he used during the Enies Lobby arc but it was colored red. Though there were a few differences between them first he didn't have access to dials like Canon Usopp had so it doesn't have any extra force to help make shots but he makes up for it by being physically stronger than Canon. He would also have a gun but when he first came here the villagers weren't exactly keen on giving a seven-year-old a gun and once he started to play with chemicals and make explosives by accident no one would sell him one due to the fact they think he his insane and to which he can only say is "That's fair"

Ready to leave his house after gathering his tools he heads outside and on his way out he couldn't help but see a certain ship approaching the island. "Well looks like my adventure is finally about to begin."
