Doomsday was taken back by Ajak's words, but before he could question the world started to fold into black, the edge of his eyes only catching a glimpse of Thena as lines of gold flowed into the infinite darkness.
Doomsday could only float, watching as the lines started to materialize a massive head, its features red and looked to be made of stone. The light of gold igniting in six holes that seemed to be eyes as they looked down on him.
"Zod, or should it be doomsday?" the being's voice echoed throughout this black realm, acting as if he truly cared about something so insignificant as pleasantries.
"What name you use does not matter Arishem, I've been called many things over millennia, take your pick." Doomsday answered back, his words unafraid as most beings were meeting a celestial.
"I know very well, but that is unimportant. Tell me Zod why do you seek out to destroy these worlds. You are free and your army is no longer needed for the emergence. Seeds may be born but your method is longer needed, why do you continue your conquest." Arishem spoke, questioning doomsday on the matters at hand, trying to make sense of why he continued.
"Ajak sounds like you in many ways, and as I have told her, it was not my intention to speed the emergence process. I no longer seek out world's to destroy but to change them." Doomsday told him, there was no reason to hide it. Celestials rarely deal in or care about the matters of beings below them.
"And as Ajak questioned, you merely could have left this world. The process is not something to be interfered with, the Eternals' mission is to find a way to guide the beings more naturally, and yet your interference has hindered this method many times." Arishem was not a being that cared about messing with the lives of lesser races, but the emergence was something he did not tend to avoid most times.
"The only hindrance is the world's your eternals visit, most were occupied by Parademons who were reforming the world. Even when i wished to abandon this planet, the state of your eternals was be on the point of controllable. Mahd Wy'ry would have spread more if I had not put down the ones who broke, and the emergence would have only killed both the planet along with the celestial." Doomsday could understand Arishem, but many world's had been taken and many times the eternals acted out rashly. After dealing with them he would complete the process and try to find more seedless world's.
"You are right, but it was your Parademons that brought this about. Enough Zod, speak your desire so that the cycle may continue." Arishem no longer questioned and merely asked what it was it that Doomsday wanted.
"Arishem, I have conquered hundreds of thousands of world's. Transformed them, destroyed them, what is it you think I would desire." Doomsday said, his voice serious but not full as he looked at Arishem.
"You may hide your wants behind your rebirth of planets, but you have them as all beings do." Arishem spoke, while he made constructs of moments around this world. Moments were shown of a beautifully green planet as Zod laid in Thena's lap, moments when she was taken to another world. Moments when she no longer remembered him and many more filled this void.
"It can not and will not ever be.." Arishem again spoke, his voice shattering the constructs around Doomsday as he closed his eyes for a moment, hearing the echos from the past. "But if it is a lost dream you desire, I will grant it to you." Arishem knew emotions but it was more of a mathematic equation to him than anything else.
"Is this.." Doomsdays words seemed to be caught, his body turning as a construct was materialized, his body a small in comparison to its size, as he stood in the atmosphere of a stone like massive planet, watching the 3 moon's rotate in its pull.
"It is your home, your true home." Arishem head still out shadowed the planet, his words once again breaking the construct down as his body was made whole, the planet floating above his hand as he spoke.
"Krypton.. so you know where it is." Doomsday looked at the planet, his form hiding his surprise well as spoke to Arishem, yet his mind took in as many details about the planet as he could.
"Yes and it is yours if you wish it." Arishem replied, every word was spoken as if it didn't matter, by a computer given life and power be on understanding.
"So what is it you want Arishem, what must be given to obtain it." Doomsday was no fool, even if he had an idea, Arishem was a being whose mind worked differently. As a being who could change the fate of millions of world's, and which time had no concept to him. He could do whatever he wanted disregarding doomsday if he wished.
"Give up your conquest, leave your Parademons on whatever planets you have obtained. Let the Eternals continue their mission unhindered, and you may have your home." Arishem said as he thought on the many aspects of this deal, wanting doomsday to stop and leave to whatever far reaches of space the planet was held.
"So you want me to traverse to find it. Rather than send me and my Parademons there as a whole." Doomsday knew it would be this way, Arishem wanted him out of the picture and wherever it was held, Doomsday would not interfere with the emergence for many years to come.
"If you wish to see it, go. I must continue to watch over other worlds. Nothing else is to be done, remember Zod." Arishem did not answer the question, the world fading while the information he needed was given to doomsday, the black folding in on itself as doomsday stood within his ship once more.
"Maybe there is a chance. Now that it is within my grasp." Doomsdays body looked into the transparent wall, seeing as Ajak and Thena had already left. His hand touching the wall as it turned into black metal once more.
Doomsday moved to step on a plate that seemed to be a part of the floor, his body being lifted as it floated up. His reddened eyes looking at the shadows crawling within the purple moon's hypnotic glow. The ship drifting within the moon's gravitational pull, the peacefulness of the turning of the space as the platform rest in the command, becoming one with the floor as Parademons looked on at him.
"Listen to my words, whatever home world you are from, return, and do not leave until I until i give you an order." Doomsday said, pressing the liquid geo as a construct was made within the ships of his fleet.
"Now go, begin terraforming whatever world still needs atmospheric changes or mass expansion. The rest within my ship bring the phantom drive online, the coordinates are already within the ships logs." Doomdays hand pressed into the liquid geo, setting the path of the ship as the phantom drive arced with electricity once more.
"It's time I go home.."
(After this small arc the celestials won't be a big thing they will be mentioned but I don't want to get into all that right now.)
