Hunter x Hunter World - Reviewers Rage

A loser famous for his reviews was suddenly standing before a supreme being. His arrogance angered the higher being. His lifelong wishes to be special like the main characters of the stories he obsessed with were granted in return that his feeble efforts entertaining them. Sadly not in the way he wished for. He was ordered to gain strength in any of the worlds he would like, but in exchange, he would fight in a death match against a transcendental being for entertainment. After countless "runs" the supreme beings became bored. They allowed "him" to keep his memories and gave him enough authority to create his system. There wasn't any animosity between "him" and the beings that played with him since he had no memories of his countless lives. He intended to train but to enjoy mostly his life. -Scene from Chapter 1 How am I supposed to fight this guy when I already lost so often before, maybe this time it's gonna be different.... or I will just spend my days not training and living in the world. Sounds good to me. "HAHAHAHAHAHA" His deep voice shook, cracked and almost crumbled the white and seemingly endless void. "YOU TRIED IT! HERE ARE SOME MEMORIES FOR YOU!!" ------------------ The memories flooded in of the Mc's death, comrades, wives and children from countless lives dying before him and in his arms. He only gained the memories of his most torturous moments. The rage he obtain was fire that couldn't be extinguished no matter how much times passed. This is the story of a rageful Mc that had to partially seal 2/3 of his memories. The story of a loser having all the motivation he needs to become stronger. The ever upgrading system went from the most useless system with only an annoying A.I that was copied from the Mc' previous personality. That barely qualifies itsself to be called a system in the beginning with only fight simulator, but becomes the strongest system in all realms. The first system that presents 3 options to select from to grow stronger. The Hero, Villian and Legend path. The Mc could save people he doesn't care about, slaughter whole bloodlines of his enemies, or do both or nothing. This is the typical story of a useless ordinary guy becoming ...the strongest? most evil? most heroic? most rageful? No one knows, but one thing is certain. He is a delusional novel reader. --------------------------------------------------------- What to expect: Mc will enter the Hunter x Hunter World as his first world. The story will only follow canon by Mc participating the Hunter Exam, the rest will be original. I planned that after the Hunter Exam that the Mc will get his system upgrade of hero, villain and legendary path and of course his Nen ability. The first 40 chapters are slow paced because I want to establish the atmosphere of the novel. Mc personality: The Mc is ruthless when he needs to be. He is neither truly good or truly evil. He is the kind that would help an old woman cross the streets, but trick, blackmail or torture people for what he wants. He is not twisted or has a split personality. Most of the time he is indifferent and just numb to his emotions thats why often he wears a mask hiding his real self. You can suggest cool things by commenting. That goes also for everything else like villains, worlds, abilities, names and so on. ----------------------------------------- Rewards: 2 chapters a week 10 power stones -> + 1 Chapter 5 - 5 Star Reviews -> +1 Chapter Every Gift -> +2 - 10 Chapters

Strong Kids

It's been half a year since Togiri and Fang know about Kastriot. They have been training for half a year together every day.

Both became strong enough to fight in the top classes of the Heaven's Arena, but their foundation was still too weak to fight real Nen users. Togiri reached the limit of his teaching in Nen.

Togiri and Fang managed to beat a couple of Nen users on the 200th floor. Both trained their Hatsu but held off on making an ability.

Togiris Nen type was Conjurer and Fangs were Manipulator. Togiri wasn't very surprised since their personalities were hinting at it.

●Conjurers are typically high-strung or overly serious and stoic. They are often on guard to be cautious. They are very observant and logical, rarely falling into traps.

Being able to analyze things calmly is the strength of Conjurers. Many of the items that conjurers create are often used by them in a very deliberate and practical, logical fashion.

●Manipulators are logical people who advance at their own pace. They are all for arguments and tend to want to keep their families and loved ones safe.

On the other hand, when it comes to pursuing their own goals, they do not listen to what others might have to say about it.

While manipulators often use techniques that allow them to control their opponents they also prefer to use an inanimate medium to control that can be used versatility (such as smoke or pieces of paper hardened with Shu).

Having trained every day with an opponent equal if not stronger than him made Togiri grow faster than ever.

Togiri and Fang were exchanging blows in the arena. All chairs were filled and the spotlight shined on them. Kids, the elderly, and many young girls were sitting and cheering.

"Come one! What's wrong?" yelled Fang out of breath. His shirt was drenched and he wiped the sweat off his forehead.

"I can't focus. I saw another store getting robbed today on the way here." exclaimed Togiri a little out of breath.

"They are forcing even auntie Selma to pay protection money. Let's talk about this later, after I beat you!" said Fang smiling like a cheeky brat.

This seemed like a completely different Togiri that crossed over, broke his fist as a 6-year-old, and almost killed his opponent off his first in the Heaven Arena.

Fang dashed forward in a straight line to Togiri. Suddenly he disappeared. Togiri looked sideways and then up.

Fang was in the air multiple feet(meter) above him. Togiri looked up, but the stadium light made it hard for Togiri to see him. Fang started spinning and attacked with his feet.

"Your Fang Drill got better, but just like your attack names, nobody is impressed" ' If only this earth had Super Zario, then he knew how dumb his attack would look, and it's also very unpractical.'

Togiri dodged with ease and Fang hit the ground. A dust explosion filled the arena. Fans were cheering and yelling at top of their lungs.

The dust settled and a small crater could be seen where Fang's attack landed and in the middle of it was Fang with his feet buried in the ground. The crowd started laughing and cheering.

