Lucifer Morningstar, the king of hell, is a fallen angel... who's obsessed with ducks! And Charlie Morningstar, the princess of hell, is a demon who tries to help sinners to get 'better', so they can go to heaven. That's why she owns the Hazbin Hotel, already having the porn star, Angel Dust, as a guest. The bartender is Husk, who selled his sould to the Radio Demon, and they have a maid. Vaggie is the girlfriend of Charlie, and she's always on her girlfriend's side.

Charlie Morningstar is one of the two owners of the Hazbin Hotel, rather the 'main leader'. Alastor... the Radio Demon, a fearful overlord in hell who owns many souls, including Husk's. But no one really know that he haves a secret,... a dark secret... Well! Alastor is also the owner of the hotel, and he never stops smiling, grinning, or smirking, revealing his golden (or yellow) sharp teeth.

Alastor haves a 'radio voice' and is very sadistic. He likes to see how others fail and suffer. The radio demon owns many souls and is a powerful overlord, who killed other very powerful overlords with ease. His nickname is Al.
