Hospital

After two days:

In the island, where Melania was staying, only guards who were patrolling outside, could be seen doing their usual duty. A black figure blended completely in the darkness, and even the trained guards could not see that person.

Suddenly, the person stopped in their tracks. That person noticed the emblem on their dress and a fire burned in that person's eyes. She wasted no time, and stormed inside the building without alerting anyone.

That person went inside to find out that a lone person was sitting on a rattan chair in the backyard and drinking tea. That person stopped in one dark corner and regulated her breathing and closed her eyes to scan her surroundings with her other senses. She found their exact locations. She needed to be alert at all the times, to rescue the person in front of her.

The person pulled out a small device from the waist, and typed a few things on it. Immediately after that, a bang was heard from the nearby. All the guards rushed out to the source of the noise. But a few of them stayed back. That person, typed something else on the device and a series of bangs could be heard. This time those who stayed back rushed towards the source of noise. Only one person approached the lady sitting on the rattan chair and whispered something to her. But the lady refused to his suggestions and then assured him that she would be fine. After that, the guard too left.

The person dressed fully in black approached the lady, and pressed a hand on her face before the lady could scream. The lady wasn't able to protest. Before knowing anything, she felt her surroundings getting dark. The person in black clothes threw her over the shoulders and then everything went black…

After what it seemed like a long time, the lady's lashes fluttered open. She surveyed her surroundings and it seemed like she was in a hospital. She heard someone's slow breathing, and when she was going to scream out loud, she stopped.

One … Two … Three seconds passed. And it seemed like a long time for her. A lady with raven black hair was sitting by her bedside, laying her head on the bed. She looked so peaceful in her sleep that she did not want to disturb her. She stretched her fingers and stroked the young lady's hair.

The young lady woke up with a start. Time seemed to stop. They both looked at each other not hoping that they would wake up. A wide range of emotions flashed by the eyes of the lady with raven black hair. A sad look flickered in the eyes of the lady on the bed.

She reached out and stroked her hair, and muttered softly, "Soph, my baby"

"Mommy", Sophie cried out and suddenly hugged her mom tightly.

Melania was startled at the sudden hug, but soon she hugged her back with the same passion. Her baby was safe. She was safe, and that's all that matters the most.

The two seemingly strong ladies were weeping. If anyone were to see them in this manner, they would clearly not recognize them, or worse, won't be able to connect them to Sophie (Ms. Lisa) and Melania Watson respectively.

"Was it you, who rescued me?", Melania asked sternly.

"Yes.", Sophie answered almost immediately.