"Next time Fang you will hit him! Fang doesn't lose! Kid, you are a legend!" was yelled by different fans. "Hehe. Sorry" Fang smiled out of embarrassment and scratched his cheek. Togiri shook his head and changed his stance.

"You always make it flashy, when fighting is actually about winning and not being cool." Togiri smiled and made a hand gesture inviting Fang to come at him.

Fang pulled his feet out of the ground. He threw a boulder and followed up with a kick. Togiri ducked the boulder caught his kick and also grabbed his other foot.

He threw him to the ground, but Fang caught himself with his arms and pierced his fingers into the cement, and twisted his upper body trying to escape Togiri's grip, but he couldn't.

Togiri jumped up in the air. He was holding Fang as a stretch band, he held on to one arm, and one leg and his foot stretched out and kicked into his stomach. Both crashed into the ground.

Fang was lying on the floor coughing and breathing heavily. Some fans groaned while others cheered for Togiri's vicious fighting style.

"Come on! Didn't you say you were gonna beat me?" Togiri was laughing away when suddenly a punch flew at him.

Togiri flew dozens of feet/meter across the stadium and landed buried in the wall. He suffered a clean hit which the referee also announced.

Togiri smirked and spit blood on the floor. He was quite deep in the wall but freed himself quickly and jumped to the arena.

A brawl started. Dozens of punches were thrown and neither of them blocked, they either dodged or backed harder.

The ground became bloody and neither of them were seeming to stop anytime soon. The fans saw kids punching each other so fast that they couldn't follow the fight properly anymore and Togiri and Fang only became faster.

Both started blocking punches with punches. A small impact could be heard as if two pieces of rock were being hit against each other.

Their exchange suddenly stopped and both jumped backward. They were panting while smiling at each other. The crowd went insane and the arena slightly trembled from their feet stomping and their cheering.

One audience member to another" This is why I never miss a match of them fighting. Their fights were most of the time not instantly over. They would always deliver something spectacular to see. I love those kids. Best friends and rivals! Legendary duo!"

"I agree! Their fight is ludicrous!" said the other audience member. Both audience members then focused again on the fight.

"You became stronger again." Fang was giving Togiri a thumbs up.

"You too! Fang, I have a new technique. If you don't dodge you could die." Togiri started concentrating on his fist. He started using multiple Nen techniques at once.

"This technique is called KO. If an ordinary attack with Nen can kill a non-Nen fighter then this can kill a Nen fighter if they don't have their Ken up."

KO was the most destructive and difficult technique to use in Nen. A technique made out of techniques that should be used as a last resort because of its overwhelming weaknesses and overwhelming killing power.

Togiri jumped high in the air and all his power was mostly focused on his right fist. The rest of his body had a small layer of Ken for protection.

He didn't land even close to Fang but still punched the ground with all his strength. *BOOM*  The arena shook as if a short earthquake happened.

The big explosion affected even the fans. The huge room was filled with dust and small pieces of rocks hit many fans in the front rows.

A few minutes passed and Togiri was standing alone on the podium that wasn't even a quarter of its previous size.

Togiri was bleeding from his forehead, neck, arms, chest, and even legs. He had many scrapes and small cuts all over his body.

Fang was in much better shape with only a few bruises, but he was outside the arena.

"....." The room was silent except for the few people that were injured by small flying pieces of rocks or that fell over to the front sit.

"I give up!"

"AND THE WINNER IS TOGIRI!" The silence of the arena became so loud that Togiri started holding his ears shut. Fang jumped over to him.

"What was that? A new Nen technique? This was insane! Why didn't you teach me? Also, why did you fight so seriously? Didn't you say that we would fight without any Nen today?" said Fang while smiling.

"Haha. It's too dangerous to learn it, but the reason I learned it, used it and also fought seriously is, because if we want to stop the extortion of the shops we need to be ready and serious," said Togiri determined.

"Great fight!" Togiri smiled and fist-bumped Fang. They just fought each other bloody but were back to being friends again.

Togiri and Fang are very identical in strength even though Fang's talent was way higher than his. The reason why Togiri could compete with Fang was not, because of his experience gained from simulation fights, his intellect, strategy, or something else but his work ethic.

Fang trained 5 to 6 hours a day together with Togiri after Fang finished school. Togiri already graduated with a couple of tests and Fang too with tutoring from him, but Togiri proposed that he should still go to school with kids his age until they take the Hunter Exam.

Togiri was still working as a blacksmith even though he earned billions. He was helping Fang's dad out, relaxing and training. Togiri discovered that meditating while working and hitting the steel in a specific rhythm had a much greater effect than normal meditation.

He trained 20 hours every single day. Every night he used medication that could knock out elephants and hit his pressure points to fall asleep.

Even in his sleep, he couldn't rest because he was plagued by dreams of him getting killed and loved ones dying.

Over the years he calmed a little down and while training could even read books again, but the fact that everything bad that happened to him and the people around him was his fault didn't change.

It all started with Togiri loving stories so much that he wrote reviews to express himself. That way he accumulated enough existence points to be noticed by the transcendental beings that started to play with him.

---------------------

Late at night, only the crickets could be heard and two boys were talking before their sleep.

"Togiri do you really wanna do it tomorrow on your birthday?" asked Fang worried.

"Yes, it's a better alibi that way. We will finish it at the night, after the celebration. Now come on, sleep."

Author notes:

Please let me know what Fangs or Togiris Hatsu's abilities should be.

Togiris should involve something about reviewing. Let me know.
